A gyártott keveréktakarmány 48,3 százalékát (1,84 millió tonna) a baromfitakarmányok adták. A baromfitakarmányok 49,1 százalékát a brojlerek számára előállított keverékek, 19,4 százalékát a tojó-, 12,9 százalékát a pulykatápok, 13,6 százalékát a kacsa-, 4,6 százalékát a libatápok tették ki. A sertéstakarmányok 36,6 százalékkal (1,391 millió tonna) részesedtek a 2024. évi termelésből.

In Hungary, 3.8 million tonnes of compound feed for livestock were produced in mixing plants in 2024, 4.1 per cent more than in the previous year. Poultry feed accounted for 48.3 percent (1.84 million tons) of total production. Of the poultry feed, 49.1 percent was produced for broilers, 19.4 percent for laying hens, 12.9 percent for turkeys, 13.6 percent for ducks, and 4.6 percent for geese. According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) in Hungary was HUF 446.6 per kilogram in the first forty-two weeks of 2025. This is an increase of 7.6 per cent compared to the same period of the previous year. Meanwhile, the producer price of slaughter turkey (live weight) was HUF 643.6 per kilogram, representing a 9.1 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year

A fehércukor világpiaci átlagára 2024 decemberében 522 euró/tonna volt, nem változott a novemberihez képest.

According to the data of MPIS, the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) in Hungary was HUF 88.1 thousand per tonne (+34 per cent compared to a year earlier), that of feed wheat was HUF 83.7 thousand per tonne (+40 per cent), that of feed maize was HUF 80.6 thousand per tonne (+38 per cent) in the second week of February. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (together with high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 213.1 thousand per tonne (+46 per cent). Get PDFA KSH előzetes adatai szerint 669,4 milliárd forint volt a mezőgazdasági beruházások teljesítményértéke 2024-ben. Az 1237-es mezőgazdasági beruházások jelentés beérkezett adatai alapján a mezőgazdasági beruházásokra fordított összeg 42 százalékát épületekre és építményekre, 29 százalékát gépekre és járművekre költötték 2024-ben. A tenyészállat-beszerzés a beruházások 22 százalékát tette ki. A mezőgazdasági beruházásokat 2024-ben is főként (64 százalék) saját erőből finanszírozták a mezőgazdasági vállalkozások a beérkezett adatok alapján. A beruházásokban a támogatás értékének aránya 21, a banki hitelé 9, a lízingelt berendezéseké pedig 5 százalék volt.

According to preliminary data from the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, the value of agricultural investments was HUF 669.4 billion in 2024. Based on the data received from the Agricultural Investment Report 1237, 42 per cent of the amount spent on agricultural investments was allocated to buildings and structures, while 29 per cent went to machinery and vehicles in 2024. Purchases of livestock accounted for 22 per cent of total investments. According to the data received, in 2024, agricultural investments were still mainly (64 per cent) financed from their own resources by the agricultural enterprises. The share of subsidies was 21 per cent, bank loans accounted for 9 per cent and leased equipment represented 5 per cent in the value of investments

According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in week 48, at the Budapest Wholesale Vegetable and Fruit Market domestic round tomatoes in the 40–47 mm size category were available at the most common price of HUF 750 per kilogram, a 22 per cent decrease compared to week 48 of 2024. Domestic Williams pears were sold at HUF 940 per kilogram (+16 per cent) at the most common price. In weeks 1–48 of 2025, the producer price of domestic, kilogram-packaged, smaller sized (30–70 mm) sweet pepper for stuffing was HUF 782 per kilogram, which is 2 per cent lower compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the price of the larger-sized sweet pepper (70 mm+) was HUF 1,000 per kilogram, which is equal to the price in the same period of the previous year. According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in week 50, at the Budapest Wholesale Vegetable and Fruit Market the producer price of domestic beetroot was HUF 340 per kilogram, and that of horseradish was HUF 2,000 per kilogram, both equivalent to the same week in 2024. The average price of domestic Bosc pears at HUF 920 per kilogram was up 14 per cent compared to week 50 in 2024. The producer price of Jonathan apples increased by 61 per cent (HUF 515 per kilogram), Idared apples by 48 per cent (HUF 511 per kilogram), and Golden apples by 44 per cent (HUF 526 per kilogram) between weeks 36 and 50 of 2025 compared to the same period of the previous year. Az agrár-külkereskedelem aktívuma 2520 millió euró volt, 552 millió euróval kevesebb, mint 2024 első három negyedévében. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek exportértéke 3,7 százalékkal mérséklődött, importértéke 2,3 százalékkal növekedett 2025 első kilenc hónapjában, az egyenleg 18 százalékkal romlott a 2024 első három negyedévi értékhez képest. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek exportvolumene 22,9 százalékkal visszaesett, importvolumene 0,4 százalékkal bővült 2025 első kilenc hónapjában. A nemzetgazdasági export 1,6 százalékkal, az import 1 százalékkal nőtt. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek részesedése a teljes nemzetgazdasági exportértékből 2025 első három negyedévében 9,1 százalék, az importértékből 7,3 százalék volt.

Exports of agricultural and food products amounted to EUR 10 billion and imports to EUR 7,474 million in the first three quarters of 2025. Foreign trade in agricultural goods amounted to EUR 2,520 million, EUR 552 million less than in the first three quarters of 2024. The export value of agricultural and food products decreased by 3.7 per cent and the import value increased by 2.3 per cent in the first nine months of 2025, while the balance deteriorated by 18 per cent compared to the first three quarters of 2024. The export volume of agricultural and food products fell by 22.9 per cent, and the import volume increased by 0.4 per cent in the first nine months of 2025. Exports to the national economy increased by 1.6 per cent and imports by 1 per cent. The share of agricultural and food products in the total value of exports to the national economy was 9.1 per cent and of imports was 7.3 per cent, respectively, in the first three quarters of 2025
