A fehérjetartalom 0,06 százalékpontos és a zsírtartalom 0,03 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár stagnálása mellett a nyerstej átlagára 1 százalékkal emelkedett 2023 szeptemberében a 2023. augusztusihoz képest, és 20 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hó-napjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 163,54 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 szeptemberében, az előző havihoz képest 4 százalékkal emelkedett, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 26 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 6 százalékkal volt magasabb a termelői átlagárnál. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej ki-szállítása 12 százalékkal nőtt 2023 szeptemberében az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 153.57 per kilogram in September 2023. The protein content increased by 0.06, the fat content increased by 0.03 percentage, the base stagnated, the average price increased by 1 per cent in September 2023 compared to August 2023, and the average price was 20 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 163,54 per kilogram in September 2023, it increased in one month by 4 per cent, but decreased compared to the same month of the previous year by 26 per cent. The export price was 6 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 12 per cent higher in September 2023 compared to September 2022

Get PDFAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 10. héten a hazai, tárolási fejes káposzta 230 forint/kilogramm leggyakoribb ára jelentősen meghaladta az egy évvel korábbi heti átlagárát, a kelkáposztáé 21 százalékkal 315 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett a Budapesti Nagybani Piacon. A hazai almafajták közül az Idared 290 és a Gala 325 forint/kilogramm heti átlagára egyaránt 8 százalékkal emelkedett, míg a Granny Smith-é (368 forint/kilogramm) 12 százalékkal csökkent. A belföldi fejes saláta termelői ára 19 százalékkal, a jégsalátáé 28 százalékkal nőtt 2023 1–10. hetében az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva. Az importsaláta ára is emelkedett, a fejes salátáé 24 százalékkal, a jégsalátáé 45 százalékkal.
AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára csaknem 1 százalékkal 25,9 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2023. január–február között az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in the 10th week the most usual price of domestic cabbage from storage (HUF 230 per kilogram) considerably exceeded the weekly average price of a year earlier, the price of kale rose by 21 per cent to HUF 315 per kilogram on the Budapest Wholesale Market. Among the domestic apple varieties, the average weekly price of Idared (HUF 290 per kilogram) and Gala (HUF 325 per kilogram) increased equally by 8 per cent, while that of Granny Smith (HUF 368 per kilogram) decreased by 12 per cent. The domestic producer price of lettuce increased by 19 per cent and of iceberg lettuce by 28 per cent in the first 10 weeks of 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, the price of imported lettuce has risen by 24 per cent and of iceberg lettuce by 45 per cent.

Get PDFA peszticidek 2022. évi nettó árbevétele a beérkezett adatok alapján 151 milliárd forint volt, amely 2021-hez képest 17,8 százalékos növekedést mutatott. A különböző hatásmechanizmusú szerek értékesítési árai a vizsgált időszakban, a megfigyelt termékek körében a KSH számítása szerint a következőképpen alakultak: a gyomirtó szerek átlagára 23,8, a gombaölő szereké 22,6, az egyéb szereké 22,4 százalékkal, míg a rovarölőké 15,2 százalékkal növekedett. A növényvédő szerek értékesítési ára átlagosan
22,3 százalékkal emelkedett a tárgyévben ez egy évvel korábbi időszakhoz viszonyítva. A legnagyobb mértékben (volumenben) 2022-ben a gyomirtó szerekre (31 százalék) volt igény, ezt követte sorrendben az egyéb szerek (28 százalék), a rovarölő szerek (20 százalék), a gombaölő szerek (15 százalék), a gyűjtőcsomagok (5 százalék), valamint a biológiai szerek (1 százalék) forgalma. A teljes értékesítésen belül a rovarölők kivételével minden termékkategória aránya csökkent az egy évvel korábbihoz mérten, az egyéb szerek aránya esett vissza a leginkább, 11,3 százalékponttal. Értékben vizsgálva is a gyomirtó szerek adták az éves forgalmazás legnagyobb arányát (41 százalék), majd a gombaölők következtek
(23,5 százalék), ezután a rovarölők (17 százalék), az egyéb szerek és a gyűjtőcsomagok (9–9 százalék) és legvégül a biológiai szerek (0,5 százalék) zárták a sort.

Based on the data received, the net sales of pesticides in 2022 amounted to HUF 151 billion, an increase of 17.8 per cent compared to 2021. The sales prices of products with different mechanisms of ac-tion, as calculated by the KSH, developed as follows: the average price of herbicides increased by 23.8 per cent, fungicides by 22.6 per cent, other products by 22.4 per cent and insecticides by 15.2 per cent. The average selling price of plant protection products rose by 22.3 per cent in the year under review compared to the same period a year earlier. The highest demand (by volume) in 2022 was for herbicides (31 per cent), followed in order by other products (28 per cent), insecticides (20 per cent), fungicides (15 per cent), collect packages (5 per cent) and biologicals (1 per cent). Within total sales, the share of all product categories except insecticides decreased compared to a year earlier, with the share of other products falling the most, by 11.3 percentage points. In value terms, herbicides also accounted for the largest share of annual sales (41 per cent), followed by fungicides (23.5 per cent), then insecticides (17 per cent), other products and collect packages (9 per cent–9 per cent) and finally biologicals (0.5 per cent)

Ezzel egy időben az ipari napraforgómag termelői ára (magas olajsavtartalmú napraforgómaggal együtt) 164,6 ezer forint/tonna (–42 százalék), a szójababé 177,4 ezer forint/tonna volt. A full-fat (extrudált) szóját (30–40 százalék nyersfehérje-, 17–23 százalék nyerszsír- és legfeljebb 12 százalék víztartalmú) 255,9 ezer forint/tonna (+3 százalék) áfa és szállítási költség nélküli áron értékesítették ugyanekkor.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 82.9 thousand per tonne (–31 per cent compared to a year earlier), of feed maize was HUF 82.8 thousand per tonne (–28 per cent) in the last week of April. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (with high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 164.6 thousand per tonne (–42 per cent), of soybean was HUF 177.4 thousand per tonne. A magyar szamóca leggyakoribb ára az elmúlt évit 3 százalékkal meghaladó 1600 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett a megfigyelt héten. A zöldborsó az idén is a 19. héten jelent meg a kínálatban 2000 forint/kilogramm áron, ami a 22. hétre 1000 forint/kilogrammra csökkent.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, at the Budapest Wholesale Market in week 22, domestically grown primeur cantaloup melons were offered at an average price of HUF 950 per kilogram, which was by 21 per cent lower than in the same week of last year. The most usual price of Hungarian strawberries rose by
3 per cent to HUF 1600 per kilogram in the week under review. In the 19th week, the green peas appeared at the most usual price of HUF 2000 per kilogram in the selection. The average price of green peas decreased to HUF 1000 per kilogram by week 22.

Get PDFA magyarországi tógazdasági haltermelés volumene a revideált adatok alapján 2022-ben 21 215 tonna volt, ami 2,5 százalékkal alacsonyabb az előző évi (revideált) mennyiséghez képest. A korábbi évekhez hasonlóan 2022-ben is a haltermelés 83,0 százaléka három régióban (Észak-Alföld, Dél-Dunántúl és Dél-Alföld) koncentrálódott. Gazdaságilag legfontosabb halfajunk a ponty, amely a tógazdasági étkezési célú halhústermelésből 81,9 százalékkal részesedett 2022-ben. A hazai haltermelés meghatározó részét a tógazdaságok adják, amelyek üzemelt területe 26 682 hektár volt. Az intenzív rendszerekben előállított halmennyiség a megelőző évhez képest 9,9 százalékkal emelkedett, 6317 tonnára, amiből az étkezési célra termelt hal 4839 tonna volt. A halak és halászati termékek exportértéke 2022-ben 9,7 milliárd forintot, importértéke 54,7 milliárd
forintot ért el, a külkereskedelmi egyenleg 45,0 milliárd forintos passzívuma 9,6 milliárd forinttal meghaladta a 2021. évi deficitet.

In 2022, the volume of pond fish production was 21,215 tonnes in Hungary, 2.5 per cent lower than in the previous year. As in the preceding years, most of the fish, 83.0 per cent was produced in the same three regions, namely the Northern Great Plain, Southern Transdanubia and the Southern Great Plain. Economically, the most important fish species is still the common carp in Hungary, which accounted for 81.9 per cent of the fish produced for human consumption in 2022. Pond farms account for the majority of domestic fish production in Hungary and has been operating with an area of 26,682 hectares in 2022. The volume of fish production in intensive systems was 6,317 tonnes in 2022, which represented a 9,9 per cent increase compared to the previous year. The amount of fish produced for human consumption in intensive farms was 4,839 tonnes in the year under review. The export value of fish and fishery products reached HUF 9.7 billion in 2022, while the import value was HUF 54.7 billion. The HUF 45.0 billion foreign trade deficit was HUF 9.6 billion higher than in 2021

A ketreces tartásból származó étkezési tojás (M+L) csomagolóhelyi ára 61,25 forint/darab volt 2023 első harminc hetében, ami 65 százalékkal haladta meg a 2022. év azonos időszakának átlagárát. A mélyalmos étkezési tojás (M+L) csomagolóhelyi ára 69,52 forint/darab (+70,4 százalék) volt ugyanekkor.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) was HUF 506.4 per kilogram in the first thirty weeks of 2023 in Hungary, which is 30.4 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. The producer price of slaughter turkey (live weight) was HUF 700.7 per kilogram, which is 36.2 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. The price of cage type eggs at packing stations (M+L) was HUF 61.25 per piece in the first thirty weeks of 2023 in Hungary, which is 65 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, at the Budapest Wholesale Market in week 34th, the domestically grown cauliflower with a diameter of 16 cm+ was present in the selection at the most usual price of HUF 565 per kilogram, which was 15 per cent higher than that in the same week, last year. Among the summer domestic apples “Early gold” was sold for HUF 390 per kilogram, and apples with no variety mark for HUF 350 per kilogram which was 23 and 17 per cent higher in the observed week than the price of the same week of last year. The price of watermelon was HUF 263 per kilogram in the 27–34th weeks of 2023, which is 2 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year.
