According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) was HUF 509 per kilogram in the first twenty-six weeks of 2023 in Hungary, which is 33.9 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. The producer price of slaughter turkey (live weight) was HUF 705.1 per kilogram, which is 40.4 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. The price of cage type eggs at packing stations (M+L) was HUF 63.12 per piece in the first twenty-six weeks of 2023 in Hungary, which is 71.8 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. A hazai kajszi termelői ára 82 százalékkal 1330 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett 2023 24–28. hetében 2022 azonos időszakához képest.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in the 28th week at the Budapest Wholesale Market, the most usual price of domestic round and truss tomatoes lagged behind that of a year earlier, p.e. truss tomatoes over 47 mm (HUF 570 per kilogram) by 3 per cent. In the 28th week, domestic plums appeared in the offer at the most usual prices of HUF 600 and HUF 725 per kilogram. The producer price of domestic apricot in-creased by 82 per cent to HUF 1330 per kilogram in the 24–28th weeks of 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) was HUF 508 per kilogram in the first twenty-eight weeks of 2023 in Hungary, which is 32 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year.
The producer price of slaughter turkey (live weight) was HUF 703.5 per kilogram, which is 38.3 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year.
The price of cage type eggs at packing stations (M+L) was HUF 62.12 per piece in the first twenty-eight weeks of 2023 in Hungary, which is 68.2 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. A hazai almafajták körül a Jonagored és a Golden típusú almákat kilogrammonként 338 forintért kínálták, ami egyaránt 17 százalékkal nőtt az 52 héttel korábbi árhoz viszonyítva.
A belföldi, kilogrammos kiszerelésű, tölteni való, kisebb méretű (30–70 mm-es) édes paprika termelői ára 21 százalékkal 733 forint/kilogrammra, a nagyobb méretű (70 mm+) ára 18 százalékkal 931 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett 2023 1–48. hetében az előző év azonos időszakának átlagárához képest. A belföldi kaliforniai paprika termelői ára 21 százalékkal 1334 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett ugyanekkor.

According According to the data of AKI PÁIR, at the Budapest Wholesale Market in week 48, the do-mestic, 40-47 mm size category round tomatoes were present in the selection at the most usual price of HUF 825 per kilogram, 21 per cent higher than in week 48 of 2022, while the 47-57 mm round tomatoes at HUF 875 per kilogram (+25 per cent). Among domestic apple varieties Jonagored and Golden apples were offered for HUF 338 per kilogram, equally increased by 17 per cent compared to 52 weeks earlier.
In the 1–48th weeks of 2023 the price of sweet pepper (yellow, 30–70 mm) was HUF 733 per kilo-gram, which is 21 per cent higher compared to the previous year, the price of sweet pepper (yellow, 70 mm+) was HUF 931 per kilogram, which is 18 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previ-ous year. MŰTRÁGYA-ÉRTÉKESÍTÉS MEZŐGAZDASÁGI TERMELŐKNEK 2023. I. negyedév
Get PDFA műtrágya-forgalmazók 342 ezer tonna műtrágyát értékesítettek közvetlenül mezőgazdasági termelők részére 2023 első negyedévében. Az értékesített mennyiség 40 százalékkal kevesebb volt, mint egy évvel korábban, a műtrágya-értékesítés nettó árbevétele pedig 39 milliárd forinttal 93,8 milliárd forintra csökkent. Mindemellett a műtrágyaárak – a KSH számításai szerint – átlagosan 11,1 százalékkal voltak magasabbak 2023 első negyedévében, mint az előző év azonos időszakában.
A tárgyidőszakban megkezdődött a műtrágyák árának csökkenése az előző, azaz 2022. negyedik negyedévhez képest. A kiemelt műtrágyák árai 16–33 százalékkal mérséklődtek 2023 első negyedévében. A legjelentősebben a Nitrosol 30% (–33,1 százalék) és az NPK 8-20-30 összetételű (–23,9 százalék) műtrágya átlagára esett vissza az említett időszakban.

Fertiliser distributors sold 342 thousand tonnes of fertiliser directly to agricultural markets in the first quarter of 2023. The volume sold was 40 per cent less than a year earlier, and the net revenue from fertiliser sales fell by HUF 39 billion to HUF 93.8 billion. In addition, fertiliser prices were on average 11.1 per cent higher in the first quarter of 2023 than in the same period of the previous year, according to the calculations of the KSH.
In the period under review, fertiliser prices started to fall compared to the previous quarter, i.e. the fourth quarter of 2022. Prices of priority fertilisers fell by 16–33 per cent in the first quarter of 2023. The most significant decreases in average prices were for Nitrosol 30% (–33.1 per cent) and NPK 8-20-30 (–23.9 per cent) during this period

Módszer
Az összeállítás az AKI Piaci Árinformációs Rendszerének (PÁIR) adataira, valamint a különböző nemzetközi forrásokból származó árinformációkra, továbbá a Központi Statisztikai Hivatal (KSH) termelési, iparstatisztikai és külkereskedelmi kimutatásaira támaszkodik. A világ- és európai keresleti és kínálati tendenciák jövőbeni alakulásának bemutatásához elsősorban a Gazdasági Együttműködési és Fejlesztési Szervezet (OECD), az ENSZ Élelmezésügyi és Mezőgazdasági Szervezete (FAO), az Amerikai Egyesült Államok Mezőgazdasági Minisztériuma (USDA) és az Európai Bizottság (EC) publikációit használtuk fel. Introduction
This publication discusses the market developments of the most important agricultural commodities in 2022, mainly by presenting price trends. Based on preliminary quantitative information from 2022, it describes the fundamental changes of supply and demand. In addition, it gives short forecasts on next year’s prospective trends.
Methodology
The analysis is based on the price information and data of the Market Price Information System managed by the Institute of Agricultural Economics, from various Hungarian and international sources, and from the production, industrial statistics, and external trade reports of the
Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH). The publications of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and of the European Commission (EC) were utilised to present the prospective supply and demand trends in Europe and worldwide. The demonstration of the market processes was carried out according to the following structure: Global and European market trends.
Market trends in Hungary: supply, domestic production, imports and stocks; demand, domestic sales, exports.
Market price trends: worldwide, in the European Union (EU) and in Hungary
