According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) was HUF 506 per kilogram in the first two weeks of 2023 in Hungary, which is 53 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year.
The producer price of slaughter turkey (live weight) was HUF 673 per kilogram, which is 48.8 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year

Ezzel egy időben az ipari napraforgómag termelői ára (magas olajsavtartalmú napraforgómaggal együtt) 225,5 ezer forint/tonna (+4 százalék), a repcemagé 227,8 ezer forint/tonna (–2 százalék) volt. A full-fat (extrudált) szóját (30–40 százalék nyersfehérje-, 17–23 százalék nyerszsír- és legfeljebb 12 szá-zalék víztartalmú) 278,4 ezer forint/tonna áfa és szállítási költség nélküli áron értékesítették ugyanekkor.
A fehércukor világpiaci átlagára 2022 decemberében 525 euró/tonna volt, 1,3 százalékkal emelkedett a novemberihez képest.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 111.5 thousand per tonne (+8 per cent compared to a year earlier), of feed wheat was 110.2 thousand per tonne (+11 per cent), of feed maize was HUF 106.3 thousand per tonne (+21 per cent) in the third week of January.
At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (with high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 225.5 thousand per tonne (+4 per cent), of rapeseed was HUF 227.8 thousand per tonne (–2 per cent). Meanwhile, processors' sale price of full-fat (extruded) soybean (30–40 per cent crude protein,
17–23 per cent crude fat and up to 12 per cent water content) was HUF 278.4 thousand per tonne ex-cluding VAT and transport costs. The average world price of white sugar was EUR 525 per tonne in December 2022, increased by 1,3 per cent compared to the previous month

Get PDFA magyarországi vágóhidakon 97,9 ezer darab szarvasmarhát vágtak le 2022-ben, 10,4 százalékkal kevesebbet, mint az előző évben, sertésből 4 millió 532 ezret vágtak, 6,9 százalékkal kevesebbet (–336,7 ezer darab), mint 2021-ben. Baromfiból 207,8 millió darabot vágtak 2022-ben, 11 százalékkal kevesebbet, mint a bázisidőszakban. A levágott baromfi élősúlya összesen 634,7 ezer tonna, vágott súlya (tisztított, bontott súly) 479,9 ezer tonna volt ebben az időszakban.

In Hungarian slaughterhouses 97.9 thousand cattle were slaughtered in 2022, which is 10.4 per cent less than in the previous year, and 4 million 532 thousand pigs were slaughtered, 6.9 per cent less (–207.8 thousand heads) compared to 2021. In the group of poultry 207.8 million pieces were slaughtered in 2022, 11 per cent less than in the base period. The total live weight of slaughtered poultry was 634,7 thousand tons and the carcass weight was 479,9 thousand tons during this period

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára csaknem 9 százalékkal 24,9 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2022-ben az előző évihez viszonyítva.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in the 2nd week of 2023, the most usual prices of the domestic Cherie salad potatoes (HUF 300 per kilogram) and of Agria and Laura table potatoes that is HUF 250 and 245 per kilogram, increased by 33-61 per cent compared to the same week of last year. The most usual prices of Idared and Jonagored apples of HUF 275 and 280 per kilogram respectively, were almost the equivalent to last year’s 2nd week. The price of lemon was 31 per cent higher (HUF 674 per kg), the price of green lime was 60 per cent higher (HUF 1495 per kg), the price of orange was 22 per cent higher (HUF 598 per kg) and the price of clementine was 7 per cent higher (HUF 646 per kg) in the 1-2nd we-eks of 2023 than it was in the same period of the previous year.

Az átlag-hőmérséklet jócskán melegebb volt a sokévesnél, a lehullott csapadék is meghaladta a szokásos mennyiséget. A mezőgazdasági munkák helyzetét felmérő operatív jelentések szerint 2023-ban a tavaszi vetésű szántóföldi növények tervezett vetésterülete 2 millió hektár körül alakul. A mezőgazdasági gazdálkodók a tervezett vetési munkák 33,1 százalékát végezték el április 16-ig. A zöldségfélék vetése 36,3 százalékon állt, a gabonafélék vetési állapota országosan 25,4 százalékos készültséget mutatott.

According to the operational reports assessing the situation of agricultural works, the planned area under spring-sown arable crops in 2023 is around 2 million hectares. Farmers had completed 33.1 per cent of the planned sowing work by 16th April. Sowing of vegetables were at 36.3 per cent, while the sowing status of cereals nationwide was 25.4 per cent complete

Get PDFA mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek exportértéke 10,9 százalékkal, importértéke 27,6 százalékkal emelkedett 2023 első három hónapjában, az egyenleg 24,4 százalékkal volt kevesebb a vizsgált időszakban a 2022. első negyedévi értéknél. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek kivitelének értéke 3449 millió eurót, behozatalának értéke 2695 millió eurót tett ki 2023 első negyedévében, az agrár-külkereskedelem aktívuma 754 millió euró volt, 243 millió euróval kevesebb, mint 2022 első negyedévében. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek exportárindexe 23,6 százalékkal, az importárindex 8,4 százalékkal nőtt a bázisidőszak szintjéhez képest 2023 első három hónapjában. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek részesedése a teljes nemzetgazdasági exportértékből 2023 első negyedévében 8,8 százalék, az importértékből 7,1 százalék volt.

The export value of agricultural and food products increased by 10.9 per cent and the import value by 27.6 per cent in the first three months of 2023, with the balance 24.4 per cent lower in the period under review than in the first quarter of 2022. The value of exports of agricultural and food products amounted to EUR 3,449 million and imports to EUR 2,695 million in the first quarter of 2023, while the value of foreign trade in agricultural products was EUR 754 million, EUR 243 million less than in the first quarter of 2022. The export price index for agricultural and food products increased by 23.6 per cent and the import price index by 8.4 per cent in the first three months of 2023 compared with the reference period. In the first quarter of 2023, the share of agricultural and food products in the total export value of the national economy was 8.8 per cent and 7.1 per cent of the import value
