Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 8. héten a Budapesti Nagybani Piacon a belföldi barna héjú vöröshagyma termelői ára csökkent, a sárgarépa és a petrezselyem ára nem változott, a fejes káposztáé nőtt az egy évvel korábbihoz képest. A belföldi torma termelői ára 2000 forint/kilogrammra (+65 százalék), a gumós zeller ára 572 forint/kilogrammra (+49 százalék), a cékla ára 330 forint/kilogrammra (+35 százalék) emelkedett 2025. 1–8. héten az előző év azonos időszakához képest.

According to the data of AKI MPIS, at the Budapest Wholesale Market in week 8, the producer price of domestic yellow onion decreased, the price of carrots and parsley did not change, the price of cabbage increased compared to a year earlier. The price of horseradish on the domestic market increased by 54 per cent to HUF 2000 per kilogram compared to week 8 of 2024. The price of celeriac was 49 per cent higher (HUF 572 per kilogram), the price of beetroot (HUF 330 per kilogram) was 35 per cent higher in the first 8 weeks of 2025, than it was in the same period of the previous year

Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 12. héten a 400–500 grammos belföldi származású kígyóuborka kilogrammonként 870 forintért került a kínálatba, 3 százalékkal alacsonyabb áron, mint 2024 12. hetében. A Görögországból behozott szamóca a tavalyi azonos hetinél 18 százalékkal magasabb, 2250 forint/kilogramm áron szerepelt a 12. heti választékban. A belföldi származású hónapos retek termelői ára 11 százalékkal, az importtermék ára 10 százalékkal nőtt 2025 1–12. hetében az előző év azonos hetéhez képest. A belföldi és az import újhagyma ára 3 százalékkal emelkedett, a póréhagymáé 10 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanekkor, mint egy évvel korábban.

According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), domestic snake cucumbers weighing 400-500 grams, were priced at HUF 870 per kilogram in week 12 of 2025, marking a 3 per cent decrease compared to the same week in 2024. Meanwhile, strawberries imported from Greece were sold at HUF 2,250 per kilogram, an 18 per cent increase from the same week last year. The producer price of domestic early red radish rose by 11 per cent in the first 12 weeks of 2025 compared to the same period of the previous year, while the price of imported product rose by 10 per cent. Domestic and imported early onions prices increased by 3 per cent while leeks prices by 10 per cent over the same period

Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon az étkezési búza áfa és szállítási költség nélküli termelői ára 86 ezer forint/tonna (+35 százalék az egy évvel korábbihoz képest), a takarmánybúzáé 82,4 ezer forint/tonna (+37 százalék), a takarmánykukoricáé 81,7 ezer forint/tonna (+42 százalék) volt március második hetében. Ezzel egy időben az ipari napraforgómag termelői ára (magas olajsavtartalmú napraforgómaggal együtt) 234,3 ezer forint/tonna (+68 százalék), a szójababé 166,4 ezer forint/tonna (+9 százalék) volt. A fehércukor világpiaci ára 2025 januárjában 515 euró/tonna volt, 1,3 százalékkal múlta alul a 2024. decemberit.

According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the producer price of milling wheat (not including VAT and transport costs) in Hungary was HUF 86 thousand per tonne in the second week of March, representing a 35 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The producer price of feed wheat was HUF 82.4 thousand per tonne, marking a 37 per cent increase, while that of feed maize was HUF 81.7 thousand per tonne, showing a 42 per cent rise in the same period. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (including high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 234.3 thousand per tonne (+68 per cent), and that of soybean was HUF 166.4 thousand per tonne (+9 per cent). The world market price of white sugar was EUR 515 per tonne in January 2025, decreased by 1,3 per cent compared to December 2024

Full text linkA mezőgazdasági díjbevételek összesen 28,4 milliárd forintot (–13,4 százalék), a kárkifizetések 9,1 milliárd forintot (–24,4 százalék) tettek ki 2024-ben. Magyarországon a gazdálkodók 24,9 milliárd forint feletti növénybiztosítási díjat fizettek be a biztosítók részére 2024-ben (–15,7 százalék 2023-hoz képest), amiből 23,9 milliárd forint (a befizetések mintegy 96 százaléka) után kívánták igénybe venni az utólagos állami díjtámogatást. A növénybiztosítási ágazat hegemóniája továbbra is fennállt, mivel 2024-ben az összbevétel 87,9 százalékát adta ez a szegmens. Az állatbiztosítási ágazat részesedése az összes díjbevételből nőtt (+1,9 százalék), a vagyon- és felelősségbiztosításoké szintén emelkedett (+10,1 százalék), míg az erdőbiztosításoké a minimális szinten maradt. A hazai díjtámogatott biztosítási piacon az „A” típusú növénybiztosítás az összes díjtámogatott és a hozzá kapcsolódó kiegészítő biztosítások díjelőírásának 52,6 százalékát (–1,3 százalékpont), kárfizetésének 35 százalékát (+2,1 százalékpont) tette ki 2024-ben. A díjtámogatott növénybiztosításból (a kiegészítő biztosítások elhagyásával) a legnagyobb részesedést, a díjbevételek 54,3 százalékát továbbra is az „A” típusú érte el, míg a kárkifizetések 50,1 százalékát adta (–6,4 százalékpont).

Total agricultural premium income amounted to HUF 28.4 billion (–13,4 per cent), while compensation payments amounted to HUF 9.1 billion (–24.4 per cent) in 2024. In Hungary, farmers paid over HUF 24.9 billion (–15.7 per cent compared to 2023) in crop insurance premiums to insurers in 2024, of which HUF 23.9 billion (around 96 per cent of payments) was the amount for which farmers claimed to use the expost state premium support. The hegemony of the crop insurance sector continued, as this segment accounted for 87.9 per cent of total receipts in 2024. The share of the livestock insurance sector in total premium income increased
(+1.9 per cent), that of property and liability insurance also increased (+10,1 per cent), while that of forest insurance remained at a minimum level. In the domestic premium-subsidised insurance market, crop
insurance type A accounted for 52.6 per cent (–1.3 percentage points) of total premiums written for all premium-subsidised and related supplementary insurance, and 35 per cent (+2.1 percentage points) of claims paid in 2024. Type A continued to account for the largest share of premium-subsidised crop insurance (excluding supplementary insurance), with 54.3 per cent of premiums and 50.1 per cent (–6.4 percentage points) of claims payments

Full text linkA hazai haltermelés összefoglaló adatait idősoros bontásban vizsgálva megállapítható, hogy az üzemelt tóterület 2019-hez képest 1,8 százalékkal csökkent, ami 486 hektárnyi visszaesést jelent öt év alatt. A tógazdasági és intenzív üzemek együttes haltermelése 2007-hez képest közel 21,9 százalékkal, 2010-hez 38,5 százalékkal, 2015-höz 21,2 százalékkal volt több 2024-ben. Az ágazati foglalkoztatás 2024-ben 4,9 százalékkal haladta meg a 2007-es évit, a 2010-es évi adatokhoz képest 15,0 százalékkal volt magasabb, viszont a 2015-ös évi összes foglalkoztatotthoz mérten 13,8 százalékkal dolgoztak kevesebben 2024-ben az ágazatban.

Ezzel egy időben az ipari napraforgómag termelői ára (magas olajsavtartalmú napraforgómaggal együtt) 201,5 ezer forint/tonna (+36 százalék), a repcemagé 200,2 ezer forint/tonna (+17 százalék), a szójababé 157 ezer forint/tonna volt.
A fehércukor világpiaci ára 2025 májusában 435 euró/tonna volt.

The producer price of feed wheat was HUF 73.4 thousand per tonne, marking a 13 per cent increase, while that of feed maize was HUF 81.4 thousand per tonne, showing a 17 per cent rise in the same period. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (including high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 201.5 thousand per tonne (+36 per cent), that of rapeseed was HUF 200.2 thousand per tonne
