Get PDFAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 46. héten a hazai, 30–70 mm vállátmérőjű tölteni való paprika a 2024. évi 46. hetivel csaknem megegyező, 780 forint/kilogramm (+1 százalék) leggyakoribb áron került a kínálatba. A Bosc kobak/Alexander körte 850 forint/kilogramm leggyakoribb ára 18 százalékkal emelkedett a 2024. évi azonos hetihez képest. A belpiaci gömb típusú paradicsom termelői ára 5 százalékkal (708 forint/kilogramm), a fürtös paradicsomé 17 százalékkal (1013 forint/kilogramm), a koktélparadicsomé 10 százalékkal (1828 forint/kilogramm) volt magasabb 2025 1–46. hetében az előző év azonos időszakához képest. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített, földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára 22 százalékkal 38,9 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2025. január–október között az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva.

According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in week 46, at the Budapest Wholesale Vegetable and Fruit Market domestic 30–70 mm diameter ‘Poivron blanc’ peppers were available at a price equivalent to that in week 46 of 2024, at HUF 780 per kilogram. Most common price of Bosc/Alexander pears went up by 8 per cent compared to the same week in 2024. The producer price of domestic round tomato increased by 5 per cent (HUF 708 per kilogram), that of cluster tomato by 17 per cent (HUF 1,013 per kilogram), and that of cherry tomato by 10 per cent (HUF 1,828 per kilogram) in weeks 1–46th of 2025 compared to the same period of the previous year. According to the latest figures from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the sales prices of wines produced and sold domestically – both without a geographical indication (GI) and those with a protected geographical indication (PGI) – increased by 22 per cent toHUF 38.9 thousand per hectolitre between January and October 2025, compared to the same period of the previous year

According to the data of MPIS, the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) in Hungary was HUF 90.4 thousand per tonne (+38 per cent compared to a year earlier), that of feed maize was HUF 77 thousand per tonne (+29 per cent) in the last week of January. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (together with high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 232.6 thousand per tonne (+68 per cent), that of rapeseed was HUF 205.7 thousand per tonne (+28 per cent), that of soybean was HUF 175.6 thousand per tonne (+3 per cent)

Get PDFA műtrágya-forgalmazók 1,39 millió tonna műtrágyát értékesítettek közvetlenül mezőgazdasági termelők részére 2024-ben. Az értékesített mennyiség 28,9 százalékkal haladta meg az egy évvel korábbit.
A műtrágyaárak – a KSH számításai szerint – átlagosan 24,6 százalékkal voltak alacsonyabbak, ezért a műtrágya-értékesítés nettó árbevétele – a volumennövekedés ellenére – 8,1 százalékkal 208,7 milliárd forintra esett vissza 2024-ben. A kiemelt műtrágyák közül egyedül a MAP (11-53) átlagára emelkedett (+17,5 százalék) 2024-ben a 2023. évihez képest, a többi esetében az árcsökkenés mértéke 38 és 6 százalék között mozgott. Az ammónium-nitrát tonnánkénti ára 38 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb, ezt követte a karbamid (–28 százalék) és a MAS (–26,3 százalék). A legkisebb árváltozás az NPK 15-15-15-ös összetett műtrágyák esetében történt (–6 százalék).

Fertiliser distributors sold 1.39 million tonnes of fertiliser directly to farmers in 2024. The volume sold was 28.9 per cent higher than a year earlier. Fertiliser prices were on average 24.6 per cent lower, according to the calculations of the KSH, so the net revenue from fertiliser sales fell by 8.1 per cent to HUF 208.7 billion in 2024, despite the volume increase. Among the priority fertilisers, only the average price of MAP (11-53) increased (+17.5 per cent) in 2024 compared to 2023, while the other fertilisers showed a price decrease of between 38 and 6 per cent. The price per tonne of ammonium nitrate was 38 per cent lower, followed by urea (–28 per cent) and MAS (–26.3 per cent). The smallest price change was for compound fertilisers NPK 15-15-15 (–6 per cent)

The producer price of feed maize was HUF 77.3 thousand per tonne, showing a 26 per cent rise in the same period. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (including high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 225.8 thousand per tonne (+55 per cent), that of rapeseed was HUF 206.1 thousand per tonne (+29 per cent) and that of soybean was HUF 163.4 thousand per tonne

Get PDFA magyarországi vágóhidakon 23,3 ezer darab szarvasmarhát vágtak le 2025 első negyedévében, 26 százalékkal többet, mint az előző év azonos időszakában, sertésből 1 millió 217 ezret vágtak, 4,9 százalékkal többet (+57 ezer darab), mint 2024. január–márciusban. Baromfiból 55,8 millió darab került a vágóhidakra 2025 első negyedévében, ami 4,3 százalékkal kevesebb, mint a bázisidőszak értéke. A levágott baromfi élősúlya összesen 170 ezer tonna, vágott súlya (tisztított, bontott súly) 128 ezer tonna volt ebben az időszakban.

In Hungarian slaughterhouses 23.3 thousand cattle were slaughtered in the first quarter of 2025, which is 26 per cent more than in the same period of the previous year. Additionally, 1 million 217 thousand pigs were slaughtered, which is 4.9 per cent more (+57 thousand head) compared to January–March 2024. In case of poultry 55.8 million heads were slaughtered in the first quarter of 2025, which is 4.3 per cent less than in the base period. The total live weight of slaughtered poultry was 170 thousand tonnes, and the carcass weight was 128 thousand tonnes during this period

The producer price of feed maize was HUF 73.5 thousand per tonne, showing a 3 per cent fall in the same period. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (including high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 207.3 thousand per tonne (+25 per cent), that of rapeseed was HUF 197.3 thousand per tonne (+10 per cent), while that of soybean was HUF 153.1 thousand per tonne (–12 per cent). The world market price of white sugar was EUR 405 per tonne in July 2025
