Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 195,98 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 novemberében. A zsírtartalom 0,03 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár 2 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2025 novemberében az októberihez képest 1 százalékkal mérséklődött, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 2 százalékkal emelkedett. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 168,96 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 novemberében, az előző havitól 5 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 27 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 1 százalékkal csökkent 2025 novemberében az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva.

According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the average producer price of raw milk was HUF 195.98 per kilogram in November 2025, it decreased in the last month by 1 per cent, but increased compared to November 2024 by 2 per cent. Concurrently, compared to October 2025, the fat content increased by 0.03 percentage points, the protein content by 0.01 percentage points and the base price decreased by 2 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 168.96 per kilogram in November 2025, 5 per cent lower than in the previous month and 27 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. Full text linkA 2024–2025-ös tél – a korábbi évekhez hasonlóan – melegebb volt a sokéves átlagnál, de kevésbé volt enyhe, mint az 1901 óta mért legmelegebb tavalyi tél. Csapadék szempontjából országosan nagy hiányok jelentkeztek: a sokéves értéknek mindössze az 57 százaléka esett. A mezőgazdasági munkák helyzetét felmérő operatív jelentések szerint 2025-ben a tavaszi vetésű szántóföldi növények tervezett vetésterülete 2 millió hektár körül alakul. A mezőgazdasági gazdálkodók a tervezett vetési munkák 21,2 százalékát végezték el április 16-ig. A zöldségfélék vetése 24,3 százalékon állt, a gabonafélék vetési állapota országosan 20,8 százalékos készültséget mutatott.

The winter of 2024-2025 was warmer than the multi-year average, similar to previous years, but less mild than last year, which was the warmest on record since 1901. There were significant shortages of precipitation nationwide: only 57 per cent of the multi-year average fell. According to the operational reports assessing the situation of agricultural works, the planned area of spring-sown arable crops in 2025 is around 2 million hectares. Farmers completed 21.2 per cent of the planned sowing work by 16 April. Sowing of vegetables was 24.3 per cent, while that of cereals was 20.8 per cent complete nationwide
MEZŐGAZDASÁGI INPUTOK HAVI FORGALMA 2025. I–III. hónap
Full text link2025 I–III. hónapjaiban az egy évvel korábbi azonos időszakban forgalmazott volumenhez képest 3,6 százalékkal kevesebb műtrágya került a gazdákhoz. Az értékesítési árak a bázisidőszakhoz mérten 5–19 százalékkal voltak magasabbak, a kálium-klorid kivételével, ahol 11,7 százalékos csökkenés történt. A legnagyobb mértékben a MAS (+18,8 százalék) és a MAP (+18,4 százalék) ára emelkedett. Amennyiben a 2025. első negyedévi értékesítési átlagárakat viszonyítjuk a 2024. negyedik negyedévihez, azok 5–21 százalékkal emelkedtek. A legnagyobb mértékben a szuperfoszfáté, a legkisebb mértékben pedig a kálisóé. A karbamid és a MAS ára is 12,4 százalékkal volt magasabb a tárgyidőszakot megelőző negyedévben. A növényvédő szerek esetében a 2025. I–III. havi adatok alapján a megfigyelt termékekből 6,5 százalékkal kevesebbet vásároltak a gazdák, mint egy évvel korábban ugyanebben az időszakban. A gombaölők értékesített volumene 47,9, a gyomirtóké 14,7 százalékkal csökkent, ellenben a rovarölőké 5 százalékkal nőtt 2024 első negyedévéhez mérten. A vizsgált gombaölők értékesítési átlagára – kettő kivételével – egyhangúan mérséklődött (1–42 százalékkal) a tárgyidőszakban az előző év első negyedévéhez képest. 2024 negyedik negyedévéhez hasonlítva viszont vegyesen mozogtak az értékesítési árak a megfigyelt időszakban, a legnagyobb mértékben az Ercole (közel kétszerese) és a Roundup Mega (+70 százalék) ára nőtt, míg a Mospilan 20 SG-é és a Pulsar Plusé közel 20 százalékkal mérséklődött.

In the first three months of 2025, 3.6 per cent less fertiliser was distributed to farmers than in the same period a year earlier. Sales prices were 5–19 per cent higher compared to the base period, with the
exception of potash chloride, which was down 11.7 per cent. The biggest price increases were for calcium ammonium nitrate (MAS) (+18.8 per cent) and MAP (+18.4 per cent). When comparing average sales prices for the first quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2024, they increased by 5–21 per cent. The highest increase was for superphosphate and the lowest for potash chloride. The prices of urea and MAS were also 12.4 per cent higher in the quarter before the period under review. In the case of pesticides, based on data for months I–III of 2025, farmers purchased 6.5 per cent fewer of the products monitored than in the same period a year earlier. The volume of fungicides and herbicides sold decreased by 47.9 per cent and 14.7 per cent respectively, while the volume of insecticides increased by 5 per cent compared to the first quarter of 2024. The average sales price of the fungicides under review, with two exceptions, decreased unanimously (by 1–42 per cent) in the period compared to the first quarter of last year. However, compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, sales prices were mixed in the period under review, with the largest increases for Ercole (nearly doubling) and Roundup Mega (+70 per cent), while Mospilan 20 SG and Pulsar Plus decreased by nearly 20 per cent

A zsírtartalom 0,07 százalékpontos és a fehérjetartalom 0,03 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 2 százalékos növekedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára nem változott lényegesen 2025 áprilisában a 2025. márciusihoz képest, ugyanakkor 22 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 175,31 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 áprilisában, az előző havihoz képest 3 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 28 százalékkal nőtt. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 25 százalékkal csökkent 2025 áprilisában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva.

A GREEN EVALUATION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRIES IN THE V4 OUNTRIES FROM AN EU TAXONOMY PERSPECTIVE
Full text linkAz AKI által vezetett V4 Grant projekt célja elsősorban az, hogy átfogó ismereteket nyújtson a V4-országok élelmiszer-, ital- és dohányiparának fenntarthatósági célkitűzéseivel és tevékenységeivel kapcsolatos jelenlegi helyzetről és jövőbeli lehetőségekről az EU taxonómiai szemszögéből, a környezetbarát megoldások előmozdítása érdekében. A kutatócsoport a makroregionális és ágazati együttműködés erősítésére összpontosított egy taxonómiai-központú, kvalitatív és kvantitatív elemzésével, amely az élelmiszer-feldolgozó ipar nagyvállalatainak önkéntes és kötelező fenntarthatósági jelentéseit vizsgálja egy ágazati pénzügyi adatbázis segítségével. Azért végeztük el ezt az egyedülálló tudományos tanulmányt, hogy új, magas színvonalú információkat szolgáltassunk a kulcsfontosságú érdekeltek (szakértők, vállalatok, finanszírozók, fogyasztók, politikai döntéshozók) számára, hogy segítsük őket a zöld átmenet folyamatán belül hatékonyabb változások megvalósításában, különös tekintettel az NFRD-ről a CSRD-re való átállásra.

The research team focused on strengthening macroregional and sectoral cooperation by means of a taxonomy- centred, qualitative and quantitative analysis of voluntary and mandatory sustainability reports of large companies in the food processing industries using a sectoral financial database. We accomplished this unique scientific study in order to provide new, high-quality information for key stakeholders (experts, companies, financiers, consumers, political decision makers) in order to help them realise more effective changes within the green transition process, with a particular focus on switching from NFRD to CSRD

Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon az étkezési búza áfa és szállítási költség nélküli termelői ára 79,3 ezer forint/tonna (+12 százalék az egy évvel korábbihoz képest), a takarmánybúzáé 78,1 ezer forint/tonna (+4 százalék), a takarmánykukoricáé 79,3 ezer forint/tonna (+9 százalék) volt június első hetében. Ezzel egy időben az ipari napraforgómag termelői ára (magas olajsavtartalmú napraforgómaggal együtt) 208,1 ezer forint/tonna (+38 százalék), a szójababé 151,6 ezer forint/tonna (–25 százalék) volt. A fehércukor világpiaci ára 2025 márciusában 519 euró/tonna volt.

According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the producer price of milling wheat (not including VAT and transport costs) in Hungary was HUF 79.3 thousand per tonne in the first week of June, representing a 12 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The producer price of feed wheat was HUF 78.1 thousand per tonne, marking a 4 per cent increase, while that of feed maize was HUF 79.3 thousand per tonne, showing a 9 per cent rise in the same period. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (including high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 208.1 thousand per tonne (+38 per cent) and that of soybean was HUF 151.6 thousand per tonne
(–25 per cent). The world market price of white sugar was EUR 519 per tonne in March 2025

A hazai cseresznye termelői ára a 20–24. hetek átlagában
(2800 forint/kilogramm) 125 százalékkal emelkedett az elmúlt év azonos periódusának átlagárához képest.

According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), on the Budapest Wholesale Vegetable and Fruit Market in week 24, domestically grown aubergines were sold at HUF 825 per kilo-gram, which is 11 per cent higher than in the same week last year. Courgettes were priced at HUF 475 per kilogram, representing an 8 per cent increase. The average producer price of domestic cherries was HUF 2,800 per kilogram in weeks 20–24 of 2025, which is a 125 per cent increase compared to the ave-rage price of the same period last year

Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a Budapesti Nagybani Piacon a 4. héten a belföldi termesztésű 40–70 mm méretű barna héjú vöröshagymát 190 forint/kilogramm (–23 százalék az egy évvel korábbihoz képest), a nagyobb méretűt 218 forint/kilogramm (–24 százalék) áron kínálták. A belpiaci fejes káposzta 220 forint/kilogramm leggyakoribb áron szerepelt a felhozatalban, ami 10 százalékkal magasabb volt, mint az egy évvel korábbi. Az idei év első négy hetében a belföldi körte átlagosan 856 forint/kilogramm (+2 százalék) termelői áron volt jelen a kínálatban. Az import körte ára 14 százalékkal 1082 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett ugyanekkor.

According to the data of AKI MPIS, at the Budapest Wholesale Market in week 4 the price of 40–70 mm sized yellow onion grown in Hungary was HUF 190 per kilogram, which is 23 per cent lower, the price of 70 mm+ sized yellow onion was HUF 218 per kilogram, which is 24 per cent lower than it was in the same week of the previous year. The price of white cabbage was HUF 220 per kilogram, which is 10 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. The price of pears was HUF 856 per kilogram (+2 per cent) in the first 4 weeks of 2025, the price of imported pears was HUF 1082 per kilo-gram, which is 14 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year
