High-quality Wood Cutting using CO2 Laser Machining― Optimization of Laser Processing Conditions ―
Get PDF高出力発振が可能であり、幅広い材料に適用されている炭酸ガスレーザは、最も汎用的なレーザ発振器として様々な産業で活用されている。金属、樹脂、木材などに対して、切断、穴あけ、溶接といった種々の加工に応用されている。しかしながら、炭酸ガスレーザは波長10.6 μmの赤外光であるため、加工部に発生する熱影響がしばしば問題となる。その熱影響を抑制した高品位加工を実現するためには、レーザ加工条件を最適化することが必要となるが、レーザ加工には多くのパラメータがあるため、全てのパラメータに対して実験を実施して加工条件を最適化することは困難である。そこで、品質工学の一種であるL18直交表を用いたパラメータ設計により、レーザ加工パラメータを最適化することを試みた。木材（バルサ）のレーザ切断加工について、加工品位に大きな影響を及ぼすレーザ光およびアシストガスに関する8つのレーザ切断加工パラメータに対してパラメータ設計を実施した。その結果、木材のレーザ切断加工において、加工パラメータを最適化することで精密切断と熱影響層抑制の可能性を確認することができた

Get PDF崇城大学は生き残りを目指して、2010 年に教育刷新プロジェクトに着手し、翌年4 月から
SEIP（Sojo Educational Innovation Project）- Ⅰを開始した。その後も13 年に中長期計画（内
容変更なしで18 年から第2 期）、19 年にSEIP- Ⅱ、23 年に第3 期中長期計画を実施してきた。
本学の教育改革は他大学に比べて少々遅れたスタートではあったが、それは決してマイナス
ではなく、改革先行大学の内容と成果、および問題点を評価分析して、できること必要なこ
とを峻別し、スピード感をもって推進できるはずであった。
しかしSEIP- Ⅰ・Ⅱ、中長期計画のいずれにおいても、その実施評価の検証をおこなわず、
PDCA サイクルを回せない、回さない、PDPD サイクルに陥った。その原因は、本学の立ち
位置を明確にしないまま、改革の目的、方針、実施計画等の文言作成で満足したこと、教育
行政専任の教職員が所属する改革推進組織を設置せず、実施主体が教職員個々人や学科任せ
であったこと、つまり組織的な運用と点検評価体制を構築せず、情報の一元化と共有化とを
図らなかったことなどにある。
いま必要なことは、本学の立ち位置を明確にし、中長期計画とSEIP- Ⅰ・Ⅱとを評価検証
することであり、補助金目当ての施策、流行や目先の成果だけにとらわれず、粘り強い持久
力をもって改革に取り組む持続可能な体制づくりとその運営である
Consideration of Machining Support Technology for Physically Disabled People ―Support for Hearing Impaired People in Lathe Work―
Get PDF2014年に国連における「障害者権利条約」を日本は批准し、2016年に「障害者差差別解消法」が施行されている。同法に則り、様々な障害をもった学生に対しても学修の機会を保証するために合理的配慮が進められている。国公立大学ではすでに義務化されており、私立大学においても努力義務から義務化へと進んでいる。合理的配慮とは、障害を持った学生の学習の機会を担保するために、講義や学校生活に工夫や配慮を行うものである。座学においても多大な工夫を要するが、実験や実習などでは、さらに多くの工夫を取り込む必要がある。とくに、障害の中でも、重度の身体障害者への対応は難しいことが想定される。機械工学科のように工作機械を用いる実習では、健常者の学生であっても、注意を怠れば重傷や、死亡につながる危険性があり、教員や技術職員は常に細心の注意を払っている。そのような中で、身体に障害を持った学生が各種工作機械を扱うことを想定し、どのような危険が内在するのか、安全に操作するための工夫を検討したので本報にて紹介する
Active Learning Using Student Recorded Monologues
Get PDFThis paper will detail the planning, execution and feedback of an initiative to promote active learning and improve student speaking and writing using student recorded monologues. After determining the goals of the project, a rubric was created to clarify these goals and assessment criteria for both students and instructors. A 15-lesson unit was then developed based on four personal narratives. For each narrative, students completed a series of preparation activities before producing both written and spoken versions of their narratives and uploading these in the form of online assignments. Students were encouraged to review the rubric before, during, and after work on their texts. Feedback from students and instructors on completion of the program indicated that the goals were clear and relevant, there was a high level of student engagement with the unit, and that the rubric was an effective tool for guiding the learning process

Get PDF崇城大学では、2019年度から初年次教育「SOJO基礎」を起点として理工系専門教育とを連動し、大学と産業界とを接続する学修プログラム「SOJOプロジェクト教育」を開始した。初年次生では専門的知識を必要としないアイデア解決型のPBL型学修を反復し、2年次以降に学科や企業等の提供による理工学・実社会の現実的な問題に取り組み、学年に応じた専門基礎的なアイデアをもって解決を目指す。学部でのこの教育が修士課程の長期のコーオプ教育につながり、さらには博士課程の産学連携を生み出す土壌となる。これは従来の伝統的な大学教育（教える）からの脱却を目指す教育プログラムのひとつで、本学が目指す「学生の自主的、創造的な学修姿勢」を培う新しい教育体系である。この組織的な取り組みにより、学生が主体的学修へと転換し、知識・技能を実際に活用して徐々に高品質の成果物をつくる契機となることに期待している。また協力企業からは「知識修得だけではなくチーム活動に焦点を当てたカリキュラムの重要性」「企業と大学の協力は不可欠」「国際競争力向上のためには学生の人材育成は必要」など、大方の賛同を得ている
Texture in the Sculpture―Rethinking and Organizing the Value Concept Seen from Modern Sculpture―
Get PDFThe word texture in a general sense has spread widely throughout our lives. It is known as one of the formative elements in the field of art, but the question remains whether its formative value is deeply understood. So far, the author has reconsidered the concept of value of texture in modeling education, and classified and considered it by classifying it into “material value” and “modeling value”. In this paper, the texture is inductively considered by applying the discussion, classification, and arrangement of value concepts to modern sculpture and reconsidering and organizing them.
And this paper reconsiders the texture in the sculpture domain, and the discussion starts with Auguste Rodin. The reason for this is that the concept of texture is contained in the process in which he dismantled the concept of the traditional sculpture up to then and reconstructed it from a formative point of view. Moreover, it is thought that sculptors who followed him continued this flow, simultaneously paying attention to the material, and found a formative value in texture while seeking to incorporate the meaning, the production act, and the process of the formative elements into their expressions. This paper first organizes the Concept formation of texture in the sculpture domain by considering an historical overview starting with Rodin. Then, we will reconsider and organize the value concept of texture as seen from modern sculpture
Early works of Shiro Murano ―Studying of Haiku before and after “Taiso Shishu” ―
Get PDF村野四郎は第二詩集『体操詩集』（昭和一四年）によって「モダニズム詩人」として近代詩史上高く評価されてきた。しかし、その評価は限定的であり、彼の詩業のごく一面をとらえたものにすぎない。また、第一詩集『罠』（大正一五年）により詩人として出発する以前から多くの俳句を発表してきたことも、研究上ほとんど知られていない状況にある。村野四郎の詩的出発期には俳句の創作が大きく影響していると推察される。『体操詩集』は、彼の多様な作品群をふまえて新たな視座からの検証が必要な詩集である。
本稿は村野四郎の代表的詩集『体操詩集』を含めた戦前の詩的方法獲得の過程を今後検討するため、「文章倶楽部」「中央文学」「層雲」「風流陣」等の雑誌を中心に調査し、これまで明らかにされていなかった多くの俳句作品を資料編としてまとめたものである。さらに、本資料をもとに『定本村野四郎全詩集』の「村野四郎年譜」の記述についても一部修正等を施した
On Demand Reading Materials : Moving from ERT to Online Teaching An Action Research Study
Get PDFThis paper reports on the first cycle of an ongoing action research project into the creation of reading activities for online, asynchronous reading lessons. These lessons make up one unit of a compulsory English course for second-year university students of the Department of Architecture at a private university in Japan. The unit consists of five reading texts and accompanying tasks and activities, related to the topics of architecture and construction. Focusing mainly on the creative and evaluative stages, the paper covers the steps of problematizing, planning, acting, observing and reflecting on the material creation process. It concludes with some thoughts on how the materials could be improved, and some ideas for a second action research cycle planned for the 2022/3 academic year. The author hopes to help fill some spaces in the literature identified by Edwards and Burns (2016) by providing an account of an action research approach to teacher-written materials. The report may be of interest to other teachers who also need to adapt or write online materials
