No full textAndrzej Koszewski - a composer, a musicologist and an educationalist. His name - due to the songs, for example „Zdrowaś królewno wyborna” or „Ad Musicam” - is probably known to all the choir singers in Poland. It is also familiar to many foreign choirs that are active almost in all parts of the world. Peripheral to Andrzej Koszewski’s vocal works there is still artistic work dedicated to solo voice. that artistic work includes just few compositions, such as: „3 Kołysanki” for soprano and piano words by Henryk Piotrowski, Jerzy Kierst; „Wokaliza„ to the theme of the chorale by J.S. Bach for soprano and piano/organs ; „Brewiarz miłości„ for baritone and instrumental band and „O świcie, o zmroku„. A triptych for soprano and piano words by J. Ratajczak. Within the solo vocal lyric by Andrzej Koszewski there is a predomination of traditional treatment of human voice by the composer as well as traditional shaping the form and the melics. The songs and lieder for solo voice are dependent to large extent on poetic words. Composer’s sensitivity to a timbre as well as numerous dynamic and agogic nuances introduced in the score play a significant role. The solo vocal lyric by Andrzej Koszewski constitutes a certain - incredibly beautiful and interesting - love breviary: composer’s love to music and poetry, love to beauty, love to a human being and his voice, love to a child as well as love to a tradition

Perspektywa edukacji uzdolnionych muzycznie dzieci i młodzieży pozwala na wskazanie swoistości procesu kształcenia młodych adeptów sztuki muzycznej, w której indywidualna relacja ucznia z nauczycielem stanowi doskonały grunt do rozwoju idei wsparcia pedagogicznego. W artykule zaprezentowano główne obszary psychologicznych kompetencji nauczycieli-instrumentalistów, wskazując na ich elastyczność wynikającą z etapu muzycznego kształcenia ucznia. Ponadto, podkreślono istotną rolę wspierającej postawy nauczyciela w sytuacji doświadczania przez uzdolnione muzycznie dzieci i młodzież różnorodnych trudności, które mogą pojawić się w procesie muzycznej edukacji. Wskazano też możliwości wspomagania rozwoju i procesu kształcenia osób wybitnie utalentowanych w zakresie sztuki muzycznej. Na podstawie literatury dokonano usystematyzowania cech, zachowań i umiejętności nauczyciela doskonałego, którego postawa oddaje ideę wsparcia pedagogicznego

Reference point method applied to find symmetricly effective decisions in multicriteria modelling of two-side negotiations process
Get PDFA method of making symmetrically effective decisions in a two-side negotiation is presented. A negotiation process is modeled by multicriteria optimization. The solution finding consists in an interactive choosing among decision proposals. Each part presents its proposition concerning the objects of negotiation that are parameters of multicriteria optimization problem. Choosing subsequent solutions is made by the solution of optimization problem with parameters, that determine the aspiration of each part of negotiation, as well as by estimation of the obtained solution.W pracy przedstawiono metodę wyboru decyzji symetrycznie efektywnych w procesie negocjacji dwustronnych. Proces negocjacji modeluje się przy pomocy optymalizacji wielokryterialnej. Metoda znajdowania rozwiązania polega na interaktywnym prowadzeniu procesu wyboru kolejnych propozycji rozwiązań. Strony przedstawiają swoje propozycje dotyczące przedmiotów negocjacji, które stanowią parametry zadania optymalizacji wielokryterialnej.
