Migration processes in Sub-Saharan Africa
No full textThe peculiarities of migration flows in Sub-Saharan Africa, the appearance of conflicts and the process of their arrangement are described in the article. The author examines the main migration trends, reasons, directions, specific features of migration in this region, attempts to show the intercommunication between migration and conflict on the example of the region and determines the degree of mutual influence. The author focuses on the fact that Sub-Saharan Africa is a complex structural system consisting of politically independent elements that frequently interact according to the orderly process. The elements of the system such as states, IGOs, NGOs and politicians cooperate with each other in public relations, create its structure and strengthen the system’s integrity.В статье выявляются особенности влияния миграционных потоков, циркулирующих в Тропической Африке, на возникновение, течение и процесс урегулирования конфликтов. No full textThe essence of political myths, their structure and key functions have been analyzed in the article. The peculiarities of the political myths’ creation in the Ukrainian society have been also characterized. It has been determined that political myths are an effective tool of influencing the political culture and consciousness of the citizens and that they are being used by the present-day Ukrainian politicians in order to gain and keep power. The attention to the predominantly destructive role of political myths in the development of modern Ukrainian society has also been drawn in the article. The authors claim that with the development of the information society a political myth is becoming more adaptive and gains the ability to create an illusion of reality and its manipulative influence is becoming more masterly and less noticeable. This influence often leads to the simulation of the democratic principles, depression and passive attitude of the citizens. It is possible to minimize the social consciousness manipulation through raising the level of the political culture and consciousness of the citizens, forming an open communication system between authorities and citizens, developing independent mass media, etc

No full textThis article is an attempt to analyze and interpretation of position of the representatives of the Austrian School versus importance and the role of the individual and the social cooperation in the development of the civilization. The aim of this article is examined, according to the representatives of the Austrian School, that the individuals and the social cooperation have influence on the development of the wealth of the society and increase of human liberty and also guarantee of peaceful cooperation between humans. Author focus on political thought of the representatives of the Austrian School in the persons like Ludwig von Mises, Murray Rothbard, Butler Shaffer or Thomas DiLorenzo. Article show that in opinions of the representatives of the Austrian School social institutions like property rights, personal freedom, social cooperation or free market are products of Western Civilization. In the text discuss will be belief that bad ideas are main causes of destructions of civilizations. No full textProblematic aspects, presented in the article, are grounded in the field of cultural and literary studies, which stress the relationship between poetic representations of spatium and emphasized subjective differentiation. Emphasized topographies are explained, in terms of how they are revealed through an individual's experience and how approachable they are in its engaged experiencing. The images of space, their creation are deprived of neutrality and validate the relationships between time, perseverance, memory, sequence and return. They also clearly concretize the position of the subject in complicated relationships towards chosen places. The crucial starting point to analyze the topography, as a record of experience, is the concept of „a place of birth". In Julia Hartwig's writings repeatedly appear poetic pictures of the town of her childhood and youth - Lublin, which are not integrated in realization of a topical image of her hometown. degradation manifests itself when high school graduate is forced to take up
employment and work, where required qualification are at a much lower level.
Qualitative research using the method of individual cases, analyzed in the context
of globalization, civilization changes, happiness category revealed that the relationship
between higher education and employment and professional life depend
on many personality, family and environmental factors. Referring to the chaos
theory there are revealed some mechanisms governing university graduates, fate
which depend on the local personnel policy and happiness.Wykształcenie wyższe jest wartością indywidualną i społeczną, a poczucie
degradacji społecznej ujawnia się wówczas, gdy absolwent szkoły wyższej
jest zmuszony podjąć zatrudnienie i pracę, gdzie wymagane są kwalifikacje na
wyraźnie niższym poziomie. Badania jakościowe przy zastosowaniu metody
indywidualnych przypadków, analizowanych w kontekście globalizacji, zmian
cywilizacyjnych, kategorii szczęścia, pozwoliły stwierdzić, że relacje pomiędzy
wyższym wykształceniem a zatrudnieniem i pracą zawodową zależą od wielu
czynników osobowościowych, rodzinnych i środowiskowych. Przy odwołaniu
się do teorii chaosu ujawniają się niektóre mechanizmy rządzące losem absolwentów
szkół wyższych, zależne od lokalnej polityki kadrowej i szczęścia
Transformations of working time as a factor of labour dehumanization
Get PDFShortening working time and making it more flexible, which have been observed in Europe since mid-20th century, are perceived as the main features and conditions for labour humanization as well as the sign of social progress. The aim of the article has been showing negative consequences of this phenomenon,especially for maintaining balance between work and private life. It was based on hypothesis that the tendency to shorten the working time and to make it more flexible cannot be seen only as a factor of humanization, as the achievements of the social policy in Europe have been accompanied by many negative aspects, having a negative influence over both employees and employers. One of those observed occurrences were progressive disturbances in balancing work and private life. The considerations have been based on critical literature analysis method, the analysis of formal legal documents and statistics reports and sources. The transformations of working time and their influence over free time shortage and thus the imbalance between work and private life have been analysed. The theoretical-problem analyses allowed to reach the conclusion that the transformations of working time, related to negative changes in its organization, can be perceived as a factor of dehumanization of one's work
