Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. Characteristics of the approach and the possibility of its application in pedagogy/andragogy

concerning the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), written by Jonathan A.
Smith, Paul Flowers and Michael Larkin (2009), in the context of the potential of using the
approach in pedagogy and also in andragogy. IPA is used more often by representatives
of the humanities, social sciences, and health sciences, but so far no attempt was
made to introduce this approach to pedagogy-andragogy in which hermeneuticphenomenological
perspective has already been used.Celem niniejszego artykułu jest próba krytycznej analizy i oceny publikacji naukowej dotyczącej Interpretacyjnej analizy fenomenologicznej (ang. Interpretative phenomenological analysis – IPA), której autorami są: Jonathan A. Smith, Paul Flowers i Michael Larkin, w kontekście możliwości wykorzystania tego podejścia w pedagogice, w tym także w andragogice. IPA coraz częściej wykorzystywana jest przez przedstawicieli nauk humanistycznych, społecznych czy nauk o zdrowiu, dotychczas jednak nie podjęto próby wprowadzenia tego podejścia do pedagogiki andragogiki, w której swoją tradycję ma już perspektywa hermeneutyczno-fenomenologiczna
Birthday Anniversaries of the Veterans of Communist Party of China in the Internal Politics of the People’s Republic of China
No full textThis article analyses functions of birthday commemoration of veterans of Communist Party of China. Content analyses of official ceremonial speeches and case study was applied to research ceremonies of 120th anniversary of Mao Zedong birthday and 100th anniversary of Xi Zhongxun, Hu Yaobang and Liu Huaqing birthdays. The study is based on Maurice Halbwachs’s concept of collective memory. The results shows legitimizing function of those events - both of party rule over China and Xi Jinping leadership in the party.W artykule przeanalizowano funkcje, jakie pełnią w Chinach uroczystości upamiętniające urodziny byłych liderów Komunistycznej Partii Chin. Za pomocą analizy treści oficjalnych przemówień oraz studium przypadku przebadano cztery uroczystości - 120. Rocznicę urodzin Mao Zedonga oraz 100. rocznice urodzin Xi Zhongxuna, Hu Yaobanga oraz Liu Huaqinga. Podstawę teoretyczną stanowiła koncepcja pamięci kolektywnej, którą opracował Maurice Halbwachs. No full textThe article describes the specific features of the new terrorism in the Donbass which has the support of Russia in the struggle for influence on the policy of Ukraine. The terrorist organizations on Donbass are specific territorial units. Using the concept ‘state’, focusing on the Orthodox faith and idea of ‘Russian world’ this terrorism has purpose to capture a new territory, intimidation and demoralization of Ukraine and the world community. In the context of anti-terrorist operation in the Donbass region we studied also the dynamic of changing the attitude of Ukrainians to Russia. From December 6 to December 15, 2014 the Kiev
International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) conducted All–Ukrainian poll of public opinion. Deterioration of attitudes towards Russia is observed in all regions. At the same time for studying attitude of Russians to Ukraine the Levada-center in Russia from 23 to 26 January, 2015 conducted a survey on a representative selection for Russian. The humanitarian situation in Donbas has deteriorated during period from December 2014 to September 2015: increased number of respondents who estimate the situation of living conditions as unbearable in their localities. A significant share surveyed population (15%) would like to leave the localities of Lugansk and Donetsk region but they are not able. The course of the MMA fights as a part of KSW federation - as the examples of the heavy weight "fight of the night"
Get PDFIntroduction. The aim of the study was to describe the technical level of fighters participating in MMA "Fights of the night" KSW Federation in Poland.
Material and methods. All data was collected directly during the analysis of the video recording of 10 fights in the heaviest weight category. Analysis of the material included all technical elements used in all fights and their time distribution.
Results. The analysis results indicate that the "ground and pound" style of these fight was dominant and only in the ground position. The others techniques were used occasionally.
Conclusions. Conclusions suggest the poor differences in the technical level of this fighters and the lack of possibilities to relate global success

Get PDFThe aim of the article is to present the image of means of transport that has been created in the crucial 1920. This year, Bydgoszcz and other cities of Pomerania returned to Poland after 148 years of Prussian occupation. The image of Pomeranian means of transport is reconstructed on the basis of articles, notes and notices which were published in the “Dziennik Bydgoski” in 1920. Bydgoszcz was a very important, extremely diverse and branched junction and for this reason the means of transport are very frequent subject of the many texts of this daily. “Dziennik Bydgoski” was the official newspaper of the Polish Christian Democratic Party and for this reason the means of transport was presented in accordance with the ideology of Christian-Democrat. This article sequentially pres bicycles ent a cultural and linguistic image of: horse- drawn vehicles, horses, handcarts, cars, motorcycles, trams, ships and trains.

Przekształcenia własnościowe przedsiębiorstw a problem ochrony środowiska naturalnego
Get PDFProblem of protection of environment and natural resources against degradation by industry wasalready recognized in the times ofthe People’s Republic of Poland. However, at that time in the investment processes very little attention was paid to legal regulations concerning the environmental protection. Transformation of the Polish political system after 1989 into the free market economy and related tothat process of enterprise ownership transformation and restructurisation, implied the new investments to be undertaken by the new owners in order to decrease the harmful environmental effects of industry. The ownership restructuring and transformations at the enterprises were followed by a serious problem of so-called historical pollution and the State Treasury responsibility for the damages to the natural environment occurring within the times ofthe People’s Poland.
