No full textThe subject of consideration undertaken in the paper is the issue of social and educational implications of
human activity. The article focuses on that kind of behavior which lead to optimal development of personality
traits. Activity is therefore understood both as an individual developmental need and a natural kind of relations
between a human being and the world. A humanistic version of human activity, expression of which can
be easily found in the writings of E. Fromm seems to be particularly interesting. In the light of this idea,
a multidimensional, authentic and optimizing human development activity can be considered as an indicator
of psychophysical health, ‘healthy activity’, and a sign of a creative self-realization. In his concluding remarks,
the author claims that in today’s world, the world dominated by a neoliberal market system and a superficial
democracy, both of which play a fundamental role in the process of socialization, man is becoming a being
unable to perform self-motivated actions, a being prepared mainly to a passive consumption, ‘conveyor-belt’
production and responding to external stimuli. Such an ‘inhumane’ lifestyle dominated by an overarching
corporate social-economical system seems to shape not only the passive and non-creative authoritarian
personalities but also, taking into account an idea of ‘healthy activity’, non-healthy personalities resulting from
people’s lack of chances for self-realization and self-actualization.Przedmiotem poniższych rozważań jest problem społeczno-edukacyjnych implikacji ludzkiej aktywności.
W tym kontekście gros uwagi poświęcono takim rodzajom zachowań, które wiążą się z optymalnym rozwojem
zasadniczych obszarów osobowości. Aktywność zatem rozumiana tutaj jest jako zarówno indywidualna
potrzeba rozwojowa, jak i jako naturalny rodzaj relacji jednostki ze światem zewnętrznym. Szczególnie interesująca
wydaje się humanistyczna wersja aktywności człowieka, według której (na przykładzie poglądów
w tym zakresie głównie E. Fromma) wielostronna oraz autentyczna aktywność optymalizująca rozwój rozumiana
jest jako objaw psychofizycznego zdrowia (zdrowa aktywność) oraz wskaźnik twórczej samorealizacji.
W konkluzji Autor dochodzi do wniosku, iż w dominującym obecnie systemie neoliberalnego rynku oraz pozornej
demokracji, jako podstawowych mechanizmów socjalizacji, w który wpisuje się również system szkolno-
-oświatowy, człowiek staje się istotą aktywną pozornie, przygotowaną głównie do biernej konsumpcji,
„taśmowej” produkcji oraz reagującą na zewnętrzne bodźce. Taki właśnie „nieludzki” oraz przedmiotowy
sposób życia zdominowany przez wszechogarniający człowieka korporacyjny system polityczno-ekonomiczny,
wydaje się kształtować osobowości autorytarne, bierne, nietwórcze: a w istocie wręcz psychofizycznie chore,
bo niemające szans na pełną samorealizację oraz samourzeczywistnienie
Political aspirations of the Kazakhstani youth
No full textIn the article data presented from the sociological research conducted in 2015 indicate that the participation of youth in politics and the interest is very low. Monitoring of political orientations in the projection on regional identity showed some significant differences: the youth of the “Northern”, “Western” and “Eastern” regions is with a tendency to the “troubled” perception of the political situation, while respondents of “Southern” and “Central” regions with the “neutral” assessment of and with a high degree of political tolerance and displaying the ability to political discourse. The political profile of young Kazakhs is characterized by a greater degree of uncertainty. Also, the boundaries of political preferences are blurred: the main factors of the formation of the ideological and political positions are to the greater extent cultural (preferences and stereotypes) rather than social factors.В статье анализируется степень заинтересованности и участия молодых казахстанцев в политической жизни страны.
Согласно данным социологического исследования, проведенного в 2015 году среди молодежи, прослеживается региональная дифференциации в политической активности: молодежь «северного», «западного» и «восточного» регионов с тенденцией «неспокойного» восприятия политической ситуации, тогда как респонденты «южного» и «центрального» регионов с оценкой «нейтральности» и с высокой степенью политической толерантности и проявления способности к политическому дискурсу. Политический профиль молодых казахстанцев характеризуется в большей степени неопределенностью. Также и размыты границы политических предпочтений: основными

No full textIn the article the author has analyzed the public administration competent for security policy, centered under the aegis of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers itself. By reviewing the most important legal acts, and based on texts were included the competences and tasks of the institutions established to protect the life and health of citizens of the Republic of Poland, during the time of warand peace. Leaning at scientific journals author described the main functions of institutions that support government and the prime minister in the security policy. The course of the backward attacks in judo, after the first change of the rules, based on The World Championship from 2009 and 2011 in over 100 kg category. A pilot study
Get PDFThe aim of this article was to verify if the course, dynamics and time-structure of the judo fight in light of backwards attacks were changed after the radical change of the rules. It was presented the pilotage analyse of the fights containing the backward attack - based on the video recording from the World Championships in Rotterdam in 2009 (before the change of the rules) and The World Championships in Paris in 2011 (after the change of the rules) only in heaviest category. The total of 97 male fights in over100 kgcategory were verified. The analysis of backward attacks conducted through the video recording of the fights from The World Championships in Rotterdam in 2009 (before the change of the rules) and The World Championships in Paris in 2011 after the first change of the rules showed identical frequency of backward attacks and identical number of fights terminated before the set time because of those attacks. However, the time structure of the fight showed the fight in a totally new picture. That, in turn, brings new challenges for the coaching staff and imposes the changes in defence tactics

Get PDFThe paper presents an analysis the technical-tactical preparation of judoists competing in
men’s individual World Championships in 2014 and 2015. These tournaments were held in
accordance with the new provisions which will also apply during the Olympic Games in Rio
de Janeiro in 2016. A classification was made of the national teams prevailing in these competitions. The analysis
of technical-tactical preparation was based on efficiently performed attacks, for the
execution of which athletes received judges’ points. The registered attacks allowed for an evaluation of the efficiency of particular groups of throws and holds used in a judo fight and for a classification of techniques that prevailed during these competitions. The collected material allows predicting the efficiency of judoists’ technical-tactical preparation during subsequent tournaments and adjusting individual training programs adapting
them to the current requirements and regulations of sports combat
