This study examines the characteristics of emotional burnout development
among education workers and identifies effective methods for its prevention and management. Special attention is given to psychological, social, and professional factors contributing to burnout, as well as its manifestations, including emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and reduced professional effectiveness. Modern approaches to preventing and addressing burnout are analyzed, including psychological training, selfregulation techniques, coaching, and therapeutic programs. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for teachers, psychologists, and educational administrators to enhance psychological resilience and maintain professional motivation

На основі виявлених особливостей підприємства запропоновано комплексну програму
стимулювання збуту, яка включає знижки, бонусні програми, рекламну підтримку, участь у
міжнародних виставках, впровадження нових технологій, а також заходи з підвищення
кваліфікації персоналу. Надано обґрунтування етапів реалізації програми та оцінку її
очікуваного впливу на конкурентоспроможність підприємства.
The qualification work examines the theoretical foundations, tools and principles of
developing sales incentive programs in the context of the enterprise’s marketing activities. An
analysis of the current state of the sales policy and marketing strategy of PJSC “Odeskabel” is
presented, the effectiveness of already applied incentive measures and their impact on customer
loyalty and product sales volumes is determined.
Based on the identified features of the enterprise, a comprehensive sales incentive program is
proposed, which includes discounts, bonus programs, advertising support, participation in
international exhibitions, the introduction of new technologies, as well as measures to improve
personnel skills. A justification of the stages of program implementation and an assessment of its
expected impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise are provided

No full textУ статті розглянуто особливості впливу надмірного використання гаджетів на психічне здоров’я студентської молоді. Визначено основні прояви цифрової залежності: зниження концентрації уваги, емоційне виснаження, порушення сну, тривожність, агресивність і соціальна ізоляція. Окрему увагу приділено ролі самоменеджменту як ресурсу підтримання психічного благополуччя, що передбачає розвиток навичок саморегуляції, планування часу й емоційної стійкості. Базою дослідження виступив Університет «Україна». Участь у дослідженні взяли 100 студентів віком 18–25 років. Застосовано методику «Шкала залежності від гаджетів», тест Айзенка, шкалу самооцінки Розенберга. Результати дослідження засвідчили високий рівень емоційної залежності у 30 % студентів, фрустрації (25 %), тривожності (35 %) та агресивності (70 %). Доведено, що тривале користування гаджетами знижує самооцінку у 20 % студентів, сприяючи емоційній нестабільності. Запропоновано комплекс практичних рекомендацій для гармонізації взаємодії з цифровими технологіями: впровадження цифрової гігієни, технік тайм-менеджменту, розвитку усвідомленості, фізичної активності та формування здорових онлайнзвичок. Зроблено висновок, що усвідомлене користування гаджетами в поєднанні з навичками самоменеджменту сприяє збереженню психічного здоров’я студентів та підвищенню ефективності навчання.
The article examines the specifics of the impact of excessive use of gadgets on the mental health of young students. The main manifestations of digital addiction are identified: decreased concentration, emotional exhaustion, sleep disturbance, anxiety, aggressiveness, and social isolation. Special attention is paid to the role of self-management as a resource for maintaining mental well-being, which includes the development of self-regulation skills, time planning, and emotional stability. The study was conducted at the University of Ukraine. 100 students aged 18–25 participated in the study. The “Gadget Addiction Scale” methodology, the Eysenck test, and the Rosenberg self-esteem scale were used. The study results showed a high level of emotional addiction in 30% of students, frustration (25%), anxiety (35%), and aggressiveness (70%). It has been proven that prolonged use of gadgets reduces self-esteem in 20% of students, contributing to emotional instability. A set of practical recommendations for harmonizing interaction with digital technologies is proposed: the implementation of digital hygiene, time management techniques, the development of awareness, physical activity, and the formation of healthy online habits. It is concluded that the conscious use of gadgets in combination with self-management skills contributes to the preservation of students' mental health and increased learning efficiency

Визначено, що кризові явища, пандемія COVID-19 та військові дії в Україні істотно вплинули на динаміку попиту, інвестиційну активність і структуру послуг у сфері гостинності. Підкреслено роль цифрових технологій, автоматизації сервісу та безконтактних рішень у підвищенні конкурентоспроможності готельних операторів. Розглянуто зростання ролі франчайзингу, екологічних стандартів, нових форматів готельного бізнесу (бутик-, апарт- та гібридних готелів). Особливу увагу приділено адаптації готельних мереж України до умов війни — появі нових сегментів внутрішнього попиту, партнерству з гуманітарними організаціями та підтримці внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Доведено, що перспективи розвитку галузі пов’язані з персоналізацією сервісу, інноваціями та сталим розвитком.
The article analyzes the main development trends of hotel chains in the context of current economic, technological, and social challenges. It highlights that economic crises, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the war in Ukraine have significantly affected demand dynamics, investment activity, and service structures within the hospitality industry. The study emphasizes the importance of digital technologies, service automation, and contactless solutions in enhancing the competitiveness of hotel operators. The growing role of franchising, sustainability standards, and new business formats (boutique, apartment, and hybrid hotels) is discussed. Special attention is given to the adaptation of Ukrainian hotel networks under wartime conditions, including new domestic demand segments, cooperation with humanitarian organizations, and accommodation for internally displaced persons. The findings demonstrate that the future of hotel network development lies in innovation, service personalization, and sustainable growth, which collectively strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of the hospitality sector
Effectiveness of management of financial resources of the pension fund of Ukraine

У статті досліджено структуру управління та основні функції Пенсійного фонду України (ПФУ). Зазначено, що основні функції ПФУ полягають у зборі й акумуляції пенсійних внесків, нарахуванні та виплаті пенсій, а також в управлінні фінансовими ресур сами, що спрямовуються на пенсійне забезпечення громадян. Проведено аналіз середнього розміру пенсійних виплат у динаміці останніх років, досліджено структуру надходжень та видатків Пенсійного фонду України. Розглянуто основні напрями вдосконалення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами ПФУ. Підкреслено, що підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами Пенсійного фонду України є критично важливим завданням для забезпечення стабільності та розвитку пенсійної системи країни. Аналіз виявив низку ключових проблем, включно з демографічними викликами, структурним дефіцитом бюджету Пенсійного фонду України та недостатньою диверсифікацією джерел фінан сування. Запропоновані заходи з оптимізації управління фінансовими ресурсами Пенсійного фонду України включають впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій для поліпшення адміністрування, вдосконалення системи контролю за використанням коштів. Прозорість і підзвіт ність у фінансових операціях ПФУ сприятимуть підвищенню довіри населення, а підвищення фінансової грамотності громадян стимулюватиме активну участь у накопичувальних системах. Особливу увагу варто приділити поступовому переходу до накопичувальної пенсійної системи, що дозволить знизити навантаження на солідарну систему та створити додаткові джерела фінансування пенсійних виплат. Реалізація комплексу запропонованих заходів дозволить суттєво підвищити фінансову стійкість Пенсійного фонду України, забезпечити більш справедливий розпо діл пенсійних виплат і створити передумови для підвищення рівня соціального захисту пенсіонерів. Водночас успішність реформування системи управління фінансовими ресурсами Пенсійного фонду України значною мірою залежатиме від послідовності державної політики, якості законо давчої бази та ефективності міжвідомчої координації.
The article is aimed at analyzing the problems of managing financial resources of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and developing directions for improving the efficiency of management in this area. The article studies the management structure and main functions of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU). It is noted that the main functions of the PFU are to collect and accumulate pension contributions, accrue and pay pensions, as well as to manage financial resources directed to the pension provision of citizens. The analysis of the average size of pension payments in the dynamics of recent years is carried out, the structure of revenues and expenditures of the Pension Fund of Ukraine is studied. The main directions of improving the efficiency of management of financial resources of the PFU are considered. It is emphasized that improving the efficiency of financial resources management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine is a critically important task for ensuring the stability and development of the country’s pension system. The analysis revealed a number of key problems, including demographic challenges, structural budget deficit of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and insufficient diversification of funding sources. The proposed measures to optimize the manage ment of financial resources of the Pension Fund of Ukraine include the introduction of modern information technologies to improve administration, also to improve the system of control over the use of funds. Transparency and accountability in financial transactions of the PFU will help increase public confidence, and increase the financial literacy of citizens will stimulate active participation in systems of savings accumulation. Particular attention should be paid to the gradual transition to an accumulated pension system, which will reduce the burden on the solidarity system and create additional sources of financing pension payments. The implementation of the complex of proposed measures will significantly increase the financial stability of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, ensure a fairer distribution of pension payments and create preconditions for increasing the level of social protection of pensioners. At the same time, the success of reforming the system of financial resources management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine will largely depend on the consistency of State policy, the quality of the legislative framework and the efficiency of interagency coordination
Specific Features of Students’ Mental Health During Periods of Social Instability

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена зростанням психоемоційних ризиків для молоді в умовах воєнних дій, економічних коливань та соціальної невизначеності, що безпосередньо впливає на психологічне функціонування, адаптаційні можливості та академічну успішність студентів. У роботі наголошено, що ментальне здоров’я є багатовимірним конструктом, який включає емоційне, психологічне та соціальне благополуччя, а також залежить від рівня емоційного інтелекту та ефективності копінг-стратегій. Теоретичний розділ містить аналіз сучасних підходів до розуміння ментального здоров’я, концепції емерджентної дорослості, механізмів впливу соціальної нестабільності на психіку молоді та факторів ризику й захисних ресурсів. Емпіричне дослідження проведено на вибірці студентів із застосуванням валідних методик. Отримані результати відображають рівень психоемоційного неблагополуччя, домінуючі канали подолання стресу та кореляційні зв’язки між емоційним інтелектом, копінг-стратегіями, тривогою та депресивними проявами. Сформульовані практичні рекомендації спрямовані на розвиток емоційної регуляції, підвищення резильєнтності та оптимізацію психопрофілактичної роботи у закладах вищої освіти.
The master’s thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the specific features of students’ mental health during periods of social instability. The relevance of the study is driven by the increasing psychosocial risks faced by young people amid military actions, economic fluctuations, and societal uncertainty, all of which directly affect students’ psychological functioning, adaptive capacities, and academic performance. The work emphasizes that mental health is a multidimensional construct encompassing emotional, psychological, and social well-being, and is significantly influenced by the level of emotional intelligence and the effectiveness of coping strategies. The theoretical section provides an in-depth examination of contemporary approaches to understanding mental health, the concept of emerging adulthood, mechanisms through which social instability impacts youth psychology, as well as key risk factors and protective resources. The empirical study was conducted on a student sample using validated psychodiagnostic instruments. The obtained results reflect the level of psychological distress, dominant stress-coping channels, and the correlation patterns between emotional intelligence, coping strategies, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. The formulated practical recommendations are aimed at strengthening emotional regulation, enhancing resilience, and optimising psychological prevention initiatives within institutions of higher education

операційної стратегії та оцінено їх ефективність.

The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of the enterprise's operational
strategy, namely the concept of operational strategy and its connection with other strategies of the
enterprise's activity, as well as the process of forming the enterprise's operational strategy. The
external and internal environment of the trading enterprise is analyzed, in particular, the analysis of the
Ukrainian retail services market, the financial condition of the enterprise and the potential
opportunities of LLC "Tavria V" in the context of choosing an operational priority are conducted.
Management decisions on the implementation of the operational priority are substantiated, measures
for the implementation of the operational strategy are developed and their effectiveness is assessed
