The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the organization of retail customer service in the context of the implementation of digital technologies in banks. Based on the results of the research, the first section examines the essence of the digitalization of banking operations in general and retail business in particular.
The main indicators of the retail segment of Ukrainian banks at the present stage are analyzed. The impact of modern digital technologies on the organization of servicing retail clients of banks in Ukraine was assessed.

No full textДисоціативні розлади, які виникають у відповідь на важкі травматичні події, що можуть супроводжувати бойові дії та умови полону, є серйозною проблемою для військовополонених після звільнення. Тривалий стрес, фізичне та психологічне насильство, ізоляція та загроза життю значно підвищують ризик розвитку дисоціативних симптомів. Дослідження рівнів і методів психологічного втручання є досить важливим для розробки найбільш ефективних програм реабілітації та підтримки військовополонених, які можуть сприяти покращенню їх психічного здоров’я та якості життя. Мета статті – вивчити прояви дисоціативних розладів у військовополонених та визначити найбільш ефективні рівні та методи психологічного втручання для їх лікування, реабілітації та подальшої адаптації в суспільстві. Дослідження підтверджує, що дисоціативні розлади є широко поширеним наслідком тривалого ув’язнення та важких травматичних подій, пов’язаних із бойовими діями. Проведені дослідження показали високий рівень проявів дисоціативних розладів у військовополонених, як-от: амнезія,деперсоналізація та роздвоєння свідомості. Крім того, військовополонені, які пережили більш важкі форми травматичного досвіду (фізичне чи психологічне насильство), демонструють набагато вищий рівень дисоціації та посттравматичних симптомів. Оцінка ефективності психологічної інверсії показує, що комплексні методи, які передбачають когнітивно-поведінкову терапію, методи стабілізації та підтримку на різних етапах реабілітації, є найбільш ефективними для зменшення симптомів дисоціації та покращення психоемоційного стану військовополонених. Комплексний і послідовний підхід до організації психологічних впливів на різних рівнях (індивідуальний, груповий) значно зменшує негативні прояви дисоціації та суттєво покращує адаптацію військовополонених після звільнення з полону. Впровадження таких методів лікування є невід’ємною частиною реабілітаційних програм для цієї групи постраждалих.
Dissociative disorders pose a serious problem for captives, as they appear in response to severe traumatic events, which can accompany combat and captivity conditions. Prolonged stress, physical and psychological violence, isolation and threat to life significantly increase the risk of development dissociative symptoms. Studies of levels and methods of psychological intervention is important for development of effective rehabilitation and support programs for prisoners of war, which can contribute to improvement of their mental health and life quality.Aim of the article – study the manifestations of dissociative disorders in prisoners of war and determine the effective levels and methods of psychological intervention for their treatment and rehabilitation. Study confirms, that dissociative disorders are widespread consequence of prolonged imprisonment and severe traumatic events, related to combat. Conducted studies showed high level of dissociative disorders in prisoners of war, such as amnesia, depersonalization and split consciousness. Also, prisoners of war, who survived more severe forms of traumatic experience (physical or psychological violence), show higher level of dissociation and post-traumatical symptoms. Evaluation of psychological invervention effectiveness shows , that complex methods, which include cognitive-behavioral therapy, stabilization techniques and support on different stages of rehabilitation, are the most effective for reducing od symptoms of dissociation and improvement of psychoemotional state of prisoners of war.Complex approach to psychological inverventions on different levels (individual, group), significantly reduces manifestations of dissociation and improves adaptation of prisoners of war after release. Implementation of such treatment methods are inseparable part of rehabilitation programs for this group of victims

діяльності та системи оподаткування бізнесу. Проаналізовано ринок ресторанного бізнесу в Україні
та м. Одеса; здійснено оцінку внутрішніх конкурентних переваг кав’ярні; визначені витрати на
відкриття та функціонування кав’ярні, а також прогнозовано прибуток від реалізації проєкту
створення кав’ярні; розраховано показники економічної ефективності проєкту; проаналізовано
можливі ризики та заходи щодо їх мінімізації.
The qualification work of the bachelor consists of three chapters. The object of the study is the
process of justifying the feasibility of creating a coffee shop in the restaurant business. The paper presents
a description of the business idea of starting your own business in the restaurant business market; considers
the conditions for registration for conducting business in Ukraine in the restaurant business; justifies the
choice of the organizational and legal form of business activity and the business taxation system. The
restaurant business market in Ukraine and the city of Odesa is analyzed; the internal competitive advantages
of the coffee shop are assessed; the costs of opening and operating a coffee shop are determined, and the
profit from the implementation of the coffee shop project is forecasted; the economic efficiency indicators
of the project are calculated; possible risks and measures to minimize them are analyzed
