У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади створення підприємства у сфері роздрібно-оптової торгівлі спортивним та тактичним одягом, розглянуто бізнес-ідею ТОВ «ШтормGear», досліджується нормативно-правове регулювання підприємницької діяльності в Україні, обґрунтовано вибір організаційно-правової форми та системи оподаткування підприємства.
Вивчено конкурентне середовище ринку спортивного та тактичного одягу, визначено основних стейкхолдерів проєкту та їхній вплив на діяльність підприємства.
Сформовано фінансові прогнози доходів, витрат і грошових потоків на п’ятирічний період.
Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту, оцінено перспективи масштабування бізнесу та ризики, які пов’язані з реалізацією проєкту.
Отримані результати дослідження підтверджують фінансову життєздатність проєкту і переспективи його розвитку в конкурентному середовищі.The paper examines the theoretical foundations of establishing an enterprise in the field of retail and wholesale trade in sports and tactical clothing, considers the business idea of StormGear LLC, studies the regulatory framework for entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine, substantiates the choice of the organizational and legal form and taxation system of the enterprise.
The competitive environment of the sports and tactical clothing market is studied, the main stakeholders of the project and their impact on the company's activities are identified.
Financial forecasts of revenues, expenses, and cash flows for a five-year period were prepared.
An economic feasibility study was carried out, the prospects for scaling the business and the risks associated with the project implementation were assessed.
The study results confirm the financial viability of the project and the prospects for its development in a competitive environment

Get PDFКваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню гендерної специфіки прояву страхів у юнацькому віці. Актуальність теми обумовлена зростанням психологічної вразливості молоді до стресових чинників у зв’язку з воєнними подіями, соціальною нестабільністю та кризовими змінами в українському суспільстві. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу соціальних страхів, які найчастіше виникають у молодих людей в період становлення особистісної ідентичності.
У першому розділі здійснено теоретико-методологічний аналіз поняття «страх», його психологічної природи, функцій, класифікацій, а також описано основні підходи до вивчення феномену страху в різних психологічних школах. Розглянуто особливості переживання страхів у юнацькому віці та чинники, що їх детермінують, з урахуванням гендерного аспекту.
У другому розділі представлено результати емпіричного дослідження, проведеного серед юнаків і дівчат віком 17-19 років. Використано валідні психодіагностичні методики, отримані дані засвідчили відмінності у спектрі страхів за гендерною ознакою, виявили вплив страху на рівень доброзичливості, агресивності та міжособистісної взаємодії. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо психологічної підтримки молоді з урахуванням виявлених гендерних особливостей страхів. Наголошено на необхідності застосування індивідуально-орієнтованого підходу та психокорекційних програм для підвищення стресостійкості та соціальної адаптації юнаків і дівчат.
Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в роботі практичних психологів, освітніх закладів, центрів молодіжної підтримки та соціально-психологічної допомоги

Formation of a quality management system for a feed mill enterprise
Get PDFКваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з двох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – ТОВ «UTAGRO».
У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування системи менеджменту якості, включаючи її сутність, ключові умови ефективного управління. Особливу увагу приділено визначенню вимог споживача як першочергового завдання, а також ролі всіх процесів підприємства у формуванні споживчої цінності. Управління якістю розглядається як безперервний процес, що поєднує стратегічне планування та оперативне реагування. Обґрунтовано важливість системного та процесного підходів, зокрема, процесного підходу для чіткого визначення дій та контролю.
Другий розділ присвячено аналізу діяльності та управління якістю комбікормового підприємства, виявлено його сильні та слабкі сторони. Розроблено документовані процедури управління якістю для процесів «Виробництво комбікормів» та «Зберігання комбікормів». За допомогою діаграми Парето ідентифіковано основну проблему якості – нерівномірне змішування, спричинене застарілим обладнанням. Запропоновано технічно та економічно обґрунтовану заміну змішувача, що підтверджено розрахунками чистої приведеної вартості та терміну окупності.Thesis consists of two chapters. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of the formation of a quality management system, including its essence, critical analysis of the literature and key conditions for effective management. Particular attention is paid to determining consumer requirements as a primary task, as well as the role of all enterprise processes in the formation of consumer value. Quality management is considered as a continuous process that combines strategic planning and operational response. The importance of system and process approaches is substantiated, in particular, the process approach for clearly defining actions and control. The second section is devoted to the analysis of activities and quality management at the compound feed enterprise LLC "UTAGRO", its strengths and weaknesses are identified, and its profitability is shown despite difficult conditions. Documented quality management procedures have been developed for the processes "Compound feed production" and "Compound feed storage". Using the Pareto diagram, the main quality problem is identified - uneven mixing caused by outdated equipment. A technically and economically sound replacement of the mixer was proposed, which was confirmed by calculations of net present value and payback period

Окрему увагу приділено взаємозв’язку між рівнем мотивації працівників та якістю надання освітніх послуг, що є ключовим факторомуспішного функціонування системи вищої освіти.Автор проводить порівняльний аналіз чинної системи стимулювання у сфері вищої освіт та в інших галузях економіки, визначаючи ключові проблеми та потенційн напрями вдосконалення. Запропоновано алгоритм удосконалення мотиваційної політики, що базується на індивідуальному підході, розвитку професійних компетентностей та створенні сприятливих умов для кар'єрного зростання. Значна увага приділяється переходу до гнучких механізмів фінансування та стимулювання, якісприяють підвищенню професійної мобільності викладачів, залученню до міжнародних академічних програм і проєктів, а також створенню конкурентоспроможного середовища у закладах вищої освіти.Стаття також містить аналіз міжнародного досвіду в питаннях мотивації науково-педагогічних працівників, зокрема моделей країн із високим рівнем автономії університетів, що застосовують ефективні механізми матеріального й нематеріального стимулювання. Визначено ключові аспекти, які можуть бути адаптовані до українських реалій, а також сформульовано конкретні рекомен-дації щодо вдосконалення системи мотивації праці в закладах вищої освіти України.The article explores the motivation of academic staff in Ukraine’s higher education system amid socio-economic transformations and their impact on the effectiveness of the educational process. It examines the dynamics of changes in motivation policies that integrate both material and non-material incentives, including financial rewards, career advancement opportunities, academic autonomy, and professional recognition. Special attention is given to the relationship between employees' motivation levels and the quality of educational services, which is a key factor in the successful functioning of the higher education system.The author conducts a comparative analysis of the current incentive system in higher education and other economic sectors, identifying key challenges and potential area for improvement. A motivation policy enhancement algorithm is proposed, focusing on an individualized approach, professional competency development, and the creation of favorable conditions for career growth. Considerable attention is paid to transitioning to flexible funding and incentive mechanisms that enhance faculty mobility, facilitate participation in international academic programs and projects, and foster a competitive environment within higher education institutions.The articlealso analyzes international experiencein motivating academic staff, particularlymodels from countries with high levels of university autonomy that implement effective material and non-material incentive mechanisms. призму інституціонального підходу, виявлення суперечностей та викликів, що супроводжують реалізацію реформ. Під
час написання статті використовувався системно-аналітичний метод. У статті виявлено ключові тенденції воєнної
економіки, такі як нормативна інституціоналізація оборонних закупівель, адаптація трудових ресурсів, трансформація
податкового регулювання та поява експериментальних зон із високим рівнем податкової довіри. Особливий акцент
зроблено на розмежуванні реформ євроінтеграційного та ресурсного характеру, проаналізовано наслідки прийняття
ключових законопроєктів: зокрема, реформи автострахування, змін до акцизного оподаткування, імплементації норм
щодо діяльності рейтингових агентств, а також ухвалення ресурсного законопроєкту та створення «клубу білого бізнесу».
The article examines the institutional dimension of transformations of Ukraine's economic policy during the period of
martial law 2022–2025. The purpose of this article is to analyze the transformations of Ukraine's economic policy during the
martial law period of 2022–2025 through the prism of an institutional approach, in particular, to study the latest institutional
forms that arise in response to extraordinary conditions, as well as to identify contradictions and challenges that accompany the
implementation of reforms of both a European integration and resource nature. The systematic analytical method was used when
writing the article. The shift of the economic course from the development of the business environment to the mobilization economy
and the complexity and contradictions of this process are considered. Particular attention is paid to the institutional analysis of
new economic formations emerging in response to the extraordinary conditions of war, in particular - the strengthening of the role
of the state, the digitalization of management, changes in the labor market, the activation of civil society and the deepening of
cooperation with international donors. Based on the institutional approach, key trends in the war economy are identified, such as
the regulatory institutionalization of defense procurement, the adaptation of labor resources, the transformation of tax regulation
and the emergence of experimental zones with a high level of tax trust. Special emphasis is placed on the distinction between
reforms of a European integration and resource nature, and the consequences of the adoption of key draft laws are analyzed: in
particular, auto insurance reforms, changes to excise taxation, implementation of norms regarding the activities of rating agencies,
as well as the adoption of a resource draft law and the creation of a “white business club”. The imperfection of new mechanisms
of institutional regulation is emphasized, in particular in determining the criteria for business integrity, which leads to the risk of
forming new economic inequalities. The article expands the scientific discussion on the role of institutions in managing economic
crises and may be useful for researchers, public administration specialists, and practicing economists

The article examines theoretical and methodological issues related to the statistical assessment of
the entrepreneurial activity of the small business sector in Ukraine, and analyzes the dynamics of the
number of small business entities in Ukraine. The main indicators of the activity of small enterprises of
Ukraine were analyzed. A forecast of sales volumes of small enterprises for the coming years has been
made. An analysis of regional features of small business development in Ukraine was carried out. A
correlation-regression model of the volume of sales of small enterprises in Ukraine was built.

The structure, dynamics, and geography of food imports were characterized and analyzed, and the
most critical categories of goods by the level of import dependence were identified. An assessment of the
risks and threats associated with dependence on external suppliers during wartime was carried out.
Ways to increase the sustainability of the food system of Ukraine by optimizing imports, reducing
logistics costs, and diversifying trade ties are substantiated
