The compliance of Ukrainian legislation
with EU waste management standards has been analyzed and the need for the implementation of
Directive 2006/21/EC has been substantiated. A geoeconomic assessment of the risks of exogenous

фінансових результатів, проаналізовано методологію їх розрахунку, включаючи
рентабельність і чистий прибуток, та оцінено сучасний стан підприємницького середовища в
Україні за 2014–2023 роки. Проведено порівняльний аналіз фінансових результатів
юридичних осіб і ФОПів, виявлено тенденції формування чистого прибутку з урахуванням
впливу криз (війна, пандемія). Розроблено прогноз динаміки фінансових результатів на 2024
2028 роки за трьома сценаріями (базовий, оптимістичний, песимістичний) із застосуванням
лінійного тренду та сценарного підходу. Запропоновано заходи оптимізації фінансових
результатів, включаючи зниження витрат, диверсифікацію доходів, релокацію бізнесу,
впровадження інновацій і управління ризиками, з оцінкою їх економічного ефекту.

The qualification work systematizes the theoretical foundations of statistical analysis of
financial performance, analyzes the methodology for calculating key indicators, including
profitability and net profit, and evaluates the current state of the entrepreneurial environment in
Ukraine over 2014–2023. A comparative analysis of the financial performance of legal entities and
individual entrepreneurs is conducted, identifying trends in net profit formation under the influence
of crises (war, pandemic). A forecast of financial performance dynamics for 2024–2028 is developed
using three scenarios (baseline, optimistic, pessimistic) based on linear trend modeling and a scenario
approach. Measures to optimize financial performance are proposed, including cost reduction, income
diversification, business relocation, innovation implementation, and risk management, with an
assessment of their economic impact

No full textУ роботі було проаналізовано психологічні особливості впливу надзвичайних ситуацій та екстремальних факторів на особистість, в тому числі на поведінку та динаміку психічного стану постраждалих, досліджено психологічні наслідки переживання травматичних подій та приведено методи надання першої психологічної допомоги, а також проаналізовано існуючі моделі подальшої психотерапевтичної роботи з постраждалими. За результатами емпіричного дослідження було визначено стратегію дій при наданні психологічної допомоги, направлених на подолання психологічної кризи, в тому числі спрямованих на переосмислення травматичного досвіду, відновлення відчуття контролю над власним життям, формування реалістичної самооцінки постраждалих. Практичне значення дослідження. Отримані результати можуть бути використані як практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення психологічної підтримки постраждалим внаслідок надзвичайних ситуацій, спричинених війною в Україні.
The work analyzed the psychological features of the impact of emergencies and extreme factors on the personality, including the behavior and dynamics of the mental state of victims, investigated the psychological consequences of experiencing traumatic events and presented methods for providing first psychological aid, and analyzed existing models of further psychotherapeutic work with victims. According to the results of the empirical study, a strategy of actions was determined in providing psychological assistance aimed at overcoming a psychological crisis, including those aimed at rethinking traumatic experiences, restoring a sense of control over one's own life, and forming a realistic self-esteem of victims. Practical significance of the study. The results obtained can be used as practical recommendations for improving psychological support for victims as a result of emergencies caused by the war in Ukraine

Актуальність теми зумовлена потребою в підготовці психологів, здатних до автономного професійного функціонування, відповідального прийняття рішень, рефлексії та етичної взаємодії, що неможливо без достатнього рівня самоефективності та сформованої особистісної зрілості. У сучасних умовах зростання психологічного навантаження, невизначеності та соціальних викликів зазначені якості набувають стратегічного значення як для особистого розвитку майбутнього спеціаліста, так і для якості психологічної допомоги. У магістерському дослідженні здійснено комплексний теоретичний і емпіричний аналіз психологічної самоефективності як ключового внутрішнього механізму формування особистісної зрілості майбутніх психологів. Виокремлено сутнісні характеристики психологічної самоефективності, проаналізовано її природу, види та чинники розвитку, розкрито її роль у професійному становленні та самореалізації особистості. Особливу увагу приділено специфіці розвитку самоефективності у студентському віці, її функціям у професійній підготовці та зв’язку з формуванням професійної ідентичності. На основі аналізу наукових джерел конкретизовано структуру професійної самоефективності, окреслено її регулятивні, мотиваційні та рефлексивні компоненти, описано психологічні умови й бар’єри її формування. Відзначено, що саме рівень самоефективності визначає перехід студента від пасивної ролі в освітньому процесі до позиції професійної суб’єктності. З’ясовано, що психологічна самоефективність відіграє роль інтегративного чинника розвитку особистісної зрілості студентів-психологів, забезпечуючи їхню здатність до усвідомлених професійних дій, етичної позиції, автономності, рефлексивності та готовності до практичної роботи в умовах високої соціальної відповідальності. Сформованість самоефективності визначає якість професійної підготовки фахівця та рівень його готовності здійснювати психологічну допомогу на основі внутрішньої особистісної зрілості.
The master’s thesis is devoted to a comprehensive investigation of psychological self-efficacy as a system-forming factor in the development of personal maturity among future psychologists in the process of their professional training. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to prepare psychologists capable of autonomous professional functioning, responsible decision-making, reflection, and ethical interaction—competencies that are unattainable without a sufficient level of self-efficacy and a well-developed personal maturity. In the context of increasing psychological demands, uncertainty, and social challenges, these qualities acquire strategic significance both for the personal development of future specialists and for
the quality of psychological support they provide. The research presents a comprehensive theoretical and empirical analysis of psychological self-efficacy as a key internal mechanism underlying the formation of personal maturity in future psychologists. The essential characteristics of psychological self-efficacy are identified; its nature, types, and developmental factors are examined; and its role in professional formation and personal self-realization is revealed. Special attention is given to the specifics of self-efficacy development during the student years, its functions in professional education, and its relationship with the formation of professional identity. Based on the analysis of scholarly sources, the structure of professional self-efficacy is specified, its regulatory, motivational, and reflective components are outlined, and the psychological conditions and barriers to its development are described. It is emphasised that the level of self-efficacy determines the student’s transition from a passive role in the educational process to the position of a professional subject. It is established that psychological self-efficacy functions as an integrative factor in the development of personal maturity among psychology students, ensuring their capacity for conscious professional action, ethical positioning, autonomy, reflectivity, and readiness for practical work under conditions of heightened social responsibility. Assessment of a Bank's Financial Sustainability and Development of Measures for Its Improvement

У ході дослідження було розкрито сутність фінансової стійкості банківської установи та визначено фактори, що на неї впливають; охарактеризовано методичний інструментарій та нормативно-правове забезпечення процесу оцінювання фінансової стійкості банку; здійснено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану АТ «ОТП БАНК»; проведено оцінку ключових індикаторів фінансової стійкості та показників антикризової фінансової стійкості АТ «ОТП БАНК»; розглянуто міжнародні стандарти та світовий досвід оцінювання фінансової стійкості банків; визначено комплекс заходів для підвищення фінансової стійкості банківської установи.
У роботі застосовувалися наступні загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження як: методи синтезу та аналізу, індукції та дедукції, абстрагування, узагальнення, аналогії, систематизації, класифікації, коефіцієнтного аналізу, порівняння.
The qualification work investigates the theoretical foundations, methodological and practical aspects of assessing the financial stability of a bank, identifies the main directions of ensuring the financially sustainable development of a bank in the current conditions of the banking system of Ukraine. Досліджено організацію обліку доходів, витрат і фінансового результату на прикладі ДП «Ренійський морський торговельний порт», а також здійснено аналіз динаміки прибутковості підприємства за останні роки. Запропоновано низку практичних заходів для вдосконалення системи обліково-аналітичного забезпечення, зокрема, відкриття аналітичних субрахунків та застосування методики розподілу непрямих витрат за видами наданих послуг, з урахуванням обґрунтованих баз розподілу.
The work deals with the theoretical aspects of financial performance as a key element of the management process, and outlines its economic nature. Author analysis covers the classification of income and expenses with consideration of the industry-specific features of port enterprises, as well as the peculiarities of their formation and their influence on financial results. The organization of accounting for income, expenses, and financial performance is examined on the example of the State Enterprise «Reni Commercial Sea Port», and the dynamics of the company's profitability over recent years are analyzed. Author offers a set of practical measures to enhance the accounting and analytical system, including the introduction of analytical sub-accounts and the application of a method for allocating indirect costs by types of services provided, based on substantiated allocation bases
