No full textThe relevance of the research topic is due to the importance of understanding the role of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the national economy and the need to determine the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth in order to formulate a policy to encourage the inflow of FDI as a factor in post-war economic recovery. The purpose of the paper is to generalize the main theories of foreign direct investment and determine the positive correlation with FDI and economic growth in the context of post-war economic recovery and economic growth activation. Results. The generalization of theoretical approaches demonstrates that the main theories of FDI mainly explain the movement of investments from developed economies to others and reflect the multifaceted motives of investors. The generalization of the factors of attracting FDI demonstrates that economic, political, social, legal, technical, cultural factors interact with each other, creating a complex impact on investors' decisions to invest capital. It is determined that FDI plays a critical role in the processes of economic recovery of countries after crisis periods, such as wars or financial crises, when countries face large-scale destruction of infrastructure, loss of production capacity, high unemployment and significant budget deficits, because FDI provides the inflow of necessary capital, technologies, management skills and experience, which are crucial for the stabilization and further development of the economy. Conclusion. The generalization of the factors of FDI attraction demonstrates that their understanding and analysis are key to the development of an effective investment policy. It is noted that national governments, when developing investment policy, should take into account not only macroeconomic indicators and the legal framework, but also the specific needs of investors, trends in world markets, as well as competitive advantages and disadvantages inherent in a particular country in order to form strategies that contribute to attracting FDI to the most promising sectors of the economy and meet the requirements of the modern global economic environment. It is determined that FDI not only provides financial support and promotes economic growth, but also acts as an important factor in the political stabilization of the country after the crisis, strengthens international relations, stimulates the implementation of political and economic reforms, and ensures legal protection of investors, which makes FDI a key element of the recovery and development strategy of a country that seeks to stabilize its economy and political system after the crisis.Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена важливістю розуміння ролі прямих іноземних інвестицій (ПІІ) в національну економіку та необхідність визначення взаємозв’язку між прямими іноземними інвестиціями та економічним зростанням у для того, щоб сформулювати політику заохочення припливу прямих іноземних інвестицій як чинника післявоєнного економічного відновлення. Метою роботи є узагальнення основних теорій прямих іноземних інвестицій та визначення позитивної кореляції з ПІІ та економічним зростанням в контексті післявоєнного економічного відновлення та активізації економічного зростання. Результати. Узагальнення теоретичних підходів демонструє, що основні теорії ПІІ переважно пояснюють рух
інвестиції з розвинених економік в інші та відображають багатогранні мотиви інвесторів. Узагальнення факторів залучення ПІІ демонструє, що економічні, політичні, соціальні, правові, технічні, культурні фактори взаємодіють один з одним, створюючи комплексний вплив на рішення інвесторів про вкладення капіталу. Визначено, що ПІІ відіграють вирішальну роль в економічних процесах відновлення країн після кризових періодів, таких як війни чи фінансові кризи, коли країни стикаються з масштабним руйнуванням інфраструктури, втратою виробничих потужностей, високим рівнем безробіття та значним бюджетним дефіцитом, оскільки ПІІ забезпечують приплив необхідного капіталу, технології, управлінські навички та досвід, які є вирішальними для стабілізації та подальшого розвитку економіки. Висновок. Узагальнення факторів залучення ПІІ демонструє, що їх розуміння та аналіз є ключовими для розробки ефективної інвестиційної політики. Зазначається, що національні уряди, розробляючи інвестиційну політику, повинні враховувати не лише макроекономічні показники та законодавчу базу, а й конкретні потреби інвесторів, тенденції на світових ринках, а також конкурентні переваги та недоліки, притаманні конкретній країні, щоб сформувати стратегії, які сприяють залученню ПІІ до найбільш перспективних галузей економіки та відповідність вимогам сучасного світового економічного середовища. Визначено, що ПІІ не лише надають фінансову підтримку та сприяють економічному зростанню, а й виступають важливим фактором у політичної стабілізації країни після кризи, зміцнює міжнародні відносини, стимулює реалізацію політичних і економічних реформ та забезпечує правовий захист інвесторів, що робить ПІІ ключовим елементом стратегії відновлення та розвитку країни, яка прагне стабілізувати свою економіку та політичну систему після кризи

Для оцінювання розподілу населення використовується показник його щільності (гущини), а також спеціальні тематичні географічні карти, що відображають цей параметр.

No full textПоказники наукометрії відіграють важливу роль у сучасній системі оцінки наукової діяльності, адже вони слугують індикаторами результативності дослідницької роботи вчених, наукових установ та навчальних закладів. Серед найпоширеніших платформ для аналізу наукометричних показників виділяють Scopus та Web of Science, які є визнаними авторитетними базами даних. Однак, не менш важливу роль відіграє Google Академія (Google Scholar), яка, хоча й має нижчий рівень довіри серед фахівців через менш жорсткі критерії індексації, все ж є значним інструментом для відображення наукової активності.
В Україні показники Google Академії використовуються під час складання Національного рейтингу науковців України та рейтингу наукових установ (у тому числі навчальних закладів), що доступний на платформі ua.h-index.com. Ці рейтинги, базуючись на даних h-індексу, дозволяють оцінити не лише індивідуальні досягнення вчених, але й загальну продуктивність наукових колективів. У цьому контексті важливість оптимізації роботи дослідників у межах Google Академії та підвищення цитованості їхніх праць набуває особливого значення, адже це напряму впливає як на особисті, так і на колективні показники.Scientometrics indicators play an important role in the modern system of research evaluation, as they serve as indicators of the effectiveness of research work of scientists, research institutions and educational institutions. Among the most common platforms for analyzing scientometric indicators are Scopus and Web of Science, which are recognized authoritative databases. However, an equally important role is played by Google Scholar, which, although it has a lower level of trust among specialists due to less stringent indexing criteria, is still a significant tool for displaying scientific activity.
In Ukraine, the Google Academy indicators are used to compile the National Ranking of Scientists of Ukraine and the ranking of scientific institutions (including educational institutions), which is available on the ua.h-index.com platform. These rankings, based on the h-index data, allow us to assess not only the individual achievements of scientists but also the overall productivity of research teams. In this context, the importance of optimizing the work of researchers within Google Academy and increasing the citation of their works is of particular importance, as it directly affects both personal and collective performance

ризиком та встановлено, що українська банківська система загалом гармонізована з
міжнародними стандартами Базельського комітету.Аналіз діяльності АТ КБ «ПриватБанк» показав, що банк має розвинену
систему управління операційним ризиком, активно використовує інструменти
фінансового контролінгу та дотримується моделі «трьох ліній захисту».Обґрунтовано, що підвищення ефективності фінансового контролінгу
можливе за рахунок подальшої цифровізації процесів, автоматизації збору та
обробки даних, розвитку внутрішніх комунікацій і формування ризик-орієнтованої
культури управління.
It is substantiated that financial controlling in a bank should be considered not as a separate function of internal control, but as a comprehensive management system that combines analytical, planning, control and regulatory tools. The regulatory and legal support for operational risk management is analyzed and it is established that the Ukrainian banking system is generally harmonized with the international standards of the Basel Committee. An analysis of the activities of JSC CB "PrivatBank" showed that the bank has a developed operational risk management system, actively uses financial controlling tools and adheres to the "three lines of defense" model. It is substantiated that increasing the efficiency of financial controlling is possible through further digitalization of processes, automation of data collection and processing, development of internal communications and formation of a risk-oriented management culture
