Problems of legal support for hotel activities in Ukraine

ризиками страхових компаній шляхом аналізу наукової літератури. Важливими поняттями, які підлягали розгляду, є
«Внутрішнє середовище IE», «Система управління інформацією про ризики RMIS» і «Продуктивність фірми FM». Для
детальнішого розуміння взаємозв’язків між різними аспектами застосовувався системний аналіз. Доведено, що зниження
рівня ризиків страхових організацій та можливість досягнення ними тривалої стратегічної переваги залежать від того,
як вони застосовують наявні ресурси, які є вагомими чинниками забезпечення управління ризиками. Розкрито значення
внутрішнього середовища страхової компанії, рівня її продуктивності та системи управління ризиками щодо формування
потенціалу стратегічної гнучкості. Зокрема, було виявлено, що відсутність достатньої гнучкості може перетворити
ключові ресурси на «ядро жорсткості», що обмежує розвиток компанії. Практичне значення результатів дослідження
полягає у розкритті економічного змісту стратегічної гнучкості страхових організацій, що дає змогу визначити практичні
рішення щодо поліпшення управління ризиками страхових організацій шляхом застосування підходів, які враховують три
елементи концепції стратегічної гнучкості: ресурсну гнучкість, гнучкість процесів і стратегічні можливості.The main objective of this study is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for risk management in an
insurance company using a resource approach. To ensure its strategic flexibility and competitiveness in a dynamic market. The
study is based on studying the current state of risk management in insurance companies through literature analysis. The important
concepts to be considered are “Internal Environment IE” “Risk Information Management System RMIS” and “Firm Productivity
FM”. For a more detailed understanding of the relationships between various aspects, such as resource flexibility, process flexibility
and strategic options, a systems analysis was used. It is proven that reducing the level of risks of insurance organizations and the
possibility of achieving a long-term strategic advantage depend on how they use available resources, which are important factors
in ensuring risk management. The significance of the internal environment of an insurance company, its productivity level and risk
management system in terms of forming the potential for strategic flexibility is revealed.
Scientific novelty. In particular, it was found that the lack of sufficient flexibility can turn key resources into a "core of rigidity",
which limits the development of the company. The economic content of the strategic flexibility of insurance organizations makes
it possible to identify practical solutions to improve the risk management of insurance organizations by applying approaches that
take into account the three elements of the concept of strategic flexibility: resource flexibility, process flexibility and strategic
capabilities
Banks' activities on the foreign exchange market during martial law
Get PDFСтаття присвячена дослідженню питань, які стосуються діяльності банків на вітчизняному валютному ринку в умовах дії воєнного стану. Метою статті є дослідження особливостей валютної діяльності банків під час довготривалої війни на виснаження. При проведенні наукового дослідження використано методи аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення та застосовано системний підхід.
На валютну діяльність банків визначальний вплив має стан і тенденції розвитку валютного ринку. До основних чинників впливу на валютний ринок країни належать темпи інфляції, рівень облікової ставки, наявність валютних обмежень, стан платіжного балансу країни, обсяг міжнародних резервів. Проведене дослідження дозволяє стверджувати, що під впливом зазначених чинників на валютному ринку відбулися наступні зміни: встановлення режиму фіксованого валютного курсу з переходом до режиму керованої гнучкості; домінування валютних операцій за участю центрального банку; проведення системних та масштабних валютних інтервенцій НБУ для підтримки режиму валютного курсу; значне скорочення обсягів клієнтських операцій з купівлі-продажу безготівкової валюти; темпи зростання купівлі валюту бізнесом є набагато більшими ніж продажу; тимчасове згортання валютних операцій на офіційному готівковому ринку; встановлення потужного попиту на іноземну валюту з боку банків для проведення розрахунків з міжнародними картковим платіжними системами.
Зміна умов функціонування валютного ринку країни вплинула на результати діяльності банківських установ. Не зважаючи на скорочення обсягів клієнтських операцій, на початку дії воєнного стану відбулося значне зростання доходів банків від проведення цих операцій. Причинами цього були: розширення курсових спредів та підняття банківських тарифів.
На початку війни валютні позиції банків були збалансовані, рівень доларизації кредитів та депозитів був історично низький, що обумовило незначні втрати від реалізації валютного ризику у порівнянні з минулими кризами 2009 р. та 2014 р. Разом з тим висока залежність від міжнародної фінансової допомоги підсилює девальваційні очікування у найближчий перспективі та створює загрози для майбутньої стійкості вітчизняного валютного ринку та його учасників.The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the activities of banks in the domestic foreign exchange market under martial law. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the foreign exchange activities of banks during a long-term war. The scientific research used methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and a systematic approach.
The foreign exchange activities of banks are determined by the state and trends in the development of the foreign exchange market. The main factors influencing the country's foreign exchange market include inflation, the key policy rate, the FX restrictions, the balance of payments, the international reserves. The study allows us to state that under the influence of these factors, the following changes occurred in the foreign exchange market: the establishment of a fixed exchange rate regime with the transition to a regime of managed flexibility; the dominance of foreign exchange operations with the participation of the central bank; the conduct of systemic and large-scale foreign exchange interventions by the NBU to support the exchange rate regime; a significant reduction in the volume of client transactions for the purchase and sale of non-cash currency; the growth rate of foreign exchange purchases by businesses is much higher than sales; temporary curtailment of foreign exchange transactions on the official cash market; establishment of strong demand for foreign exchange by banks for settlements with international card payment systems.
The change in the conditions of the country's foreign exchange market affected the results of banking institutions' activities. Despite the reduction in the volume of client transactions, at the beginning of martial law, there was a significant increase in banks' income from these transactions. The reasons for this were: widening exchange rate spreads and raising bank tariffs.
At the beginning of the war, banks' foreign exchange positions were balanced, the level of dollarization of loans and deposits was historically low, which resulted in insignificant losses from the realization of foreign exchange risk compared to the past crises of 2009 and 2014. At the same time, high dependence on international financial assistance strengthens devaluation expectations in the near term and creates threats to the future stability of the foreign exchange market and its participants

The object of the study is the current situation of the socio-psychological atmosphere of "REALIS K" LLC.
The paper examines the theoretical and practical aspects of forming an effective personnel selection system at the enterprise. The effectiveness of the personnel selection system is analyzed and an organizational and economic characteristic of the company's activities is provided. Based on the results of the study, measures were formulated to improve the efficiency of the personnel selection system, namely: key elements and stages of the strategy for improving the personnel selection system for the enterprise; an assessment of the costs of implementing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); the cost savings for closing one vacancy were calculated; the social and economic effect of the proposed measures was given.

Updating the culturological component of education in the light of Ukraine's european integration

Метою статті є обґрунтування актуалізації культурологічної складової освіти в умовах європейської інтеграції України. Методологічна основа дослідження зумовлена поставленою метою роботи та характеризується застосуванням теоретичних принципів діалектичного поєднання аналізу і синтезу, історичного та логічного підходів, порівняння та аналогії, а також гіпотетико-дедуктивного, компаративістського, структурно-функціонального та герменевтичного методів. Результати дослідження. Гасло Європейського Союзу – «Єдність у різноманітті» – нагадує, що справжня сила суспільства полягає в його здатності об’єднувати різних людей на основі спільних цінностей, не знищуючи їхню унікальність. Інструментом побудови суспільства, у якому цінності ЄС не залишаються лише на папері, а стають частиною щоденного життя виступає освіта. Саме через освіту Європейський Союз зміцнює свій фундамент як союзу цінностей, готуючи нові покоління до викликів сучасного світу та забезпечуючи сталий розвиток у майбутньому. Невід’ємним елементом реалізації гасла та цінностей Європейського Союзу виступає культурологічна складова освіти. Освіта, що спирається на культурологічні принципи, може стати інструментом соціальної гармонії, зміцнення національної ідентичності та формування покоління, готового до життя у світі, де різноманітність є основою для розвитку. Вивчення культурологічного блоку дисциплін є невід’ємною частиною підготовки фахівців у сфері політології, особливо в контексті євроінтеграції України. Це знання сприяє формуванню розуміння політичних процесів, які розгортаються в Європі, допомагає майбутнім політологам адаптувати європейський досвід до українських реалій і забезпечує підґрунтя для формування нової генерації лідерів, які здатні реалізувати європейські цінності в українському суспільстві.The relevance of the issue of increasing the cultural component of education in the context of the European integration of Ukraine is determined by both the needs of society in the formation of a harmoniously developed personality and the need for effective entry into the European cultural space. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the actualization of the cultural component of education in the context of the European integration of Ukraine. The methodological basis of the study is determined by the set goal of the work and is characterized by the application of theoretical principles of the dialectical combination of analysis and synthesis, historical and logical approaches, comparison and analogy, as well as hypothetical-deductive, comparative, structural-functional and hermeneutic methods. Research results. The motto of the European Union – «Unity in Diversity» – reminds us that the true strength of a society lies in its ability to unite different people based on common values, without destroying their uniqueness. Education is a tool for building a society in which EU values do not remain only on paper, but become part of everyday life. It is through education that the European Union strengthens its foundation as a union of values, preparing new generations for the challenges of the modern world and ensuring sustainable development in the future. An integral element of the implementation of the motto and values of the European Union is the cultural component of education. Education based on cultural principles can become a tool for social harmony, strengthening national identity and forming a generation ready to live in a world where diversity is the basis for development. The study of the cultural block of disciplines is an integral part of the training of specialists in the field of political science, especially in the context of Ukraine’s European integration. This knowledge contributes to the formation of an understanding of the political processes unfolding in Europe, helps future political scientists adapt the European experience to Ukrainian realities and provides a basis for the formation of a new generation of leaders capable of implementing European values in Ukrainian society
Integration of dual higher education on the basis of Odesa National Economic University
No full textМета дослідження полягає в аналізі та обґрунтуванні ефективних підходів до інтеграції дуальної вищої освіти на базі Одеського національного економічного університету (ОНЕУ). Розкрито сутність дуальної освіти як інноваційної форми підготовки фахівців, що поєднує теоретичне навчання у закладі вищої освіти із практичною підготовкою на підприємствах. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю підвищення конкурентоспроможності випускників закладів вищої освіти на ринку праці шляхом удосконалення освітніх програм із залученням бізнес-середовища.
Методи дослідження включали аналіз наукових джерел, нормативно-правових документів, статистичних даних, а також використання методів системного аналізу, порівняльного аналізу.
Результати дослідження показали, що інтеграція дуальної освіти сприяє покращенню якості підготовки фахівців, зменшенню розриву між теоретичними знаннями та практичними навичками, а також підвищенню рівня працевлаштування випускників. Визначено ключові напрями адаптації освітніх програм до потреб ринку праці, зокрема через налагодження співпраці з підприємствами сфери економіки та бізнесу. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення нормативно-правової бази для забезпечення ефективної реалізації дуальної освіти.
Висновки свідчать про те, що впровадження дуальної вищої освіти в ОНЕУ є доцільним і перспективним кроком для підвищення якості підготовки фахівців. Рекомендовано розробити чіткі механізми співпраці між університетом і роботодавцями, розширити базу партнерських підприємств та впровадити гнучкі моделі навчальних програм із врахуванням галузевих особливостей. Отримані результати можуть стати основою для подальших досліджень і практичного впровадження дуальної освіти в інших закладах вищої освіти України.The purpose of the study is to analyze and substantiate effective approaches to the integration of dual higher education at the Odesa National Economic University (ONEU). The essence of dual education as an innovative form of training specialists, combining theoretical learning at a higher education institution with practical training at enterprises, is revealed. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to increase the competitiveness of university graduates in the labor market through the improvement of educational programs with the involvement of the business environment.
The research methods included the analysis of scientific sources, regulatory documents, statistical data, as well as the use of methods of system analysis, comparative analysis, and modeling. Surveys among students and employers were conducted to identify the needs and expectations of the dual form of education. Expert interviews were used to identify barriers and opportunities for implementing dual education in the educational process of ONEU.
The research results showed that the integration of dual education contributes to improving the quality of specialist training, reducing the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and increasing the employment rate of graduates. Key directions for adapting educational programs to labor market needs were identified, particularly through establishing cooperation with enterprises in the economic and business sectors. The necessity of improving the regulatory framework to ensure the effective implementation of dual education was substantiated.
The conclusions indicate that the implementation of dual higher education at ONEU is a feasible and promising step towards enhancing the quality of specialist training. It is recommended to develop clear mechanisms of cooperation between the university and employers, expand the base of partner enterprises, and introduce flexible models of educational programs considering industry-specific features. The obtained results can serve as a basis for further research and practical implementation of dual education in other higher education institutions in Ukraine.
