The object of the study is the process of providing quality services in resort business enterprises of the Transcarpathian region. It is analyzed that Transcarpathia has a unique resort and recreational potential, which provides favorable conditions for the development of tourism and health business. The presence of numerous mineral springs, therapeutic mud, favorable climate and a developed network of sanatorium and resort facilities makes the region one of the leading centers of recreational tourism in Ukraine. Описано фонетичну й морфологічну специфіку вказаного населеного пункту з огляду на належність говірки до східноподільського говору південно-західного наріччя. Особливо акцентовано на значній кількості фонетичних особливостей, що вказує на самобутність говірки, на певну відмінність від літературних норм вимови.
The Bandurove village subdialect, which belongs to the Podillia dialect, is analyzed at two linguistic levels of the Ukrainian language. The phonetic and morphological specificities of this settlement is described, taking into account the subdialect's belonging to the Eastern Podillia dialect of the southwestern supradialect. Особливу увагу приділено ролі емоцій, ціннісної відповідності, цифрового середовища та культурної легітимації в процесі побудови довіри. У статті розглянуто стратегії бренд-менеджменту, адаптовані до реалій кризового часу, і підкреслено важливість присутності бренду не лише в інформаційному полі, а в емоційному досвіді споживача. роблено висновок, що саме цілісність, автентичність і сталість бренд-комунікацій у поєднанні з емпатією та соціальною відповідальністю формують фундамент довіри, що витримує виклики соціальних змін і нестабільності.The article is devoted to the study of the mechanisms of brand trust formation in conditions of social transformation and instability. Based on the theoretical analysis of modern research, as well as examples of actual communication practices, the key factors influencing the perception of a brand as reliable are outlined. Particular attention is paid to the role of emotions, value congruence, the digital environment and cultural legitimation in the process of building trust. The article considers brand management strategies adapted to the realities of times of crisis, and emphasizes the importance of the brand's presence not only in the information field, but also in the emotional experience of the consumer. It is concluded that it is the integrity, authenticity and consistency of brand communications, combined with empathy and social responsibility, that form the foundation of trust that withstands the challenges of social change and instability

Get PDFКваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню впливу воєнних дій на психологічний стан осіб юнацького віку. Актуальність теми обґрунтована зростанням психоемоційних порушень серед молоді в умовах війни, тривалої невизначеності, втрат, дестабілізації соціального середовища. У дослідженні розкрито особливості вікового розвитку юнаків, психічну вразливість до травматичних подій та специфіку переживання стресу в юності.
У першому розділі роботи здійснено теоретичний аналіз понять «психологічний стан», «стрес», «травматизація» та охарактеризовано вікові особливості юнацького періоду. Висвітлено вплив воєнної агресії на емоційний, когнітивний і фізіологічний компоненти психіки юнаків.
У другому розділі представлено результати емпіричного дослідження, проведеного за участю юнаків, які пережили наслідки війни. Використано валідні психодіагностичні методики: госпітальну шкалу тривоги й депресії (HADS), тест на нервово-психічну адаптацію (НПА) та опитувальник «Самопочуття. Активність. Настрій» (SAN). Аналіз результатів дозволив виявити вираженість тривожно-депресивних симптомів, зниження адаптивних можливостей і погіршення емоційного самопочуття у досліджуваної вибірки.
У третьому розділі сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо психопрофілактики та психокорекції негативних психологічних станів у юнаків, які зазнали впливу воєнних подій. Обґрунтовано ефективність поєднання когнітивно-поведінкових підходів, підтримувальних інтервенцій та групової терапії.
Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в роботі психологів, педагогів, соціальних працівників, а також у розробці програм психологічної реабілітації молоді в умовах війни та постконфліктного період
