комунікаційних кампаній та автоматизації маркетингової діяльності. Економічне
обґрунтування демонструє високий рівень рентабельності інвестицій у маркетинг (ROMI
понад 200%).
Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості застосування запропонованих
рішень у діяльності промислових підприємств України для підвищення їх
конкурентоспроможності на внутрішньому та зовнішньому ринках.
The research applies modern analytical methods such as SWOT, PEST, and STEPLE
analysis, as well as BCG, GE/McKinsey, EFE, IFE, and CPM matrices. A strategic plan was
developed that includes the implementation of digital tools (CRM, SEO, email marketing),
communication campaigns, and the automation of marketing activities. The economic justification
demonstrates a high return on marketing investment (ROMI exceeding 200%).
The practical significance of this work lies in the potential application of the proposed
solutions in the activities of Ukrainian industrial enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in
both domestic and foreign markets

No full textУ роботі розглянуто та узагальнено психологічні особливості осіб з різним рівнем нарцисизму в контексті сучасних соціокультурних трансформацій, що посилюють індивідуалістичні й нарцисичні тенденції. Проаналізовано основні наукові підходи до вивчення нарцисизму, його типологію, структурні компоненти та фактори, що впливають на формування нарцисичних установок особистості. В емпіричному блоці дослідження використано низку валідних психодіагностичних методик, зокрема тест на рівень нарцисизму, індекс життєвої задоволеності, багатовимірний особистісний опитувальник Р. Кеттелла та чотирьохмодальнісний тест опитувальник емоційності. Отримані результати виявили статистично значущі зв’язки між нарцисизмом і такими рисами, як агресивність, тривожність, недовіра, емоційна нестійкість, невпевненість та конформність. У третьому розділі подано аналіз психологічних ризиків та ресурсів осіб з різним рівнем нарцисизму, обґрунтовано напрями психокорекції дезадаптивних проявів та запропоновано програму розвитку емоційної зрілості й саморефлексії. Представлено практичні рекомендації для психологів, педагогів і соціальних працівників щодо роботи з нарцисично орієнтованими особами в освітньому та соціальному середовищі.
The paper considers and summarizes the psychological characteristics of individuals with differentlevels of narcissism in the context of modern socio cultural transformations that strengthen individualistic and narcissistic tendencies. The main scientific approaches to the study of narcissism, its typology, structural components and factors influencing the formation of narcissistic attitudes of a person are analyzed. In the empirical part of the study, a number of valid psychodiagnostic techniques were used, including the Narcissism Test, the Life Satisfaction Index, the Multidimensional Personality Inventory by R. Cattell, and the Four-Modality Emotionality Test. The results revealed statistically significant relationships betweennarcissism and such traits as aggressiveness, anxiety, distrust, emotional instability, insecurity, and conformity. The third section analyzes the psychological risks and resources of individuals with different levels of narcissism, substantiates the directions of psychocorrection of maladaptive manifestations, and proposes a program for the development of emotional maturity and self-reflection. Practical recommendations for psychologists, educators and social workers on working with narcissistic individuals in the educational and social environment are presented

кредитного портфеля банку. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення
процесів управління проблемною заборгованістю, зокрема шляхом впровадження
автоматизованої системи кредитного скорингу, що дозволяє підвищити точність оцінки
кредитоспроможності позичальників і своєчасно виявляти ризики неплатежів. Запропоновано
рекомендації для ПАТ АБ «Південний», які передбачають посилення превентивного
моніторингу, реструктуризацію проблемних кредитів, диференціацію кредитної політики за
клієнтськими сегментами, а також підвищення фінансової грамотності позичальників.
An analytical assessment of the loan portfolio and the
level of problem debt of “Pivdenny” Bank has been conducted, including an analysis of the structure,
dynamics, and quality of the bank’s credit portfolio. Practical recommendations have been developed
to improve the processes of managing problem debt, in particular through the implementation of an
automated credit scoring system, which enhances the accuracy of borrowers’ creditworthiness
assessment and enables the timely identification of payment risks.

Проведений аналіз на прикладі вікових категорій 31-34 роки демонструє точність прогнозів та можливість оптимізації резервів. Поєднання сплайнів із сучасними аналітичними технологіями, такими як машинне навчання, відкриває нові горизонти для обробки великих даних. Інтеграція цих методів може суттєво підвищити якість ризикових моделей. Стаття підкреслює важливість подальшого розвитку підходів до регуляризації та оцінювання невизначеності в моделях. Висновки свідчать, що екстенсивні інтерполяції є важливим інструментом для забезпечення економічної ефективності та конкурентоспроможності страхового сектору.
The thesis examines the application of extensive interpolations in the context of estimating mortality rates within insurance companies. An analysis is presented for the age categories of 31 to 34 years, demonstrating the accuracy of forecasts and the potential for optimizing reserves. The combination of splines with modern analytical technologies, such as machine learning, opens new horizons for processing big data. The integration of these methods can significantly enhance the quality of risk models. The article emphasizes the importance of further developing approaches to regularization and assessing uncertainty in models. The conclusions highlight that extensive interpolations are a crucial tool for ensuring economic efficiency and competitiveness in the insurance sector

No full textКваліфікаційну роботу присвячено проблемі посттравматичного зростання. Досліджено посттравматичне зростання як феномен життєстійкості вимушених переселенців в умовах воєнного часу. Здійснено аналіз сутності посттравматичного зростання в контексті когнітивної, описової, психодинамічної, біопсихосоціальної, особистісно-центрованої теорій та теоретичної концепції салютогенезу.
Обґрунтовано посттравматичне зростання вимушених переселенців в умовах воєнного часу як позитивні психологічні зміни, що виникають у результаті переживання травматичних подій та проявляються у переосмисленні власного життя, зміні життєвих пріоритетів, підвищенні внутрішньої сили, розвитку нових ресурсів подолання стресу та здатності знаходити нові смисли у складних життєвих обставинах вимушеного переселення.
Виокремлено та проаналізовано соціально-психологічні детермінанти посттравматичного зростання вимушених переселенців. Визначено сфери прояву цього феномену: зміна самосприйняття особистості, покращення міжособистісних стосунків, перегляд життєвої філософії. Розглянуто особливості проявів посттравматичного зростання як феномену життєстійкості у вимушених переселенців: зміна життєвих пріоритетів, духовне та фізичне зростання, щирість, відкритість, підвищення самооцінки, довіра, усвідомлення цінності життя та взаємодії, зміна мислення, переосмислення травматичного досвіду.
Подано програму експериментального дослідження посттравматичного зростання вимушених переселенців юнацького віку та проаналізовано кореляційні зв’язки між рівнем посттравматичного зростання та самоефективністю, життєстійкістю, задоволеністю життям окремо в юнаків та дівчат. Створено авторську програму соціально-психологічного супроводу вимушених переселенців і тренінг «Крок до зростання». Запропоновано практичні рекомендації з формування посттравматичного зростання особистості юнацького віку, яка зазнала негативного психологічного травмування та досвіду вимушеного переселення.
This qualification thesis is devoted to the issue of post-traumatic growth. The research explores post-traumatic growth as a phenomenon of resilience among internally displaced persons in the context of wartime. An analysis of the essence of post-traumatic growth is conducted within the frameworks of cognitive, descriptive, psychodynamic, biopsychosocial, person-centered theories, and the salutogenesis concept.
Post-traumatic growth of internally displaced persons during wartime is substantiated as positive psychological changes that arise as a result of experiencing traumatic events. These changes are manifested in the rethinking of one's life, a shift in life priorities, the strengthening of internal resources, the development of new coping mechanisms, and the ability to find meaning in the challenging circumstances of forced displacement.
The study identifies and analyzes the socio-psychological determinants of post-traumatic growth among displaced persons. The main areas in which this phenomenon is expressed are outlined: changes in self-perception, improved interpersonal relationships, and a revised life philosophy. Specific manifestations of post-traumatic growth as a component of resilience in displaced individuals are examined, including the transformation of life priorities, spiritual and physical growth, sincerity, openness, increased self-esteem, trust, awareness of the value of life and human interaction, changes in thinking, and the re-evaluation of traumatic experiences.
An experimental research program is presented, focusing on post-traumatic growth among displaced youth. The study analyzes correlations between the level of post-traumatic growth and self-efficacy, resilience, and life satisfaction separately among young men and women. An original social-psychological support program for displaced individuals and the training course "A Step Toward Growth" have been developed. Practical recommendations are provided for fostering post-traumatic growth in adolescents who have experienced psychological trauma and forced displacement

Gender-related features of the impact of stress factors on mental health

на ментальне здоров’я дорослих осіб в умовах сучасних соціально-політичних викликів. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу рівня тривожності, депресивних проявів та стресостійкості серед чоловіків і жінок. Дослідження зосереджене на виявленні відмінностей у психологічних реакціях представників різних статей на стресові ситуації та визначенні специфічних копінг-стратегій, притаманних кожній групі. Використано методи емпіричної діагностики, зокрема шкали BDI, PSS-10, а також інші опитувальники для встановлення рівня стресу. Результати дослідження засвідчили, що жінки частіше демонструють емоційні прояви стресу та схильні до підвищених рівнів тривожності й депресії, тоді як чоловіки більшою мірою використовують поведінкові та уникальні копінг-стратегії. Отримані дані підтверджують наявність виражених гендерних відмінностей у впливі стресових факторів на психічний стан та можуть бути застосовані у практичній діяльності психологів для розробки гендерно орієнтованих програм психопрофілактики та психокорекції.
The paper examines the gender-specific impact of stress factors on the mental health of adults in the context of modern socio-political challenges. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the level of anxiety, depressive manifestations, and stress tolerance among men and women. The study focuses on identifying differences in the psychological reactions of representatives of different sexes to stressful situations and identifying specific coping strategies inherent in each group. Empirical diagnostic methods were used, in particular the BDI, PSS-10 scales, as well as other questionnaires to determine the level of stress. The results of the study showed that women more often demonstrate emotional manifestations of stress and are prone to increased levels of anxiety and depression, while men use behavioral and unique coping strategies to a greater extent. The data obtained confirm the presence of pronounced gender differences in the impact of stress factors on the mental state and can be applied in the practical activities of psychologists to develop gender-oriented programs of psychoprophylaxis and psychocorrection
