Economic substantiation of a project of creation of a cafe selling bubble tea drinks.

назвою «Double Bubble»; досліджуються нормативно-правове регулювання
підприємницької діяльності в Україні у даній сфері.
Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище у сфері ресторанного господарства та
визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги створюваного бізнесу.
Запропоновано проєкт створення кафе з продажу напоїв бабл-ті. Сформовано
стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано
прибуток від реалізації проєкту.
Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту,
охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їх мінімізації.
The paper examines the theoretical principles of starting your own business in the
restaurant industry, in particular - a bubble tea cafe called "Double Bubble"; the regulatory
and legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in this area is studied.
The competitive environment in the restaurant industry is analyzed and the internal
competitive advantages of the business being created are determined.
A project for the creation of a bubble tea cafe is proposed. The starting capital for the
project is formed, current expenses are calculated and the profit from the project is forecasted.
An economic justification of the feasibility of the project implementation was carried
out, possible risks of the project implementation and ways to minimize them were
characterized

сімейного середовища на формування сучасних видів кібер-адикцій у молоді. Актуальність теми зумовлена стрімким розвитком цифрових технологій та зростанням критичного використання інтернет-ресурсів серед молодого покоління, що виникає в компульсивному залученні до соціальних мереж, онлайн-ігор, залежності від кіберкомунікації та інших форм віртуальної активності. У роботі підкреслено, що сімейне середовище створює ключову роль у формуванні особистісних характеристик молодої людини, зокрема рівня самооцінки, емоційної стабільності, навичок саморегуляції та моделей поведінки, які можуть виступати як чинники ризику, так і захисними факторами у розвитку кібер-адикції. Теоретичний аналіз включає огляд сучасних наукових підходів до визначення кібер-адикцій, їх класифікації, діагностичних критеріїв та міжнародного досвіду дослідження. Окрему увагу приділено ролям стилів сімейного виховання, емоційного клімату родини, якості батьківсько-дитячої взаємодії та соціально-психологічних умов розвитку. Емпірична частина представлена дослідженням за участю 94 молодих осіб віком 18–24 роки з використанням комплексу психодіагностичних методик. Отримані результати статистично значущі взаємозв’язки між стилями виховання, рівнем самооцінки, окремими акцентуаціями характеру та вираженістю кібер-адиктивної поведінки. У роботі сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо профілактики кіберадикцій у молоді шляхом оптимізації сімейних взаємовідносин, розвитку емоційної підтримки та формування здорових цифрових практик. Результати дослідження мають теоретичне й практичне значення для психологів, педагогів і фахівців соціальної сфери.
The master’s thesis is devoted to examining the influence of the family
environment on the formation of modern types of cyber addictions among young people. The relevance of the study is determined by the rapid development of digital technologies and the growing prevalence of problematic internet use within the younger generation, manifested through compulsive involvement in social networks, online gaming, cyber-communication dependency, and other forms of virtual activity. The work highlights that the family environment plays a fundamental role in shaping key personality characteristics of young individuals such as self-esteem,
emotional stability, self-regulation skills, and behavioural patterns which may act either as risk factors or protective mechanisms in the development of cyberaddiction. The theoretical section provides an overview of contemporary scientific approaches to defining cyber addictions, their classification, diagnostic criteria, and international research perspectives. Particular attention is given to parenting styles, the emotional climate of the family, the quality of parent-child interaction, and sociopsychological developmental conditions.
The empirical part presents a study involving 94 young individuals aged 18
24, conducted with the use of a comprehensive set of psychodiagnostic instruments. The results revealed statistically significant relationships between parenting styles, levels of self-esteem, specific character accentuations, and the severity of cyberaddictive behaviour. The thesis formulates practical recommendations for preventing cyber addictions among youth through the optimisation of family relationships, strengthening emotional support, and fostering healthy digital practices. The findings possess both theoretical and practical value for psychologists, educators, and professionals working in the social sphere

Проводиться огляд попередніх досліджень і теорій щодо феномену соціально-психологічного клімату як провідного соціальнорегулятивного чинника формування емоційного стану та самооцінки особистості. Настрій та самооцінка людини описуються як соціально детерміновані емоційні стани. За допомогою кількісних та якісних методів анкетування, таких як: експрес-методика О. С. Міхалюк і А. Ю. Шалито, методика визначення самооцінки М. Розенберга (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, RSE), методика САН (самопочуття, активність, настрій), розробленої В. А. Доскіним, Н. А. Лаврентьєвою, В. Б. Шарай та М. П. Мірошниковим, а, також, власно розробленої авторської анкети «Вплив соціально-психологічного клімату на настрій та самооцінку людини» досліджуються залежності емоційного стану та самоцінності особистості від створеного мікроклімату в групі (колективі). Результати дослідження демонструють, що позитивний соціально-психологічний клімат виступає чинником гармонізації емоційного стану працівників та підвищує самооцінку індивіда.
This paper examines the influence of the socio-psychological climate on an individual’s mood and self-esteem. The study provides an overview of previous research and theoretical approaches regarding the phenomenon of the sociopsychological climate as a key social-regulative factor shaping a person’s emotional state and self-perception. Mood and self-esteem are described as socially determined emotional states. Using both quantitative and qualitative survey methods, including the express methodology of O. S. Mikhaliuk and A. Yu. Shalyto, Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, RSE), and the SAM technique (well-being, activity, mood) developed by V. A. Doskin, N. A. Lavrentieva, V. B. Sharay, and M. P. Miroshnikov, as well as an author-designed questionnaire “The Influence of the Socio-Psychological Climate on Mood and Self-Esteem”, the research explores how the emotional state and sense of self-worth depend on the microclimate created within a group or collective. The results indicate that a positive socio-psychological climate acts as a factor of emotional harmony among employees and contributes to strengthening an individual’s self-esteem

Проаналізовано особливості емоційного реагування, становлення самосвідомості та роль міжособистісних взаємин у формуванні конфліктних тенденцій. Представлено результати емпіричного дослідження рівня конфліктності підлітків та визначено провідні фактори, що обумовлюють їх конфліктну поведінку. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо профілактики та корекції підліткової конфліктності, спрямовані на вдосконалення комунікативних навичок, розвиток емоційної регуляції та формування конструктивних стратегій взаємодії.
The study explores the psychological aspects of the emergence and manifestation of conflict behavior during adolescence. The main theoretical approaches to understanding adolescent conflict are outlined, along with its psychological determinants, social prerequisites, and individual characteristics that influence the intensity and dynamics of conflict behavior. The research analyzes the specifics of emotional responses, the development of self-awareness, and the role of interpersonal relationships in shaping conflict tendencies. The results of an empirical study on the level of adolescent conflict are presented, and the key factors determining their conflict behavior are identified. Practical recommendations for the prevention and correction of adolescent conflict are proposed, aimed at improving communication skills, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering constructive interaction strategies

збереження їх ментального здоров’я. На основі результатів дослідження напрацьовано комплекс психодіагностичних методик, що дають змогу оцінити ефективність впровадження спеціальних програм, спрямованих на психологічну адаптацію переселенців та вимушених мігрантів. Також розроблено тренінгову програму психологічної підтримки для внутрішньо переміщених осіб, які стикаються з труднощами у пристосуванні до нових умов життя. Запропоновані матеріали можуть використовуватися у професійній діяльності фахівців соціально-психологічної сфери, практичних психологів, волонтерів, педагогів і медичних працівників, які працюють із мігрантами та внутрішньо переміщеними особами під час воєнних дій, техногенних чи екологічних катастроф та інших суспільних кризових ситуацій.
The qualifying work examines the features of the mental health of displaced
persons and forced migrants, the process of psychological adaptation as the main
condition for preserving their mental health. Based on the results of the study, a set of psychodiagnostic methods has been developed that allow assessing the effectiveness of implementing special programs aimed at the psychological adaptation of displaced persons and forced migrants. A training program for psychological support has also been developed for displaced persons who face difficulties in adapting to new living conditions. The proposed materials can be used in the professional activities of specialists in the social and psychological field, practical psychologists, volunteers, teachers and medical workers who work with migrants and internally displaced persons during military operations, man-made or environmental disasters and other social crisis situation
