Use of simulation modeling in flexible production management

для складних виробничих процесів у машинобудуванні. Для досягнення мети автори використовували такі методи:
системний підхід, аналіз і синтез, систематизація, моделювання. У зв’язку зі складністю та різноманітністю виробничих
процесів на машинобудівних підприємствах їх аналіз та оптимізацію було запропоновано здійснювати за допомогою
інструментів імітаційного моделювання. В результаті дослідження побудовано імітаційну модель цеха механообробки
корпусних деталей для виробництва металеворізаних верстатів, де працює гнучка виробнича система, яка складається з
восьми обрубувальних центрів, транспортної системи для межопераційних переміщень, складу заготовок, складу готових
виробів, обчислювальних машин. Практичне значення запропонованої моделі – вона дає змогу досліджувати варіанти
ситуацій, які зустрічаються на практиці, робити обґрунтовані статистичні прогнози. При використанні імітаційної
моделі можливі різні варіанти оптимізації: визначення оптимального розміру серії деталей, визначення оптимальної
черговості варіантів, модель дозволяє імітувати рух деталей у процесі виробництва, визначати час простою верстатів
тощо. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the possibility of using simulation modeling tools for complex production
processes in mechanical engineering. To achieve the goal, the authors used the following methods: systemic approach; analysis
and synthesis, generalization and systematization. Due to the complexity and diversity of production processes at machine-building
enterprises, it is proposed to consider the analysis and further optimization using simulation modeling tools. A simulation model is
a formalized description of a production system through its elements and dependencies between them, the procedure for calculating
indicators that characterize these elements and dependencies is presented in the form of an algorithm that is implemented on a PC
using special programs. As a result of the study, a simulation model was built of a machining shop for body parts for the production
of metal-cutting machine tools has been built, where a flexible production system operates, consisting of eight cutting centers,
a transport system for inter-operational movements, a warehouse of blanks, a warehouse of finished products, and computing
machines. The practical significance of the proposed model makes it possible to explore variants of situations encountered
in practice and to make substantiated statistical predictions. Its use is also necessary in economic recessions. Accounting for
downtime, equipment repairs, and optimizing production output (without economic and mathematical modeling) are also necessary
in these conditions. When using a simulation model, various optimization options are possible: determining the optimal size of a
batch of parts, determining the optimal sequence of options. As a result of using this approach, the given rules made it possible
to simulate the movement of parts in the production process, determine the downtime of machine tools in the production process,
including due to equipment repairs. One of the most important properties of simulation models is the ability to reproduce the action
and consequences of the influence of random factors, for example, machine failure, failure to deliver raw materials on time, the
appearance of urgent orders, etc

Основну увагу зосереджено на визначенні та аналізі ключових факторів, таких як рівень психологічного комфорту, готовність до систематичного навчання, адекватність самооцінки та вплив соціально психологічного клімату в класі на процес адаптації. У дослідженні застосовано комплекс методів, зокрема проективні методики «Дерево» у модифікації Дж. та Д. Лампен), тестування готовності до шкільного навчання (тест Керна-Ірасика), діагностику самооцінки («Кульки»), анкетування вчителів та батьків, а також спостереження. Результати роботи виявляють прямий зв'язок між створенням сприятливого психологічного середовища, цілеспрямованою роботою з розвитку емоційної стійкості та успішністю адаптації учнів. Отримані дані дозволяють сформулювати практичні рекомендації для педагогічних працівників та шкільних психологів щодо психологічного супроводу першокласників.
This research explores the psychological conditions of first-graders' adaptation to school education. The primary focus is on identifying and analyzing key factors, such as the level of psychological comfort, readiness for systematic learning, self-esteem adequacy, and the impact of the socio-psychological climate in the classroom on the adaptation process. The study employs a set of methods, including projective techniques («The Tree Test» in modification by J. & D. Lampen), school readiness testing (Kern-Irasik test), self-esteem diagnostics ("Balloons"), surveys of teachers and parents, and observation. The results reveal a direct correlation between a favorable psychological environment, targeted work on developing emotional resilience, and the successful adaptation of students. The obtained data allows for the formulation of practical recommendations for teachers and school psychologists regarding the psychological support of first-graders

на формування бюджету Одеської міської територіальної громади.
Проведено дослідження зарубіжного досвіду формування податкових
надходжень місцевих бюджетів та можливостей його імплементації у вітчизняну
практику. Запропоновано шляхи збільшення доходів місцевих бюджетів України
за рахунок податкових надходжень.

обслуговування автомобілів «Фортеця»; проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання
підприємницької діяльності в Україні у цій сфері; обґрунтовано вибір організаційно-правової
форми та спрощеної системи оподаткування для новоствореного бізнесу.
Проведено аналіз ринку автосервісних послуг в м. Одеса, оцінено конкурентне середовище
та визначено внутрішні конкурентні переваги ЦТОА, зокрема спеціалізацію на обслуговуванні
військової та цивільної техніки.
Запропоновано проєкт створення ЦТОА «Фортеця», сформовано стартовий капітал,
розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано річний дохід.
Здійснено оцінку економічної ефективності проєкту. Проаналізовано можливі ризики,
зокрема економічну нестабільність та дефіцит кадрів, та запропоновано заходи їх мінімізації, такі
як контракти з військовими, гнучка цінова політика та навчання персоналу.
The paper investigates the theoretical aspects of starting a business in the field of vehicle technical
servicing: the business idea of establishing a vehicle technical service center (VTSC) «Fortetsia» is
characterized; the regulatory and legal framework for entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in this sector is
analyzed; the choice of organizational-legal form (LLC) and simplified taxation system for the newly
created business is substantiated.
The market of vehicle technical services in Odesa is analyzed, the competitive environment is
assessed, and the internal competitive advantages of the VTSC are identified, including specialization in
servicing military and civilian vehicles.
A project for creating the VTSC «Fortetsia» is proposed, current expenses and an annual revenue
forecast calculated.
The economic efficiency of the project is evaluated. Potential risks, such as economic instability
and labor shortages, are analyzed, and measures to mitigate them are proposed, including contracts with
military units, flexible pricing policies, and staff training

У роботі проаналізовано основні напрями діяльності організацій громадянського суспільства у сфері психологічної підтримки різних груп населення; охарактеризовано форми її надання; досліджено досвід взаємодії громадських організацій з державними інституціями в цій сфері. Доведено, що організації громадянського суспільства стали ключовим елементом системи психологічної підтримки населення України під час війни. Професійна спільнота психологів продемонструвала високу здатність до швидкої мобілізації, адаптації та інноваційної діяльності у відповідь на масштабні виклики війни. Передумовою швидкої відповіді стала наявність організованої професійної спільноти психологів із розвиненою структурою, високим рівнем організації та ефективними механізмами самоврядування. Основними напрямами діяльності організацій громадянського суспільства стали: безоплатне індивідуальне консультування за запитом через волонтерські групи та проєкти; створення спеціалізованих онлайн-платформ і гарячих ліній психологічної підтримки; психологічна допомога військовослужбовцям різних категорій; створення й розповсюдження просвітницьких та освітніх матеріалів із психологічної допомоги; підвищення кваліфікації психологів через проведення спеціалізованих тренінгів із кризового консультування; організація супервізійної підтримки та заходів із профілактики професійного вигорання фахівців. Виявлено формування моделі міжсекторальної співпраці у сфері психологічної підтримки, за якої державні інституції забезпечують системність, масштабність і ресурсну базу, натомість громадські організації привносять гнучкість, інноваційні підходи й адресну відповідь на потреби конкретних вразливих груп. Таке поєднання зусиль дає змогу максимально ефективно використовувати наявні ресурси й охоплювати більше людей, які потребують психологічної підтримки. Визначено, що накопичений досвід відкриває перспективи для подальшого розвитку системи психологічної підтримки через стабільне партнерство між державою та організаціями громадянського суспільства, а також інтеграцію напрацьованих моделей у національну систему охорони психічного здоров’я для посилення соціальної згуртованості та життєстійкості суспільства.
The article focuses on the role of civil society organizations in providing psychological support to the population of Ukraine amid the full-scale war. It analyzes the main areas of activity of civil society organizations in the field of psychological support for various population groups, outlines the forms of such support, and explores the experience of cooperation between public organizations and state institutions in this sphere. It is argued that civil society organizations have become a key element of the psychological support system during wartime. The professional community of psychologists has demonstrated a high capacity for rapid mobilization, adaptation, and innovative action in response to the large-scale challenges of war. A major precondition for this swift response was the presence of a well-structured professional community with a high level of organization and effective self-governance mechanisms. Key areas of activity include: free individual counseling through volunteer groups and projects; the creation of specialized online platforms and psychological support hotlines; psychological assistance to various categories of military personnel; the development and dissemination of educational and awareness-raising materials on mental health; professional development of psychologists through specialized crisis counseling trainings; and the organization of supervision and burnout prevention for mental health professionals. The study reveals the formation of an intersectoral cooperation model in psychological support, where state institutions provide systemic capacity, scale, and resources, while civil society organizations contribute flexibility, innovative approaches, and targeted responses to the needs of vulnerable groups. This synergy allows for more efficient use of available resources and broader coverage of those in need of psychological support. The accumulated experience opens up prospects for further development of the psychological support system through stable partnerships between the state and civil society organizations, and for the integration of these models into the national mental health system to enhance social cohesion and resilience
Features of risk assessment in the lending of agricultural enterprises

стосовано такі методи: аналіз і синтез, класифікація, систематизація, порівняльний аналіз, графічний аналіз, метод
логістичного моделювання згідно з Постановою НБУ №351. Результати: установлено, що існуючі підходи до оцінювання
кредитоспроможності не повністю враховують специфіку аграрного сектору, що може призводити до заниження або
завищення реального ризику. Проведено класифікацію ризиків та здійснено оцінку інтегрального показника боржника.
Практична значимість: Результати можуть бути використані банками для адаптації процедур кредитного аналізу до
потреб аграрного сектору, особливо в умовах посилених зовнішніх загроз.
The purpose of the study is to explore the peculiarities of credit risk assessment for agricultural enterprises, taking
into account the sectoral. Characteristics and external challenges, particularly under martial law conditions in Ukraine. The
importance of financing agricultural enterprises is emphasized, both for the country and for global food security. Method. The
article includes the following general scientific methods – analysis and synthesis, classification, systematization, comparative
analysis, graphic analysis. The study applies logistic modeling in line with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine
Regulation No. 351. The analysis also includes the evaluation of financial indicators based on reporting data from LLC «Corteva
Agriscience Ukraine» and a classification of both general and sector-specific credit risks. Results. The findings indicate that
existing risk assessment methodologies often ignore the specificities of the agricultural sector, such as seasonality, dependence
on weather conditions, and technological disruptions. The characteristic features of risks inherent in the process of lending to
agricultural enterprises were investigated, the main of which are general and specific risks. The international experience of
assessing the credit risk of agricultural enterprises was analyzed and it was established that there are no standardized methods
of risk assessment. The integral creditworthiness indicator was calculated, and the enterprise was classified into the fourth credit
risk class, indicating moderate risk. It was also shown that external threats, including the destruction of assets due to hostilities,
significantly influence credit risk. Scientific novelty. The study identifies a gap in adapting general banking risk assessment models
to the unique context of agricultural enterprises. It proposes the integration of sector-specific indicators into standard credit risk
assessment procedures. Practical importance. The results can be used by financial institutions to refine credit analysis approaches
for agricultural borrowers. The study emphasizes the need for constant risk monitoring and offers practical recommendations for
incorporating industry-specific risks into decision-making processes. This is particularly relevant under wartime conditions and in
post-conflict economic recovery strategies

This study examines the characteristics of emotional burnout development
among education workers and identifies effective methods for its prevention and management. Special attention is given to psychological, social, and professional factors contributing to burnout, as well as its manifestations, including emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and reduced professional effectiveness. Modern approaches to preventing and addressing burnout are analyzed, including psychological training, self regulation techniques, coaching, and therapeutic programs. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for teachers, psychologists, and educational administrators to enhance psychological resilience and maintain professional motivation
