Dynamics of development of the global stock market
No full textУ статті досліджено ключові аспекти динаміки розвитку світового ринку цінних паперів. Оцінено діяльність
провідних фондових бірж світу як фундаментальних елементів ринкової інфраструктури. Метою роботи є комплексний
аналіз динаміки світового фондового ринку, ідентифікація його визначальних тенденцій та закономірностей, а також
встановлення ключових факторів, що детермінують його сучасний стан та окреслюють подальші перспективи. Для
досягнення поставленої мети застосовано методи системного аналізу, синтезу та порівняння, зокрема проаналізовано
капіталізацію провідних міжнародних фондових ринків та діяльність десяти найбільших фондових бірж світу за
показником капіталізації компаній-лістингів за останні п'ять років. Практична цінність результатів дослідження
полягає у можливості їх імплементації інвесторами для прийняття обґрунтованих інвестиційних рішень, фінансовими
аналітиками – для вдосконалення прогностичних моделей, а керівництвом фондових бірж – для розробки стратегій
розвитку інфраструктури. Розуміння динаміки світового фондового ринку та його інфраструктури є критично важливим
для всіх учасників фінансових відносин та сприяє ефективнішій мобілізації капіталу та економічному зростанню.
The global securities market is a key element of the global financial system, providing capital mobilization and an
indication of the state of economies. In the context of innovative transformations and digitalization, the study of its dynamics and
infrastructure is extremely relevant. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of the global stock market,
identifying key trends, patterns of functioning, and identifying key influencing factors. The work uses systems analysis methods
to study the market as an interconnected system, as well as synthesis and comparison methods to summarize data and compare
indicators. The dynamics of the development of the global securities market are analyzed and the activities of the world's largest
stock exchanges, which are undergoing significant changes under the influence of technology, are assessed. The central aspect of
the study was the analysis of the dynamics of the total market capitalization of international stock markets by major geographical
segments (America, Asia-Pacific, Europe) over the past five years, which made it possible to assess their relative scale and growth
rates. Additionally, an analysis of the latest scientific publications was conducted to identify current trends and problems. The
practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of their use by investors to make informed investment decisions, by f
inancial analysts to improve predictive models, by stock exchange management to strategically develop infrastructure, and by
regulatory authorities to formulate effective policies. Understanding the dynamics of the market and its infrastructure is critically
important for all participants in financial relations, contributing to the effective mobilization of resources and economic growth

The work examines the theoretical foundations of the provision and improvement of services
in restaurant establishments. The main indicators of the production activity of the restaurant "Maman"

No full textУ роботі розглянуто актуальні проблеми профілактики посттравматичного стресового розладу (ПТСР) у учасників бойових дій. Проаналізовано сучасні теоретичні підходи до розуміння ПТСР, механізми його розвитку та вплив на психоемоційний стан військовослужбовців. Особлива увага приділена психосоціальним та когнітивно-поведінковим методам превентивного втручання, а також інтегративним програмам психологічної підтримки, що спрямовані на підвищення резильєнтності, ефективних копінг-стратегій та відновлення психоемоційної стабільності. Емпіричне дослідження підтвердило ефективність поетапного застосування програм ТФ-КПТ, ДПТ та підходів, спрямованих на розвиток посттравматичного зростання, для зниження ризику
формування ПТСР у військовослужбовців. Результати дослідження мають практичне значення для організації психологічної підтримки учасників бойових дій та впровадження превентивних заходів у військових колективах.
The study addresses the urgent issue of preventing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in combatants. It examines contemporary theoretical approaches to understanding PTSD, its development mechanisms, and its impact on the psychoemotional state of military personnel. Special attention is given to psychosocial and cognitive-behavioral preventive interventions, as well as integrative psychological support programs aimed at enhancing resilience, effective coping strategies, and restoring emotional stability. Empirical research confirmed the effectiveness of phased interventions based on trauma-focused CBT, DBT techniques, and post-traumatic growth strategies in reducing the risk of PTSD in service members. The findings have practical implications for organizing psychological support and implementing preventive measures in military units
Ukrainian banking system non-performing assets management: challenges and solutions

змінам, які відбулися у період 2020–2024 роках. Метою статті є аналіз ефективності методів управління непрацюючими
кредитами (NPL) та їхнього впливу на фінансову стабільність банків. У дослідженні застосовано методи аналізу,
синтезу, графічний підхід та системний аналіз. На основі отриманих даних встановлено, що незважаючи на позитивну
динаміку зниження частки NPL, цей показник залишається високим порівняно з міжнародними стандартами. Практично
обґрунтовано необхідність інтеграції міжнародного досвіду, впровадження цифрових технологій і вдосконалення
нормативно-правового регулювання. Перспективи подальших досліджень полягають у розробці ефективних програм
реструктуризації боргів і вдосконаленні механізмів управління активами.This article investigates the contemporary landscape of non-performing assets (NPAs) within the Ukrainian banking
system, with a focus on their dynamic between 2020 and 2024. The primary objective is to meticulously analyze the efficacy of
various non-performing loan (NPL) management strategies and their overarching impact on the financial stability and resilience
of Ukrainian banks amidst the challenging conditions of martial law. The research employs a rigorous methodology, integrating
analytical and synthetic approaches, graphical representation, and systematic analysis to derive robust conclusions.
Key findings reveal a discernible positive trend in the reduction of the NPL ratio, which decreased from 41% in 2020 to 30.29% in
2024, signaling a commendable degree of progress in stabilizing the financial sector. However, despite this improvement, the NPL
level remains notably elevated, particularly within the corporate loan portfolio, necessitating continued and intensified efforts in
asset management. The study critically examines the structural shifts within the credit portfolio, noting the fluctuating dynamics
across different borrower categories, including corporate, individual, and interbank lending.
The article strongly substantiates the imperative for integrating international best practices, drawing lessons from successful
models in European Union countries such as Italy and Greece, which have effectively utilized securitization mechanisms and
established specialized asset management companies. Furthermore, the practical necessity of digital transformation in the banking
sector is underscored, advocating for the adoption of advanced automated systems and artificial intelligence-driven tools for
comprehensive credit risk monitoring and portfolio analysis. It emphasizes the development of tailored debt restructuring programs
designed to meet the specific needs of diverse borrower segments, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and
individual clients. Implementing these recommendations—encompassing international experience, digital innovation, regulatory
enhancements, and adaptive restructuring programs—is posited as crucial for mitigating credit risks, bolstering financial stability,
and fostering the sustainable development of Ukraine's financial system and broader economy

підприємств водного транспорту та в аналізі ключових факторів, які впливають на вартість перевезень. У дослідженні
використано аналіз даних та статистичні методи при оцінці кількісних даних про фрахтові ставки, обсяги перевезень
та витрати на паливо. Аналіз чутливості використано для оцінки впливу змін в окремих параметрах на загальну
вартість перевезення. Порівняльний аналіз здійснено при порівнянні витрат на перевезення в різних країнах та регіонах, з
метою виявлення найефективніших практик та стратегій. Проаналізовано, узагальнено та оновлено фактори впливу на
вартість перевезень водним транспортом. Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності морських
перевезень, забезпечення стабільності витрат та покращення загальної ефективності системи внутрішнього контролю
на підприємствах водного транспорту. Практична значимість дослідження полягає у формулюванні рекомендацій для
покращення контрольних заходів у системі управління підприємств водного транспорту. The main objective of the study is to reveal the problems of internal control of transportation costs at water transport
enterprises and to analyze the key factors that affect the cost of transportation. The study used data analysis and statistical methods
to assess quantitative data on freight rates, transportation volumes and fuel costs. Sensitivity analysis was used to assess the impact
of changes in individual parameters on the total cost of transportation. Comparative analysis was carried out when comparing
transportation costs in different countries and regions, in order to identify the most effective practices and strategies. Factors
influencing the cost of water transport were analyzed, summarized and updated. Special attention was paid to key factors that affect
the formation of freight rates when determining the cost of water transport. It was proven that operating costs are a significant factor
in reducing the cost of transport services. Therefore, when implementing internal control, it is worth analyzing such costs and, in
order to optimize them, it is desirable for water transport enterprises to develop measures to increase the efficiency of fuel and
other materials, reduce environmental, financial and other operating costs, economies of scale and automation of port operations.
Improving port infrastructure also contributes to reducing transport costs of water transport enterprises. Based on the results of the
analysis of international experience, the main directions of assessing the cost of water transport transportation are summarized,
based on the main influencing factors, and it is proven that when implementing internal control, it is worth taking into account
all factors that affect the formation of the freight rate and, accordingly, the price and cost of water transport transportation. It is
substantiated that changes in the world freight market can significantly affect the cost of transportation, which requires constant
internal control in order to reduce costs, risks, and form the optimal cost of transportation. The practical significance of the study
lies in formulating recommendations for improving measures to control the cost of transportation of water transport enterprises.
