Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище у сфері виставкової діяльності в Україні та світі. Визначено внутрішні конкурентні переваги створюваного концертно-виставкового комплексу в місті Одеса.
Запропоновано проєкт створення концертно-виставкового комплексу. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації послуг підприємства. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їх мінімізації.The paper deals with the theoretical foundations of starting a business in the field of exhibition and event industry: the business idea of creating a concert and exhibition complex is described; the regulatory and legal regulation of exhibition activities and the conditions for creating a concert and exhibition complex are studied; the choice of organizational and legal form and taxation system of the newly created business is substantiated.
The competitive environment in the field of exhibition activities in Ukraine and the world is analyzed. The internal competitive advantages of the created concert and exhibition complex in the city of Odesa are determined.
A project for the creation of a concert and exhibition complex is proposed. The start-up capital for the project implementation is formed, current expenses are calculated, and the profit from the sale of the company's services is forecasted. An economic feasibility study of the project is carried out, possible risks of project implementation and ways to minimize them are characterized

Розроблено бюджетний план витрат на створення та функціонування лікеро-горілчаного заводу, а також сформовано операційні витрати та бюджет поточної діяльності.
Проведено оцінку економічної ефективності проєкту створення підприємства на основі відповідних розрахунків. Здійснено аналіз можливих ризиків реалізації проєкту та запропоновано заходи щодо їх зниженняThe work examines the general characteristics of the alcohol industry and trends in its development. An introductory overview of the project to create a liquor and vodka production enterprise is provided. The legal regulation in this area is analyzed, and the choice of the legal form of organization and taxation system for the enterprise is justified.
A study of the state and prospects for the development of the alcohol products market in Ukraine has been carried out. The competitive advantages of the future enterprise have been identified. A budget plan for the costs of creating and operating a liquor and vodka plant has been developed, as well as operating costs and a current activity budget have been formed.
