Peculiarities of adaptation of students to a higher education institution
No full textВ роботі проаналізовано ступень розробленості проблеми у наукової літературі, поняття і сутність адаптації студентів до закладу вищої освіти; визначено психологічне поняття освітнього середовища ЗВО; виявлені внутрішні та зовнішні фактори адаптації студентів до ЗВО; досліджувано процес адаптації студентів до ЗВО в умовах воєнного стану; досліджено роль психологічного консультування студентів у ЗВО; проаналізовано результати емпіричного дослідження.
Проведено порівняльний аналіз понять «адаптація», «соціалізація», «конформізм». Зроблено висновок про взаємозв'язок процесів адаптації та соціалізації. Адаптація сприяє підвищенню рівня соціалізації людини, а соціалізація сприяє підвищенню ефективності процесу адаптації людини. Дослідження питання про співвідношення понять «конформізм» та «соціалізація» показало, що обидва ці поняття характеризують відносини людини з суспільством, згоду людини з нормами, цілями та цінностями суспільства.
Проведено емпіричне дослідження з використанням авторської анкети для визначення рівня впливу освітнього середовища на адаптацію студентів; методика діагностики соціально-психологічної адаптації К. Роджерса і Р. Даймонда; копінг-тест Лазаруса «Оцінка поведінки у важкій життєвій ситуації.The paper analyzes the degree of development of the problem in scientific literature, the concept and essence of students' adaptation to the institution of higher education; the psychological concept of the educational environment of higher education institutions is defined; identified internal and external factors of students' adaptation to higher education institutions; the process of students' adaptation to higher education institutions under martial law conditions is studied; the role of psychological counseling of students in higher education institutions was investigated; the results of empirical research are analyzed.
A comparative analysis of the concepts "adaptation", "socialization", "conformism" was carried out. A conclusion is made about the interrelationship of adaptation and socialization processes. Adaptation contributes to increasing the level of human socialization, and socialization contributes to increasing the efficiency of the human adaptation process. The study of the question of the relationship between the concepts of "conformism" and "socialization" showed that both of these concepts characterize a person's relationship with society, a person's agreement with the norms, goals and values of society.
