У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності поняття «стратегії підприємства» та його розвитку, місце стратегії розвитку у системі стратегій підприємства, розглянуті основні чинники та види стратегій розвитку.
Проаналізовано особливості внутрішнього стану підприємства в розрізі показників оцінки його фінансового стану та рівня рентабельності; проведено діагностику фінансово-господарських показників діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано стратегію розширення сфери діяльності підприємства шляхом створення цеху із виробництва металевих та нержавіючих труб для подальшого їх застосування в ремонтних та будівельних роботах. Проведено економічне обґрунтування розширення сфери діяльності підприємства. Зроблено прогноз прибутку від створення нового цеху. Проведено оцінку економічної ефективності проекту. Проаналізовані можливі ризики проєкту.The object of the study is a set of theoretical and practical measures for the formation of an effective enterprise development strategy.
The paper examines the theoretical aspects of the essence of the concept of "enterprise strategy" and its development, the place of the development strategy in the system of enterprise strategies, and considers the main factors and types of development strategies.
The features of the internal state of the enterprise are analyzed in terms of indicators for assessing its financial condition and profitability. The diagnosis of the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise's activities is carried out. A strategy for expanding the scope of the enterprise's activities is proposed by creating a workshop for the production of metal and stainless steel pipes for their further use in repair and construction works. An economic justification for expanding the scope of the enterprise's activities is carried out. A profit forecast from the creation of a new workshop is made. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the project is carried out. Possible risks of the project are analyzed

У другому розділі виявлено проблеми та недоліки в системі управління якістю підприємства, надано характеристику діяльності ТОВ «КІВІТ ПЛЮС», проведено аналіз поточної системи управління якістю в підприємстві. У третьому розділі розроблено пропозиції щодо поліпшення організації управління якістю, впровадження інновацій для підвищення ефективності системи управління, здійснено прогнозовані результати та ефективність запропонованих заходу.The master's qualification work consists of three sections. Розглядаються сучасні підходи до мотивації науково-педагогічного персоналу, аналізуються фактори впливу на ефективність праці викладачів, та пропонуються шляхи удосконалення системи мотивації в умовах цифровізації освіти. Сучасний заклад вищої освіти є динамічним середовищем, успіх якого залежить від багатьох факторів, серед яких особливе місце посідає мотивація праці науково-педагогічного персоналу. Ефективна система мотивації є ключем до підвищення якості освітнього процесу, стимулювання наукових досліджень та загального розвитку закладу.Мета даного дослідження полягає в розробці комплексу теоретико-практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на удосконалення системи мотивації праці науково-педагогічних працівників в українських закладах вищої освіти. Дослідження охоплює широкий спектр мотиваційних факторів, що впливають на становлення науково-педагогічного персоналу. Особлива увага приділяється шляхам підвищення внутрішньої мотивації викладачів до розвитку цифрової компетентності, що є критично важливим у сучасному інформаційному суспільстві. На основі проведеного аналізу розроблена класифікація мотивації праці науково-педагогічних працівників, яка враховує як матеріальні, так і нематеріальні фактори, а також соціально-психологічні особливості індивідуумів. По результатам дослідження сформовані рекомен-дації щодо удосконалення системи мотивації праці в закладах вищої освіти для створення сприятливого мотиваційного середовища, задля підвищення ефективності роботи науково-педагогічних працівників та загального розвитку закладу. Окремо акцентується на необхідності гнучкої адаптації системи мотивації до сучасних реалій, включаючи виклики, пов'язані з дистанційним навчанням, інтеграцією нових цифрових технологій у навчальний процес і воєнним станом на території України.
This article examines theoretical aspects and practical recommendations for modeling the work motivation system in higher education institutions of Ukraine. Modern approaches to the motivation of scientific and pedagogical staff are considered, factors affecting the effectiveness of teachers' work are analyzed, and ways to improve the motivation system in the conditions of digitalization of education are proposed. A modern institution of higher education is a dynamic environment, the success of which depends on many factors, among which the motivation of the scientific and pedagogical staff occupies a special place. An effective motivation system is the key to improving the quality of the educational process, stimulating scientific research and thegeneral development of the institution. The purpose of this study is to develop a set of theoretical and practical recommendations aimed at improving the system of motivation for the work of scientific and pedagogical workers in Ukrainian institutions of higher education. The study covers a wide range of motivational factors affecting the formation of scientific and pedagogical personnel. Special attention is paid to ways of increasing the internal motivation of teachers to develop digital competence, which is critically important in the modern information society. Based on the analysis, a classification of the work motivation of scientific and pedagogical workers was developed, which takes into account both material and non-material factors, as well as social and psychological characteristics of individuals. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were made for improving the work motivation system in institutions of higher education to create a favorable motivational environment, to increase the efficiency of the work of scientific and pedagogical workers and the general development of the institution. Special emphasis is placed on the need for flexible adaptation of the motivation system to modern realities, including challenges related to distance learning, the integration of new digital technologies into the educational process, and the state of war on the territory of Ukraine

The paper deals with the theoretical aspects of personnel management research at a tourist enterprise.
