Надано характеристику ПАТ «Одеський кабельний завод «Одескабель» як суб’єкта експорту, проведено аналіз експортних операцій ПАТ «Одеський кабельний завод «Одескабель», здійснено аналіз чинників впливу на експорт ПАТ «Одеський кабельний завод «Одескабель».

Запропоновано проєкт створення готельного бізнесу. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації готельного бізнесу.
Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їх мінімізації.The paper examines the theoretical principles of starting one's own business in Ukraine in the field of hotel business: the business idea of starting one's own business is considered; regulatory and legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in this field is being studied.
The competitive environment in the field of hotel business was analyzed and the internal competitive advantages of the business being created were determined.
The project of creating a hotel business is proposed. The starting capital for the implementation of the project was formed, the current costs were calculated and the profit from the implementation of the hotel business was predicted.
