Personality Characteristics and Emotional Intelligence Levels of Millenials: A Study in Turkish Context
The purpose of the study is twofold. The first purpose of the study is to investigate the relations between personality characteristics and emotional intelligence of the Millennials. Costa and McCrea’s Big Five Personality Inventory (IPIP-NEO) is used to measure the personality characteristics of the millenials. Emotional intelligence dimensions are measured by Wong and Law emotional intelligence scale (WLEIS). Secondary purpose of the study is to find self-evaluations of the Millenials related with their characteristics. Roger’s Q-Sort Scale is used to find out Millenials self perceptions. An advantage of the Q-Sort Scale is that it offers straightforward assumptions about the underlying structure of a concept within demographical segments. Results reveal that use of emotion is positively correlated with conscientiousness whereas regulation of emotion is negatively correlated with Neuroticism. Furthermore, personality characteristics have effects on emotional intelligence dimensions. The effects are much more significant for regulation and use of emotions dimensions. These dimensions are assumed to be important determinants of performance within organizations so it is important to analyze the personality constructs associated with them. Depending on their self-perceptions, millienials evaluate themselves relatively high on positive traits (e.g. honest, out-going, etc.) and low on negative traits (e.g. unhelpful, dishonest, etc.). Regarding personality characteristics, they evaluated themselves highest in openness and lowest in neuroticism. Millenials will be the dominating workforce for the upcoming years, so if they are willing to establish high performance relations, managers should better understand Millenial characteristics and perspective.

On conceptual nature of antonymy: Evidence from corpus-based investigations
This paper provides an overview of corpus investigations in studying antonymy with an aim to argue in favour of the conceptual approach to antonymy. Antonymy is considered to play an important role in organizing languages’ vocabularies. However, there is no consensus in the literature on the issue of whether antonyms form a set of stored lexical associations (as the structuralists and the Princeton WordNet model propose), or whether the category of antonymy is a context-sensitive, conceptually grounded category (as conceptual models of meaning propose). On the basis of author’s recent investigations of antonymy in Serbian written discourse, this paper argues in favour of the conceptual approach to antonymy. This approach predicts a category with a continuum structure, with prototypical antonym partners as core members, and category members for which a partner is not available in a context-free environment. The theoretical implication of the investigations presented is that antonymy is primarily a conceptual relation, based on general cognitive processes.

Slovene as the second/foreign language in Slovene pre-school institutions
Slovenia has long been a place for immigration; with the accession into the European Union it has become even more interesting for different groups of immigrants from European and non-European countries. According to the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia, 106.486 foreigners (5.16% of overall population in Slovenia) were living in Slovenia at the end of 2015. It is expected that this migration trend in the light of world events continues or even increases. One of the key factors for the successful integration of young generations of migrants in society is education. The survey Index of the policy of integration of migrants (MIPEX, 2015), implemented by the British Council and Migration Policy Group, shows that few education systems in Europe are adapting to the realities of immigration. Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Canada, Portugal are the most engaged countries, whereas Slovenia is among the least committed (it ranks 28 among 38 selected countries). Language has a major role in supporting children’s process of identity formation and in helping them understand where they fit in the new environment they are entering. Language is, of course, not the only factor that promotes integration and enables successful education, but the fact remains that immigrant pupils are better achievers in those countries that pay greater attention to second/foreign language learning starting in preschool institutions. In the present paper we discuss the Slovene pre-school teachers’ and pre-school teacher assistants' attitudes towards learning Slovene as the second/foreign language in Slovene pre-school institutions. The research was conducted on a sample of 143 pre-school teachers and pre-school teacher assistants. The results imply that Slovene pre-school teachers and pre-school teacher assistants hold positive attitudes towards learning Slovene as a second/foreign language, they see their role as the promoters of learning Slovene as a second/foreign language to non-Slovene children, but they strongly express the lack of training in language learning strategies of Slovene as a second/foreign language.

Information overload effect in housing loans to consumers
This paper analyses one of the basic consumer's rights in the Union – the right to be informed, and in the context of the new regulation on housing loans – Directive 2014/17. With its content, Directive 2014/17 regulates key issues of housing (mortgage) lending, and in particular: the consumer's right to be informed, credit risk management, foreign currency lending and uniform rules of calculating the effective interest rate. As a light motive of the Directive, the consumer's right to be informed is pointed out in different stages of the credit relations. At the same time, critics of the Directive are in particular focused on the so-called information overload effect. To that extent, this paper seeks to examine the consequences of the „too-informed“ consumers, and risk in decision-making in credit relations based on the quantity of information provided. Using normative method, the author tries to show the consumer the right to be informed in a broader sense: analyzing the contribution to the consumers protection - as users of housing loans, as well as the possibility of negative impact of extremely broad spectrum of information that is presented to the consumers in terms of Directive 2014/17. The final part of the work shows the possible parallels with the regulations on the protection of consumers of financial services in the B&H entities
SECURITY SYSTEMS AT THE AIRPORT WITH ACCENT ON DATA LAYER SECURITY
Abstract: Great number of population use air terminals consistently. This presents
potential attraction for terrorism and different types of wrongdoing. Correspondingly,
the high convergence of individuals on huge carriers, the potential high passing rate
with assaults on flying machine, and the capacity to utilize a seized plane as a deadly
weapon might give a charming focus to terrorism.
In this paper we will investigate air terminal security. It alludes to the systems and
strategies which are utilized as a part of ensuring travelers, staff and flying machine
which utilize the air terminals. Airplane terminal security incorporates assurance from
inadvertent/vindictive damage, wrongdoing and other dangers. Airplane terminal
security endeavors to keep any dangers or conceivably perilous circumstances from
emerging or entering the nation. All things considered, airplane terminal security fills a
few needs: To shield the air terminal and nation from any undermining occasions, to
console the voyaging open that they are sheltered and to ensure the people using
them.
It is necessary to comprehend the significance of security in each part of airplane
terminal operations. It is entwined into the design fabric of airplane terminal operations
- securing travelers, workers, data and base.
Convenient and precise database and programming upgrades are vital to guarantee

great memory from childhood, or an enjoyable time spent in friend’s home. This is the
reason why so many companies use scents as marketing tool to attract customers
and distinguish themselves from competition. After theoretical part of the study, the
interviews showed that level of awareness of scent or aroma marketing concept
among Bosnia and Herzegovina population is high and they perceive scents to have

CONTEMPORARY VS. MODERN EDUCATION
The main objective of this paper is to analyze major differences between traditional and modern
education which encapsulates the following topics; the nature of learning, learning structure, classroom
climate, the hierarchy of educational needs, major learning outcomes, teacher’s roles, interactive learning,
MI theory, learning styles etc. So far we have faced two antagonistic visions of education; one which is
labeled as traditional (or conservative) and the other treated as modern (or progressive). It seems that most
of followers of either traditional or modern education overemphasize positive features of their preference
and consequently they neglect to notice benefits “on the other side”. The lack of objectivity leads inevitably
to many misunderstandings and unnecessary frictions among English teachers. This paper is based on the
“third-value approach” which seeks the solutions out of narrow prefabricated attitudes and rigid concepts.
Instead of one-sided blindness we should vote for “the principled eclecticism” which takes into
consideration the need to combine the two (seemingly utterly antagonistic positions) in order to define
more effective approaches regardless of their theoretical assumptions and often unrealistic claims.
