Digital Biography in Education and Pedagogy: an Analytical Synthesis of Sources and Practices

О. Сухомлинського проаналізовано науковий доробок українських учених щодо проблематики цифрової біографіки в освіті й педагогіці. Зосереджено увагу на цифрових інноваційних ресурсах провідних наукових установ, бібліотек, які є вагомим джерелом досліджень проблем педагогічної біографістики. Проаналізовано стан дослідження ролі та особливостей створення біографічних цифрових наративів у контексті педагогічної науки. Виокремлено ключові аспекти значення цієї практики для педагогічних досліджень, а також окреслено цифрові технології, що забезпечують створення, збереження, аналіз і інтерактивне представлення життєвих історій видатних діячів освіти й педагогіки. Акцентовано на поточних результатах аналізу джерельної бази, які свідчать про те, що нині вчені акумулюють у науковому доробку цікаві напрацювання щодо актуальних питань створення цифрової біографіки у контексті педагогічної науки. Зазначено, що дослідження даної проблематики є актуальним і важливим як в освітньому середовищі, так й у дослідницькому просторі інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу цифрової трансформації освіти й педагогіки.In the context of the scientific research “Information and Analytical Support for Education and Pedagogy: Domestic and Foreign Experience” (2023-2025), the Department of Scientific Information and Analytical Support for Education of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine analysed the scientific achievements of Ukrainian scientists on the issues of creating pedagogical biographical digital narratives. The attention is focused on the digital innovative resources of leading scientific institutions and libraries, which are significant source of research on the problems of pedagogical biography. The state of research on such issues as the role and features of creating biographical digital narratives in the context of pedagogical science is analysed. The key aspects of the importance of the practice of creating biographical digital narratives in the context of pedagogical science are highlighted and digital technologies that ensure the creation, preservation, analysis and interactive presentation of life stories of prominent figures in education and pedagogy are outlined. The article focuses on the current results of the analysis of the source base, which indicate that scientists are currently accumulating interesting developments in the scientific heritage on the practice of creating biographical digital narratives in the context of pedagogical science. It is noted that the study of this issue is relevant and important both in the educational environment and in the research space of information and analytical support for the digital transformation of education and pedagogy
Analysis of Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions for the Development of Public-Private Partnership in Vocational Education Institutions
Get PDFАктуальність: Трансформація сучасного ринку праці, стрімкі технологічні й соціально-економічні зміни висувають нові вимоги до системи професійної освіти. За цих умов державно-приватне партнерство виступає важливим інструментом модернізації підготовки кваліфікованих робітників, оскільки дає змогу залучити додаткові ресурси та наблизити зміст освіти до потреб працедавців, а також є особливо актуальним у час воєнної агресії та повоєнних викликів, коли партнерство держави й бізнесу сприяє відновленню освітньої інфраструктури та підвищенню якості підготовки кадрів.
Мета: виокремити та обґрунтувати сукупність організаційно-педагогічних умов розвитку державно-приватного партнерства у закладах професійної освіти.
Методи: теоретичний аналіз та узагальнення наукових джерел з проблематики державно-приватного партнерства у професійній освіті.
Результати: сформульовано робоче визначення поняття «організаційно-педагогічні умови» як сукупності спеціально створених обставин, що забезпечують удосконалення освітнього процесу шляхом реалізації механізмів партнерської співпраці між закладом професійної освіти та суб’єктами приватного сектору економіки. Виокремлено 14 організаційно-педагогічних умов, необхідних для ефективного розвитку державно-приватного партнерства. Ці умови охоплюють нормативно-правове, організаційне, навчально-методичне та кадрове забезпечення партнерства та передбачають узгодження змісту професійної підготовки з потребами ринку праці, спільне оновлення матеріально-технічної бази закладів, підвищення компетентності педагогічних працівників через співпрацю з роботодавцями, запровадження систем моніторингу результатів партнерства та механізмів розподілу ризиків і відповідальності. Доведено, що дотримання цих умов має вирішальне значення для ефективної реалізації моделі державно-приватного партнерства, адже їх комплексне врахування створює необхідне середовище для успішної співпраці держави та бізнесу у підготовці кадрів.
Перспективи подальших досліджень: експертне ранжування визначених організаційно-педагогічних умов із врахуванням специфіки підготовки кваліфікованих робітників будівельної галузі.Relevance: The transformation of the modern labor market, as well as rapid technological and socio-economic changes, pose new demands on the vocational education system. Under these conditions, public-private partnerships are becoming a key tool for modernizing the training of skilled workers. It allows mobilizing additional resources and bringing the content of education in line with the needs of the labor market. Public-private partnerships are especially relevant during wartime and post-war reconstruction, as cooperation between the state and business helps to restore educational infrastructure and improve the quality of workforce training.
Purpose: to identify and substantiate a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of public-private partnerships in vocational education institutions.
Methods: Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific sources on public-private partnerships in vocational education.
Results: The article presents a working definition of the concept of “organizational and pedagogical conditions” as a set of specially created circumstances that ensure the improvement of the educational process through the implementation of mechanisms of partnership cooperation between a vocational education institution and private sector entities. The author identifies fourteen key conditions necessary for the effective development of public-private partnerships. These include legal, organizational, methodological and personnel support. The conditions also emphasize the alignment of training content with the needs of the labor market, joint modernization of infrastructure, improving the competence of teachers through the involvement of employers, and the introduction of monitoring systems and mechanisms for sharing risks and responsibilities. The study shows that compliance with these conditions is crucial for the successful implementation of public-private partnership models, as the combination of these conditions creates a favorable environment for cooperation between the state and business in training workers.
Prospects for further research: Further work will involve an expert ranking of the identified organizational and pedagogical conditions, taking into account the specifics of training skilled workers in the construction industry
Career guidance support for education seekers in wartime: innovative technologies

The role of contemporary universities in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine: synergy of transformation, innovation and social service
Get PDFУ статті представлено аналітичний огляд ключових дискусій та висновків науково-практичних заходів, проведених відділом соціальних та інституційних трансформацій Інституту вищої освіти НАПН України. Зокрема, розглянуто матеріали семінару «Розвиток сучасних університетів: синергія трансформацій вищої освіти, науки та економіки», а також презентацій у рамках XVI Міжнародної виставки «Сучасні заклади освіти» (26–28 березня 2025 р.) та XLII Міжнародної спеціалізованої виставки «Освіта та кар’єра – 2025» (11 квітня 2025 р.).
Висвітлено бачення сучасного закладу вищої освіти крізь призму філософських, аксіологічних та політичних засад його розвитку в контексті післявоєнного відновлення України. Особливу увагу приділено новим вимогам до випускників, що передбачають формування лідерських якостей, критичного мислення, адаптивності та соціальної відповідальності. Проаналізовано необхідність розвитку метакогнітивних навичок (lifelong learning), soft skills, hard skills, а також цифрової та «зеленої» (екологічної) грамотності для підготовки кадрів, готових до викликів відбудови та сталого розвитку суспільства.
Окремо розглянуто трансформацію організаційно-правових статусів ЗВО та їхню третю місію – соціальне служіння, що робить університети центрами відбудови, інновацій та соціального капіталу для розвитку громад і регіонів. Крім того, обговорено потенціал штучного інтелекту (ШІ) у персоналізації навчання, управлінні та оцінюванні, водночас акцентовано на викликах, пов'язаних з високою вартістю, конфіденційністю даних та упередженістю алгоритмів, підкреслюючи важливість розробки прозорих і підзвітних ШІ-систем.The article presents an analytical review of key discussions and conclusions of scientific and practical events held by the Department of Social and Institutional Transformations of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine. In particular, the materials of the seminar “Development of Contemporary Universities: Synergy of Transformations of Higher Education, Science and Economy” were considered, as well as presentations within the framework of the XVI International Exhibition “Contemporary Educational Institutions” (March 26–28, 2025) and the XLII International Specialized Exhibition “Education and Career – 2025” (April 11, 2025).
The vision of a contemporary HEI is highlighted through the prism of philosophical, axiological and political principles of its development in the context of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to new requirements for graduates, which include the formation of leadership qualities, critical thinking, adaptability and social responsibility. The need to develop metacognitive skills (lifelong learning), soft skills, hard skills, as well as digital and "green" (ecological) literacy to train personnel ready for the challenges of reconstruction and sustainable development of society is analyzed.
Separately, the transformation of the organizational and legal statuses of HEIs and their third mission – social service, which makes universities centers of reconstruction, innovation and social capital for the development of communities and regions is considered. In addition, the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in the personalization of learning, management and assessment is discussed, while focusing on the challenges associated with high cost, data confidentiality and algorithm bias, emphasizing the importance of developing transparent and accountable AI systems
Modern paradigms of treatment of coronary heart disease: consistency of opinions of participants in the treatment process
Get PDFМета: Вивчити узгодженість думок учасників процесу лікування ішемічної хвороби серця з коморбідними захворюваннями з подальшим аналізом якості фармацевтичної допомоги та розробкою стратегії покращення міжпрофесійної взаємодії фармацевтів в інтегрованих командах допомоги.
Матеріали та методи: Матеріалами дослідження стали результати опитування, проведеного серед фармацевтів аптечних закладів, пацієнтів з ішемічною хворобою серця з коморбідними захворюваннями та лікарів, відповідно до заданих критеріїв надання фармацевтичної допомоги. Використовувалися такі методи дослідження: аналіз, дедукція, індукція, порівняння, систематизація, узагальнення, прогнозування, статистичний та бібліографічний.
Результати: Визначено середньо-задовільний рівень фармацевтичної допомоги. Встановлено, що реалізація фармацевтичної допомоги вимагає розвитку клінічних компетенцій та комунікативних навичок фармацевтів з пацієнтами та вдосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення. Коефіцієнт узгодженості Кендалла W = 0,85.
Висновки: Достовірно підтверджено достатньо високий рівень узгодженості думок (W = 0,85) лікарів, фармацевтів та пацієнтів щодо критеріїв надання фармацевтичної допомоги. Визначено напрямки розвитку та вдосконалення механізмів надання фармацевтичної допомоги. Пропонується розробити стандарти надання фармацевтичної допомоги пацієнтам з ішемічною хворобою серця з коморбідними захворюваннями відповідно до рекомендацій ESC/AHA та з урахуванням сумісності лікарських засобів різних фармакологічних груп, що використовуються для лікування серцево-судинних захворювань.Aim: To study the consistency of opinions of participants in the treatment process of coronary heart disease with comorbid conditions with further analysis of the quality of pharmaceutical care and development of a strategy for improving interprofessional interaction of pharmacists in integrated care teams.
Materials and Methods: The materials of the study were the results of a survey, conducted among the pharmacists of pharmaceutical stores, patients with coronary heart disease with comorbid conditions and doctors, according to the specified criteria for providing pharmaceutical care. The following research methods were used: analysis, deduction, induction, comparison, systematization, generalization, forecasting, statistical and bibliographic.
Results: An intermediately satisfactory level of pharmaceutical care was determined. It was found that the implementation of pharmaceutical care requires the development of clinical competencies and communication skills of pharmacists with patients and the improvement of regulatory and legal support. Kendall’s consistency coefficient W = 0.85.
Conclusions: A sufficiently high level of agreement of opinions (W = 0.85) of doctors, pharmacists and patients regarding the criteria for providing pharmaceutical care has been reliably confirmed. Directions for the development and improvement of mechanisms for providing pharmaceutical care have been identified. It is proposed to develop standards for providing pharmaceutical care to patients with coronary heart disease with comorbid conditions in accordance with the ESC/ AHA recommendations and taking into account the compatibility of medicines of different pharmacological groups used to cure the cardiovascular diseases
Рedagogical conditions for the development of energy-efficient competence in future construction industry professionals
Get PDFАктуальність проблеми формування та розвитку енергоефективної компетентності спеціалістів у будівельній галузі на сучасному етапі обумовлена такими чинниками: економічний – впровадження інвестицій в відбудову інфраструктури потребує значних фінансових ресурсів, проте підвищення енергоефективності призведе до зниження енерговитрат в майбутньому; екологічний – скорочення енергоспоживання сприяє зменшенню викидів вуглекислого газу через перехід на відновлювані джерела енергії та інші низьковуглецеві технології.
Мета: визначити педагогічні умови розвитку енергоефективної компетентності майбутніх фахівців будівельної галузі.
Методи: теоретичний аналіз педагогічної літератури і навчально-методичної документації щодо формування енергоефективної компетентності фахівців будівельної галузі; опитування педагогічних працівників, методистів закладів професійної освіти – для визначення переліку педагогічних умов розвитку досліджуваного феномена; експертне оцінювання – для вибору найбільш значущих педагогічних умов формування енергоефективної компетентності майбутніх фахівців будівельної галузі.
Результати: засобами аналізу теоретичних джерел і навчально-методичної літератури, законодавчих актів, опитування педагогів, майстрів та інструкторів виробничого навчання визначено перелік педагогічних умов розвитку енергоефективної компетентності майбутніх фахівців будівельної галузі; задля оптимізації визначених факторів, що впливають на розвиток досліджуваного феномена, було проведено їх ранжування й експертне оцінювання.
Висновки: основними педагогічними умовами, що впливають на розвиток енергоефективної компетентності майбутніх фахівців будівельної галузі, на думку експертів визнано: «Наявність викладачів, які володіють енергоефективною компетентністю та підвищення їх кваліфікації у сфері енергоефективних технологій», «Використання активних методів навчання (проєктне навчання, кейс-методи тощо) для формування енергоефективної компетентності», «Створення відповідного освітнього креативного середовища, що впливатиме на формування в учнів енергоефективної компетентності».Relevance. The urgency of developing energy-efficient competence in construction specialists at the current stage is determined by several factors: economic – the implementation of investments in infrastructure reconstruction requires significant financial resources, but increasing energy efficiency will lead to reduced energy consumption in the future; environmental – reducing energy consumption contributes to a decrease in carbon dioxide emissions through the transition to renewable energy sources and other low-carbon technologies.
Objective: To determine the pedagogical conditions for the development of energy-efficient competence in future construction industry professionals.
Methods: Theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature and educational-methodological documentation regarding the formation of energy-efficient competence in construction industry specialists; surveying pedagogical staff and methodologists of vocational education institutions – to determine the list of pedagogical conditions for the development of the studied phenomenon; expert evaluation – to select the most significant pedagogical conditions for the formation of energy-efficient competence in future construction industry professionals.
Results: Through the analysis of theoretical sources, educational and methodological literature, legislative acts, and surveys of teachers, masters, and industrial training instructors, a list of pedagogical conditions for the development of energy-efficient competence in future construction industry professionals was identified; to optimize the identified factors influencing the development of the studied phenomenon, their ranking and expert evaluation were conducted.
Conclusions: According to experts, the main pedagogical conditions influencing the development of energy-efficient competence in future construction industry professionals are: "Availability of teachers who possess energy-efficient competence and improvement of their qualifications in the field of energy-efficient technologies," "Use of active learning methods (project-based learning, case methods, etc.) for the formation of energy-efficient competence," "Creation of an appropriate educational creative environment that will influence the formation of energy-efficient competence in students.
Digital space as a tool for national solidarity: innovative approaches
Get PDFУ статті досліджено ефективність використання цифрових інструментів у процесі формування національної солідарності серед учнів старших класів. Представлено результати дослідження, під час яких було визначено найбільш ефективні методи взаємодії здобувачів освіти, що сприяють зміцненню національної єдності серед учасників.
Визначено, що найбільш ефективними методиками виховання національної солідарності в старшокласників із використанням цифрових технологій виявилися: виховні години із застосуванням інтерактивних матеріалів, інтерактивні вікторини, ігри із використанням можливостей штучного інтелекту, челенджі та віртуальні екскурсії, інформаційні гайди, онлайн-дебати тощо.
Обґрунтовано найбільш успішні методики, а також доведено завдяки чому вони мали найбільший успіх та сприяли досягненню поставленої мети. Результати дослідження показали, що інтерактивні заняття з учнями сприяють обміну ідеями та спільному розумінню історії й культурних традицій. Платформи для спільного створення візуальних матеріалів та спільні проєкти дозволяють учням активно взаємодіяти і співпрацювати в цифровому просторі, а як наслідок – сприяють формуванню відчуття згуртованості й солідарності. Найбільш ефективними інструментами цифрового простору для досягнення цілей дослідження визнано платформи для онлайн-комунікацій, інтерактивні вебресурси з доступом до архівних матеріалів, вебінструменти для створення мультимедійних презентацій, а також системи штучного інтелекту, що сприяють залученню учнів до активного вивчення історії й культурної спадщини, що є важливим елементом формування національної солідарності.The article examines the effectiveness of using digital tools in the process of forming national solidarity among high school students. The results of the study are disclosed, during which the most effective methods of interaction with students were identified, which contribute to strengthening national unity among participants.
It was determined that, according to the results of the study, the most effective methods of cultivating national solidarity in high school students using digital technologies were such methods as: educational hours using interactive materials, interactive quizzes, games using the capabilities of artificial intelligence systems, challenges and virtual excursions, information guides and online debates.
The article examines the most successful methods and characterizes why they had the greatest success and contributed to achieving the set goal. The results of the study showed that interactive classes with students contribute to the exchange of ideas and a common understanding of history and cultural traditions. Platforms for joint creation of visual materials and joint projects allow students to actively interact and collaborate in the digital space, which contributes to the formation of a sense of cohesion and solidarity. The most effective tools of the digital space for achieving the goals of the study were identified as platforms for online communications, interactive web resources with access to archival materials and web tools for creating multimedia presentations, as well as artificial intelligence systems. These tools contribute to the involvement of students in the active study of history and cultural heritage, which is an important element of the formation of national solidarity
Current trends in the development of music and pedagogical education in Bukovyna
Get PDFВ оглядовій статті на основі аналізу історичного досвіду, сучасних праць, цінних практик підготовки майбутніх учителів музики на Буковині визначено тенденції розвитку музично-педагогічної освіти регіону: тенденція підвищення якості професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва, тенденція оновлення навчально-методичного супроводу їхньої підготовки, тенденція активізації творчої діяльності майбутніх педагогів-музикантів у процесі неформальної освіти; тенденція утвердження націєтворчого потенціалу музичного мистецтва в підготовці майбутніх учителів музики. Доведено, що окреслені тенденції свідчать про вмотивованість викладачів закладів освіти на підвищення якісних індикаторів в оновленні змісту, форм, навчально-методичного супроводу підготовки майбутніх педагогів-музикантів з урахуванням європейських стандартів, на активізацію неформальної освіти здобувачів мистецького фаху, на партнерство з представниками різних мистецьких, культурних осередків, на співпрацю у збереженні традицій й імплементації інновацій у мистецько-культурному просторі регіону та України.The review article states that in art education, in the training of future art teachers, the challenges to which teachers and pedagogues should respond are outlined, in particular, to preserve and develop the traditions of artistic and pedagogical education, to strengthen artistic and educational partnerships between institutions, to be open to innovation, taking into account modern European integration processes. Based on the analysis of historical experience, modern works, valuable practices of training future music teachers in Bukovyna, the following trends in the development of music and pedagogical education in the region are identified: the tendency to improve the quality of professional training of future music teachers, the tendency to update the educational and methodological support for the training of future music teachers, the tendency to intensify the creative activity of future music teachers in the process of non formal education, the tendency to establish the nation-building potential of musical art in the training of future music teachers. The methods of the research are the following: historical and pedagogical analysis - to determine the traditions of training future teachers of musical art in Bukovyna; personological method - to outline the contribution of modern teachers and artists to the development of music and pedagogical education in the region; systematization - to outline current trends in the development of music and pedagogical education in the Bukovyna region. It is proved that the outlined trends indicate the motivation of teachers of educational institutions to improve the quality indicators in updating the content, forms, educational and methodological support for the training of future music teachers by European standards, to intensify non-formal education of students of artistic specialties, to partner and cohesion with representatives of various artistic and cultural centers, to cooperate in preserving traditions and implementing innovations in the artistic and cultural space of the region and Ukraine
International participation of researchers of the Institute of Psychology named after G.S. Kostyuk of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in the organizational and work psychology
