Theoretical and practical foundations for training future teachers of higher pedagogical education institutions for professional activity in the context of digitalization of society
Get PDFУ статті розкрито теоретичні та практичні засади підготовки майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої педагогічної освіти до професійної діяльності в умовах цифровізації суспільства. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю трансформації змісту педагогічної освіти відповідно до викликів цифрової доби, зокрема в умовах воєнного та повоєнного періоду. Обґрунтовано модель підготовки майбутнього викладача закладу вищої педагогічної освіти до професійної діяльності в умовах цифровізації суспільства, яка включає концептуально-цільовий, змістовий, технолого-методичний, організаційно-діяльнісний та результативний компоненти. Визначено систему професійно-цифрових компетентностей як стратегічний орієнтир підготовки викладачів, здатних ефективно діяти в цифровому освітньому середовищі.
У межах дослідження розроблено концепцію оновлення змісту освіти, що базується на принципах культуропанівної україноцентричності, стратегічної фундаменталізації, інтеграції гуманітарного, психопедагогічного та цифрового змісту. Експериментальна перевірка ефективності моделі здійснювалася шляхом оцінювання рівня сформованості цифрової компетентності майбутніх викладачів на різних етапах педагогічного експерименту. Результати засвідчили позитивну динаміку: коефіцієнт цифрової компетентності зріс з 0,59 до 0,62.
Стаття містить обґрунтування цільової програми формування професійно-цифрових компетентностей, визначено її сутнісні характеристики, зокрема: цілісність, відповідність національно-культурній парадигмі, спрямованість на саморозвиток, якісну повноту цілей та емерджентність. Представлено результати експертного оцінювання ефективності моделі за критеріями, що підтверджують її наукову та практичну значущість для розвитку сучасної педагогічної освіти в Україні.The article reveals the theoretical and practical foundations for preparing future teachers of higher pedagogical education institutions for professional activity in the context of the digitalization of society. The relevance of the study is driven by the need to transform the content of pedagogical education in response to the challenges of the digital era, especially during the wartime and post-war periods. A model for training future teachers of higher pedagogical education institutions for professional activity in the context of the digitalization of society is substantiated, which includes conceptual-target, content, technological-methodological, organizational-activity, and result-oriented components. The system of professional-digital competencies is defined as a strategic guideline for training lecturers capable of effective functioning in a digital educational environment.
Within the scope of the study, a concept for updating educational content was developed, based on the principles of cultural dominance of Ukrainian-centeredness, strategic fundamentality, and the integration of humanitarian, psycho-pedagogical, and digital content. The model’s effectiveness was experimentally validated by assessing the level of digital competence formation in future lecturers at various stages of the pedagogical experiment. The results demonstrated positive dynamics: the digital competence coefficient increased from 0.59 to 0.62.
The article includes a justification of the target program for the formation of professional-digital competencies and identifies its essential characteristics, namely: integrity, compliance with the national-cultural paradigm, orientation towards self-development, qualitative completeness of goals, and emergent properties. The results of expert evaluation of the model’s effectiveness, based on relevant criteria, confirm its scientific and practical significance for the development of contemporary pedagogical education in Ukraine
Application of problem-based learning technology in the pedagogical activities of teachers of professional colleges

Розглядається створення навчальних ситуацій, що стимулюють активну участь здобувачів освіти, розвиток критичного мислення та формування професійних компетентностей. Особлива увага приділяється адаптації навчального процесу в умовах воєнного стану, зокрема забезпеченню психолого-педагогічної підтримки осіб, які зазнали стресових ситуацій. Представлено методичні підходи до інтеграції кейс-методів, фасилітації та інклюзивних технологій у професійне навчання.The possibilities of applying problem-based learning technology in vocational colleges for the development of instructors’ pedagogical activity are analyzed. The creation of learning situations that stimulate active student participation, the development of critical thinking, and the formation of professional competencies are discussed. Special attention is given to adapting the educational process under martial law conditions, particularly in ensuring psychological and pedagogical support for students who have experienced stressful situations. Methodological approaches to integrating case methods, facilitation, and inclusive technologies in professional education are presented
The role of parents' psychological resources in maintaining academic motivation and emotional balance of gifted schoolchildren during the war
Get PDFУ статті розглянуто вплив психологічних ресурсів батьків на емоційний стан та навчальну мотивацію обдарованих школярів у кризових умовах війни в Україні. Проаналізовано особливості психоемоційного реагування дітей шкільного віку на травматичні події, визначено роль батьківської підтримки в збереженні емоційної рівноваги та когнітивної активності. Представлено практичні рекомендації для батьків і педагогів щодо підтримки обдарованих дітей та перспективи подальших досліджень у сфері психологічної ресурсності сім’ї.
Ключові слова: психологічні ресурси батьків, обдаровані діти, навчальна мотивація, емоційна рівновага, війна, стресостійкість.The article examines the influence of parental psychological resources on the emotional state and academic motivation of gifted schoolchildren under crisis conditions of the war in Ukraine. The study analyzes the peculiarities of school-age children’s psych-emotional responses to traumatic events and identifies the role of parental support in maintaining emotional balance and cognitive activity. Practical recommendations for parents and educators are provided, and prospects for further research in the field of family psychological resourcefulness are outlined.

Professional-role activity of a lecturer in the context of forming the psychological climate of a professional pre-higher education institution
Get PDFСтаття присвячена проблемі професійно-рольової діяльності викладача закладу фахової передвищої освіти та її впливу на формування психологічного клімату педагогічного колективу. Наголошується, що ефективність виконання рольових функцій викладачів безпосередньо залежить від якісного психологічного клімату в академічному середовищі. Формування позитивного соціально-психологічного клімату є важливою передумовою оптимізації внутрішньої комунікації та підвищення результативності педагогічної діяльності. Досліджено, що рольова неузгодженість або конфлікт очікувань може бути джерелом напруги, що деструктивно впливає на емоційно-психологічний стан педагогів. Позитивний психологічний клімат корелює з високим рівнем продуктивності праці, задоволеністю професійною діяльністю, готовністю до інноваційної діяльності та ефективною реалізацією управлінських рішень. Розглянуто чотири основні підходи до розуміння психологічного клімату у вітчизняній психології: як суспільно-психологічного феномену, емоційно-психологічного настрою, сукупності стилів взаємодії та показника соціальної/психологічної сумісності. Підкреслюється, що психологічний клімат є не лише фоном, а й провідним чинником, що впливає на ефективність виконання викладачами своїх професійно-рольових обов'язків.The article is devoted to the problem of professional-role activity of a lecturer in a professional pre-higher education institution and its influence on the formation of the psychological climate of the pedagogical staff. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of lecturers' role functions directly depends on the quality of the psychological climate prevailing in the academic environment. The formation of a positive socio-psychological climate is an important prerequisite for optimizing internal communication and increasing the overall effectiveness of pedagogical activity. It is explored that role conflict or a conflict of expectations can be a source of tension that destructively affects the emotional and psychological state of educators. A positive psychological climate correlates with a high level of work productivity, satisfaction with professional activity, readiness for innovative activity, and effective implementation of management decisions. The four main approaches to understanding psychological climate in domestic psychology are examined: as a socio-psychological phenomenon, an emotional-psychological mood, a set of interaction styles, and an indicator of social/psychological compatibility. It is highlighted that the psychological climate is not just a background, but a leading factor influencing the effectiveness of lecturers' fulfillment of their professional-role duties

The effectiveness of information technologies in consulting activities is proven. A new type of consulting in the consulting services market is considered – information technology consulting. The main goals of modern information technologies in consulting activities are revealed. The main tasks of modern information technologies in consulting activities are grouped. The main components of the application of modern information technologies and the main tasks of consulting service specialists are identified. The content of applied information, digital technologies, and ways of their application in consulting during distance learning are revealed. The experimental study was conducted by a specially developed program based on the methodology for forming consulting competence in the modern information educational space of future specialists in the process of professional training. The experimental data obtained on positive changes in the formation of consulting competence, its components in future specialists, give grounds to speak about the effectiveness of the experimental methodology in the process of professional training.Досліджено поняття «консалтинг» та його застосування в освітніх умовах, а також функції, які виконує консалтинг в освітньому секторі. Доведено ефективність інформаційних технологій у консалтинговій діяльності. Розглянуто новий вид консалтингу на ринку консалтингових послуг – інформаційно-технологічний консалтинг. Розкрито основні цілі сучасних інформаційних технологій у консалтинговій діяльності. Згруповано основні завдання сучасних інформаційних технологій у консалтинговій діяльності. Визначено основні компоненти застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій та основні завдання фахівців консалтингових послуг. Розкрито зміст застосовуваних інформаційних, цифрових технологій та шляхи їх застосування в консалтингу під час дистанційного навчання. Експериментальне дослідження проводилося за спеціально розробленою програмою, базованою на основі методології формування консалтингової компетентності в сучасному інформаційному освітньому просторі майбутніх фахівців у процесі професійної підготовки. Отримані експериментальні дані щодо позитивних змін у формуванні консалтингової компетентності, її компонентів у майбутніх фахівців, дають підстави говорити про ефективність експериментальної методології в процесі професійної підготовки
