Full text linkThe article is devoted to the study of both theoretical and practical aspects of determining of the parties personality in the economic process, in particular, defines the concept of procedural status of the parties, describes the general and special features of the parties as key participants in the economic process. The authors focus on the theoretical and legal principles of determining the legal personality of the parties in the economic process. Modeling strategic interactions in education quality management: a game theory approach
No full textThis study develops a game-theoretic model to analyze the interaction between universities and state/public authorities in the context of quality management in Ukraine. The objective of the study was to identify optimal strategies for both parties and to evaluate the impact of these strategies on the quality of educational services. The modeling results showed that in the current environment, the strategy of activity imitation can gain universities the maximum benefit. This indicates the existence of “institutional traps” that prevent real improvements in the quality of education in Ukraine. The study uses game theory methods, including Nash equilibrium analysis, as well as qualitative analysis to interpret the results. Based on the findings, recommendations were made on the reforms necessary objected to improving the quality of education, including granting universities’ real autonomy and revising the control system. The overall conclusions emphasize the importance of systemic changes, without which the Ukrainian education system may continue to degrade, with negative consequences for the country's econom

Quality of online education as a component to ensure employment

of online learning in higher education institutions, to identify the existing main problems in this area and to develop measures to improve it in order to increase the competitiveness of graduates, accelerate their employment and ensure effective employment. The article uses general scientific and special methods, in particular, dialectical,
analysis and synthesis, historical and logical methods to diagnose the current state
of the quality of online learning and identify areas for improving its level in higher
education institutions; the method of sociological research to identify problems in the
provision of educational services by higher education institutions online; graphical
and analytical method to illustrate the main results of the sociological research. As a
result of the study, it was found that online learning is firmly established in educational
practice and will be used in the educational process regardless of the influence of global
factors, as it expands the educational opportunities of students

Expanding portfolio diversification through cluster analysis beyond traditional volatility
Full text linkThe study reviews the application of machine learning tools in financial investment portfolio management, focusing on cluster analysis for asset allocation, diversification, and risk optimization. The paper aims to explore the use of clustering analysis to broaden the concept of portfolio diversification beyond traditional volatility metrics. An open dataset from Yahoo Finance includes a ten-year historical period (2014–2024) of 130 actively traded securities from international stock markets used. Dataset selection prioritizes top liquidity and trading activity. Python analytical tools were employed to clean, process, and analyze the data. The methodology combines classical Markowitz optimization with clustering analysis techniques, highlighting variancereturn trade-offs. Various asset characteristics, including annualized return, standard deviation, Sharpe ratio, correlation with indices, skewness, and kurtosis, were incorporated into the clustering models to reveal hidden patterns and groupings among financial assets. Results show that while clustering enhances insights into asset diversity, classical approaches remain historically superior in optimizing risk-adjusted returns. This study concludes that clustering complements, rather than replaces, classical methods by broadening the understanding of diversification and addressing many diversity factors, such as metrics of the technical, graphical, and fundamental analysis. The paper also introduces the diversity rate based on clustering, which measures the variance balance by all features within and between clusters, providing a broader perspective on diversification beyond traditional metrics. Future research should investigate dynamic clustering techniques, integrate fundamental economic indicators, and develop adaptive models for effective portfolio management in evolving financial markets
