The development of the manufacturing industry is currently increasingly advanced along with the development of the era and technology. The production process of household appliances, airplanes, cars, ships, and construction requires a lot of raw materials from steel and aluminum. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) on Aluminum 6061 in a closed room using carbon and chromium powder media at a temperature of 450 ℃ with a time variation of 2 & 3 hours. changes after treatment with a time variation of 2 and 3 hours. This is evidenced by the results of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) on the Al + C test specimen. This phenomenon occurs due to the process of carbon (C) diffusion in the test sample, namely aluminum (Al) at 2 hours carbon (C) diffusion of 22.245% by weight, then carbon (C) diffusion 3 hours of 13.155% by weight. Gambaran Kepatuhan Konsumsi Obat Antihipertensi Dan Diet Rendah Natrium Pada Pasien Hipertensi Di Unit Hemodialisa
Hypertension, known as the silent killer, is at risk of causing Chronic Kidney Failure (CKF). Although it cannot be cured, hypertension can be controlled with medication and a low-salt diet, which requires compliance for a better quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of compliance with antihypertensive drug consumption and a low-sodium diet in hypertensive patients in the hemodialysis unit. This quantitative research method uses a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 30 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. The instruments used were the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) questionnaire for drug compliance and a low-salt diet compliance questionnaire combined from 3 instruments, namely Assessment Of Dietary Salt And Sodium Intake, Current Levels Of Salt Knowledge and Assess Sodium Intake. The results showed the level of compliance with antihypertensive drug consumption as follows: low compliance (40%), sufficient (36.7%), and high (23.3%). And compliance with low sodium diet, with categories: choosing low salt foods non-compliant (43.3%) and compliant (56.7%), avoiding the use of sodium-based seasonings non-compliant (30%) and compliant (70%), avoiding sodium-preserved foods compliant (100%), reducing consumption of foods with high salt content compliant (100%), and reducing processed products with sodium seasonings non-compliant (13.3%) and compliant (86.7%). Conclusion: The level of compliance with antihypertensive drug consumption in hypertensive patients in the hemodialysis unit is mostly low and the level of compliance with low sodium diet in hypertensive patients in the hemodialysis unit is mostly compliant in 5 categories
Rancang Bangun Alat Pengingat Dehidrasi Menggunakan Sistem Mikrokontroller
Dehydration is a condition that can pose serious health risks, particularly if not detected and addressed promptly, with higher risks for vulnerable groups such as the elderly and children. This study aims to design and develop a dehydration detection device based on a color sensor using a microcontroller system that can monitor the body’s hydration status through urine color change analysis. The hardware design involves the TCS3200 color sensor to measure the intensity of urine color in three main parameters: Red (R), Green (G), and Blue (B), which are then processed by the microcontroller to determine the body’s hydration level. The testing was conducted with 24 urine samples of varying colors, representing hydration conditions ranging from normal to severely dehydrated. The test results show that as dehydration increases, the Red (R) value increases, while the Green (G) and Blue (B) values decrease. In the normal condition, Red values range from 130-145, Green from 170-210, and Blue from 205-210. In mild dehydration, Red is between 150-165, Green 110-130, Blue 130-160; in moderate dehydration: Red 171-186, Green 75-90, Blue 81-105; in severe dehydration: Red 195-205, Green and Blue below 50; in very severe dehydration: Red 217, with Green and Blue approaching 0. The average error percentage between the sensor and manual data was under 5%. The system provides voice notifications using the DFPlayer Mini corresponding to the detected hydration level
MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH BERINTEGRITAS DI SMA KOTA SURAKARTA
This research discusses the management of School of Integrity (SBI) program in SMA Negeri 4 and 6 Surakarta. The SBI program aims to build student character through integrating integrity values consisting of honesty, independence, fairness, responsibility, courage, simplicity, care, discipline, and hard work by applying the principles of transparency, accountability, and participation. This study aims to describe the planning process, explain the implementation, evaluation results, and identify SBI challenges. The research used qualitative methods with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that program planning included team formation, preparation of work plans, and socialization. Program implementation includes the integration of integrity values in intracurricular, co-curricular, extracurricular learning, and social media. Evaluation is conducted internally and externally to ensure goal achievement. The main challenges include limited resources and resistance to change. The program succeeded in increasing students' awareness of integrity and transparency in the school environment, although it requires continued support from various parties. This research provides recommendations to strengthen collaboration, improve socialization, and ensure program sustainability through deeper integration with the curriculum and other school activities. The SBI program is expected to become a model of character education in Indonesia
Pengaruh Pengaruh Laba, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Financial Distress Dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Tax Avoidance (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sektor Batubara yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode Tahun 2019-2023)
Tax avoidance is an effort to legally reduce the amount of tax debt that does not violate tax laws by exploiting weaknesses in tax regulations in a country. Actions like this are considered to take advantage of existing loopholes in tax regulations to avoid large tax burdens. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of profit, leverage, company size, financial distress and company age on tax avoidance in coal sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling method uses a
purposive sampling technique according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples collected was 11 companies. The data that has been collected is analyzed through classical assumption testing before conducting hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test and f test. The research results
show that the profit variable influences tax avoidance in coal companies. Meanwhile, leverage, company size, financial distress and company age have no effect on tax
avoidance, especially for coal companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchang
Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Inventori Barang "fisaforsuccess" Berbasis Website Menggunakan Codeigniter
Manual inventory of goods or products in the current digital era is still commonly carried out by several business people, but this method often causes inaccurate recording, stock buildup, and unknown shortages of goods. To overcome this problem, this research will build an information system that can simplify the goods inventory process. The goods inventory information system is made website-based so that it is easily accessed by various devices connected to the internet. Website-based inventory design will be developed using the waterfall software development methodology. This software development method goes through sequential stages, starting from requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, to maintenance. This system was designed using the CodeIgniter Framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. This system has gone through Blackbox Testing to show that the system functionality is running well, the System Usability Scale (SUS) shows a value of 70 indicating that this system is acceptable and worthy of implementation. This research also tested performance using a tool, namely BlazeMeter, the results of the test showed that the system was not working well, therefore improvements were needed to optimize and increase the speed and quality of the website user experience

The increase in the form of motorcycle theft crime during this period will make the mind of motor vehicle users uncomfortable, even though motorcycles already have a secure key shutter lock feature, but it is still easy for thieves to break in. Therefore, the author made a research on the Design and Construction of Motor Vehicle Safety Systems Based on Finggerprint, GPS Tracker, and SMS Gateway. This research aims to make a safety system design where 3 main components are used as the security system, namely first, the fingerprint component aims to enter a registered fingerprint so that it can start the motorcycle starter, then GPS is a component that aims to find out the coordinate point of the motorcycle location. The location point can be known by entering the SMS message connected to the sim800l. The SIM800L component is a GSM/GPRS module that allows the device to send SMS, make calls, and access the internet over a 2G network. It has a function to connect SMS on a smartphone to this system which aims to find out the location point of the vehicle, perform commands to turn on and off the engine of the motorcycle. This test was carried out on a Supra X motorcycle in 2004, the results of this test registered fingerprint scan succeeded in turning on the motorcycle electricity so that it could be turned on, for the condition of the registered fingerprint damp can be read all but for dusty conditions it cannot be read, then for the distance of sending the user's SMS to the system does not affect the system command either near or far, at a certain distance with a BTS tower for a distance SIM800L of 100m and 1km can read a signal with a duration of 30 seconds at a distance of 2 km with a duration of 2 minutes and at a distance of 3 km with a duration of 10 minutes, then for the duration of the reading of GPS signals when indoors in the morning/afternoon with a duration of 15 minutes when the night is not readable & When outdoors in the morning/afternoon with a duration of 1 minute and at night 5 minutes. and for the duration of the notification delay or SMS delivery delay is affected by the operator's SIM signal on the SIM800

Infobank Institute is an institution that focuses on aspects of human resource development, by integrating digital marketing in research and consultancy programs. Infobank Institute uses various digital marketing strategies, including giving awards to banks that perform very well, providing assistance (consulting) to the industry, compiling annual reports for several clients, writing books for several CEOs, using social media, online campaigns, website development, partnerships with companies and universities, as well as the use of technology. Integrating digital marketing in research and consultancy programs can increase the visibility and reputation of the Infobank Institute. This research aims to examine how effective the marketing communication strategy implemented by the InfoBank Institute through digital media is in reaching its target audience. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out with documentation on the official website: infobanknews.com, Instagram: @infobank_official, and YouTube account: Infobanktv. The results of this research show that the Infobank Institute has maximized digital media to upload any interesting information (share). However, there is still very little optimization done on social media. Various tools have been used optimally, information is uploaded not only via Instagram feeds but also uploaded via Instagram stories, websites and YouTube (manage). However, they have not had an empathetic conversation with their followers (engage)
Gambaran Kualitas Tidur Perawat Yang Bekerja Secara Shift Di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta
Pendahuluan: Tidur adalah kebutuhan fisiologis manusia. Perubahan status kesadaran yang ditandai dengan penurunan respons terhadap stimuli. Tergantung pada tahap perkembangan mereka dan aktivitas sehari-hari setiap orang memiliki jumlah waktu yang berbeda untuk beristirahat dan tidur. Tubuh memperbaiki jaringan, memperkuat sistem kekebalan, dan mengembalikan energi dengan tidur. Selain itu, tidur membantu proses kognitif, seperti membuat keputusan dan memproses data. Tujuan: Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas tidur perawat yang bekerja secara shift di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 96 perawat, diambil secara proporsional dari 6 unit rawat inap menggunakan teknik random sampling, menggunakan kuesioner Sleep Quality Scale (SQS) dan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian didapatkan 76% responden memiliki kualitas tidur baik, 21,9 % cukup, 2,1% buruk. Responden berusia 21-30 tahun mendominasi kategori tidur baik (55,2 %). Kesimpulan: Kualitas tidur pada perawat dari 96 responden, sebagian besar sebanyak 73 responden memiliki kualitas tidur kurang
Analisis Role Stressor, Job Insecurity, Locus Of Control Dan Turn Over Intention Dengan Burnout Sebagai Pemediasi
This study aims to analyze the influence of role stressors, job insecurity, locus of control, and turnover intention with burnout as a mediator at JIH Solo Hospital. The sample consisted of 101 respondents, by multiplying at least 5 times the total number of indicators. The research design of the survey data collection through questionnaires boldly used G-Form in determining the purposive sampling sample of permanent employees only. Data processing used SmartPLS4. The results of the study on the direct relationship between role stressor & job insecurity have a positive effect on burnout; job insecurity & burnout have a positive effect on turnover intention, while locus of control has no positive effect on burnout or turnover intention, and role stressor has no effect on turnover intention. With a 95% CI, the effect of Role Stressor on Burnout is 0.264, between (0.087) and (0.439). When Role Stressor occurs, its effect on Burnout will increase to 0.439. The effect of job insecurity on burnout is 0.508, between 0.336 and 0.669; when job insecurity occurs, its effect on burnout will increase to 0.669. The effect of job insecurity on turnover intention is 0.529, between (0.356) and (0.680). When job insecurity occurs, its effect on turnover intention will increase to 0.680. The effect of burnout on turnover intention is 0.224, located between (0.061) and (0.411). When burnout occurs, its effect on turnover intention will increase to 0.411. The mediation variable produces partial mediation on the job insecurity variable towards turnover intention with a path coefficient of 0.124 or 12.4%. In the structural level of the mediation role of this satisfaction, the mediation effect is low (upsilon-v value = 0.015) at CI 95%. The estimated increase in this mediation role will increase to 0.030 or 3%, and vice versa, the estimated decrease in the mediation role is predicted to be 0.230 or 23%, and there is no mediation on the role of stressor & locus of control variables towards turnover intention. Suggestions for hospitals to improve role clarification, development & skills training, stress management, effective communication, supervision, workload management, social support development, employee involvement, work-life balance, recognition, awards & welfare programs
