    Digital Trust Dan Regulasi Marketplace: Studi Kasus Fenomena Penipuan Di Facebook

    Digital trust in online transactions, especially on the Facebook marketplace, has great potential in Indonesia. Despite regulations to protect consumers, fraud cases on this platform continue to rise, resulting in financial losses for users. There are criminals ostensibly selling on Facebook, who take advantage of system weaknesses to commit fraud. This phenomenon not only harms consumers, but can also damage the platform's reputation and hinder the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the legal protection for consumers in transactions on the Facebook marketplace and identify the responsibilities of criminals who are motivated to sell on the Facebook marketplace. The research method used is juridical-normative with a statutory approach (The Statue Approach) as well as secondary data from literature reviews, including laws and other legal sources. This research analyzes three cases of fraud that occurred in the Facebook marketplace, involving perpetrators with different modus operandi, ranging from the sale of counterfeit goods to organized fraud syndicates. The results show that legal protection for consumers in the Facebook marketplace is still not optimal, with several violations of consumer rights. An inefficient complaint system and lack of account mechanisms exacerbate this situation. The liability of criminal offenders is regulated under the ITE Law, and the Criminal Code, where they can be subject to severe criminal sanctions, including imprisonment and significant fines. In addition, the perpetrator also has the responsibility to compensate the victim for the loss caused. This study concludes that to create a safer online transaction environment, Facebook needs to make improvements in its security and consumer protection systems, as well as stricter law enforcement against fraudsters. In addition, educating users about the risks and how to protect themselves when transacting is also very important to reduce the number of frauds on this platform

    Studi Eksperimental Performa Motor Empat Langkah Menggunakan Injektor Delapan Hole Dan Open Filter Variasi Sparkplug

    This study aims to analyze the effect of using eight-hole injectors and open filters on the performance of a 150 cc four-stroke motorcycle engine with various types of sparkplugs, namely standard, platinum, and iridium. The parameters tested include torque, power, and specific fuel consumption (SFC), with Pertamax RON 92 fuel. Testing was carried out using a dynotest tool and a fuel consumption tester. The results show that the iridium sparkplug produces the highest torque of 25.085 Nm at 3206.5 rpm and the highest power of 12.5 HP at 4490 rpm. The iridium sparkplug has the most efficient fuel consumption with a SFC of 0.137148 kg/HP.hour. It can be concluded that the iridium sparkplug improves power and torque performance, and fuel consumption is more efficient than the standard and platinum sparkplug variations

    Employee performance is very much needed for all employees both in the office and in the company. Employee performance is influenced by compensation and work motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at the Office X of Surakarta City. The hypothesis of this study is that compensation and work motivation affect employee performance. Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. The study was conducted using a quantitative method on 150 employees at the Office X of Surakarta City applying a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of a field employee, a minimum age of 18 years, and male gender. Data collection using employee performance scale tools, compensation scale, and work motivation scale. The results of multiple regression analysis showed a very significant relationship between Compensation and Work Motivation with employee performance in field employees of the Office X of Surakarta City with an F value of 237.712, R value = 0.764, and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). There is a very significant positive role between compensation and employee performance in field employees of the X office in Surakarta City with a value of r = 0.638, β = 0.277, t = 5.917, and p = 0.000 (p <0.01). There is a significant positive role between work motivation and employee performance in field employees of the X office in Surakarta City with a value of r = 0.698, β = 0.841, t = 14.907, and p = 0.000 (p <0.01). The implication of this study is that the X office in Surakarta City needs to pay more attention to work motivation in order to improve employee performance in field employees of the X office in Surakarta City as indicated by an effective contribution of 58.71% and compensation with a contribution of 17.67%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran seni tari untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V-VI SD Negeri Bororejo yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Instrumen divalidasi melalui expert judgment oleh satu ahli pendidikan seni dan satu ahli evaluasi pendidikan dan juga Uji stastistika yaitu Uji validadi dan Uji relibialitas untuk menilai kesesuaian isi, kejelasan butir pernyataan, serta keterkaitan dengan tujuan penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan sosial emosional siswa dikumpulkan melalui angket/kuisioner. Teknik pengolahan data berupa pengolahan data kuantitatif yang meliputi Analisis deskriptif berupa pengolahan data kuantitatif yang meliputi uji normalitas data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji Wilcoxon Non Parametrik . Peningkatan tersebut terlihat pada kesadaran diri, pengelolaan diri, kesadaran sosial, Keterampilan berelasi, dan Pengambilan keputusan. Siswa yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran tari berbasis konteks budaya menunjukkan interaksi sosial yang lebih baik dan pemahaman budaya yang lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal dalam model CTL efektif meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial emosional sekaligus memperkuat pelestarian budaya daerah

    Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste after China, with a volume of plastic waste produced of around 187.2 million tons. This large amount of plastic waste is very dangerous for the environment because plastic is nonbiodegradable, which takes around 20-100 years to decompose in the soil. This research aims to find the composition of the material mixture in the plastic production process. One method to reduce the accumulation of plastic waste is to recycle the plastic into products that can be reused. After going through several stages, the results obtained from recycling plastic products are possible as ingredients for the composition of mixed materials in the plastic production process. Then data was obtained from the tensile test results of the original material + reheating with a maximum peak value reaching 3.716104 Mpa and the strain value increasing by 0.897150%. These results are close to the original material obtained by tensile test data, the maximum peak value reached 6.175963 Mpa and the strain value increased by 1.765665%. The composition of original material mixed with reheating waste can be an alternative to original material as a material for the plastic production process to make it more efficient and economical, but with the provisions of 70% original material and 30% reheating waste

    This research aims to determine the effect of heat treatment with quenching on titanium on hardness, microstructure and crystal structure tests. In this study, titanium was heat treated to a temperature of 900oC (austenite) with a time of 10, 15, 20 minutes and cooled using the quenching method using oil media, heat treated to a temperature of 900oC (austenite) with a time of 30, 60 minutes and 4 hours cooled with the method quenching using water media, heat treatment to a temperature of 950oC (austenite) with a time of 30,45,60 minutes and cooled by quenching method using water media. Hardness test using ASTM E18 standard. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the most significant heat treatment can reduce the average value of raw material from 60.7 to 43.46 HRA. Testing the microstructure of titanium without heat treatment was dominated by the alpha+beta phase and it was found that the addition of elements that occurred was not significant, indicated by carbon (C) in each microstructure. In the X-Ray Defection test, the results show that there is a change in the crystal structure where titanium without heat treatment has the first peak compound, namely Titanium (Ti) with JCPDS code no. 00-005-0682, a Hexagonal crystal structure and Carbon (C) with JCPDS code no. 01-074-2329 Rhombohedral crystal structure at an angle of 20 of 40.2151o with a crystal size of 31.857 nm. while in quenching oil and water the highest peak forms Titanium (Ti) compounds with JCPDS no. 00-044-1294, Carbon (C) with JCPDS no. 01-074-2329, at an angle of 2θ of 40.23986 º at a crystal size of 4.504752042nm. forms Titanium (Ti) compounds with JCPDS no.00-044- 1294 by forming crystals namely Hexagonal, Titanium Silicon (TiSi2) with JCPDS no.00-031-1405 with crystal names namely Orthorhombic, Calcium Silicon (CaSi2) with JCPDS no. 00-001-1276 with the crystal name namely Rhombohendral, Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) with JCPDS no.01-085-0849 with the crystal element name namely Rhombohendral, at a 2θ angle of 62.97864º at a crystal size of 25.63508976 nm

    Calcium hydroxide is the current gold standard root canal medicament used in endodontic treatment as an antimicrobial agent. One of the weaknesses of calcium hydroxide medicament is still limited in inhibiting the growth of Enterococcus Faecalis. Nano-hydroxyapatite has antibacterial ability. The addition of nano-hydroxyapatite with calcium hydroxide medicament can enhance the antibacterial synergy effect to be stronger, act to create a conducive environment and help the continuous release of antibacterial agents, thereby increasing bioavailability and prolonging bacterial inhibition. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of adding nano-hydroxyapatite to calcium hydroxide medicaments in inhibiting Enterococcus faecalis. Research Methods: This study was conducted true experimental laboratory with post-test only control group design. Antibacterial activity was evaluated using the well diffusion method with a width of 5mm and a depth of 5mm, according to the inclusion criteria of the study. The treatment groups involved calcium hydroxide medicaments with the addition of nano-hydroxyapatite at concentrations of 0.02%, 0.04%, 0.08%, 0.16%, and 0.32%. As a positive control, Ultracal XS calcium hydroxide medicament was used. Data were analyzed with One Way Anova test. Results: One Way Anova test showed a significance value <0.05 indicating a significant difference in the mean zone of inhibition in each treatment group. Post Hoc LSD test with a significance value <0.05 indicates a significant difference in the concentration of nano-hydroxyapatite addition to calcium hydroxide medicaments on the inhibition zone produced by Enterococcus faecalis. Conclusion: The addition of nano-hydroxyapatite to calcium hydroxide medicament with a concentration of 0.32% produces an average inhibition zone of 17.48 mm which is classified into strong category

    Emotions are something that can influence human actions. Allah Ta'ala has given every human being an emotion to maintain stability in living life. Therefore, every human being has the right to determine how and when emotions are expressed. However, recently, many events related to emotional management have been in the spotlight. Cases such as excessive emotional displays are no longer uncommon in various news stories published by well-known media. So in this research we want to discuss how emotional regulation was taught by the Prophet Yusuf in the Al-Qur'an, more precisely in Yusuf's letter according to the interpretation of Sayyid Qutb in the Tafsir Fī Ẓilāl al-Qur'ān. With analysis of James Gross's theory of emotional regulation. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative method with a type of library research which is analyzed using a descriptive-interpretive approach. The results of this research are the forms of emotional regulation carried out by the Prophet Yusuf, such as dhikr (remembering Allah), patience (steadfastness in facing trials), prayer (expressing feelings and hopes to Allah), and self-control in facing temptation, showing Prophet Yusuf's ability to manage emotions constructively.     Manual feeding of fish often takes time, requires labor, and does not comply with a predetermined schedule, so it can affect the pond ecosystem and fish growth. To overcome this problem, an Internet of Things (IoT) based automatic fish feeding tool was designed using NodeMCU ESP8266. This tool allows feeding on a scheduled basis and is monitored via the Blynk application on a smartphone. Equipped with an ultrasonic sensor to monitor food availability, a servo motor for food distribution, a blower for distributing food, an LED as an indicator of the tool's working status, and a buzzer as a warning notification when the food is running low, this system ensures efficiency and ease in managing fish food. Test results show an average sensor error of 0.95%, with stable power consumption in the range of 57.30 W to 64.31 W. With remote control capabilities and full automation, this tool increases operational efficiency, saves labor, supports optimal fish growth, as well as providing innovative solutions that have the potential to be widely applied in the modern aquaculture sector
