Get PDFLegal protection for participants of the Social Security Administering Agency, related to the problems faced as consumers of health services. This study was conducted with the aim of understanding the protection of the rights of Social Security Administering Agency patients in health services and to determine the legal sanctions imposed if patient rights are not fulfilled. The method used in this study uses a normative legal approach method with secondary data consisting of primary legal materials such as laws and regulations, secondary legal materials in the form of books and scientific works, and tertiary legal materials in the form of dictionaries and the internet. The method used uses a qualitative analysis method that is descriptive. The results of the study show that the protection of the rights of Social Security Administering Agency patients is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health Article 276 concerning Patient Rights. In addition, if patient rights are not fulfilled, administrative sanctions will be imposed in the form of verbal warnings, written warnings, administrative fines; and/or revocation of permits

Hal ini menyebabkan laporan menumpuk, terlambat, atau tidak lengkap, serta respons admin yang lambat, yang mengarah pada pekerjaan berulang dan ketidakpuasan klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses pelaporan, mengurangi pekerjaan repetitif, serta meningkatkan komunikasi antara admin, pengguna lapangan, dan klien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman JavaScript dan Typescript dengan kerangka kerja Next JS, PostgreSQL sebagai basis data, Visual Studio Code sebagai editor teks, dan Tailwind sebagai kerangka kerja CSS. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu, pengujian menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor 78,3, yang termasuk dalam kategori Good, menandakan bahwa sistem ini layak digunakan
Hubungan Cara Pemberian Makan Ibu Dengan Status Gizi Anak Stunting Usia 6 - 12 Bulan Di Puskesmas Sawit Kabupaten Boyolali
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the extent to which maternal feeding practices influence the nutritional status of stunted infants and identify other factors that contribute to children's nutritional conditions. This research employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of mothers with stunted infants aged 6-12 months selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire assessing feeding practices and anthropometric measurements of infants. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The study found that out of 25 infant respondents, the majority had normal nutritional status (72%), while 28% were undernourished. The Chi-Square test results showed no significant relationship between maternal feeding practices and the nutritional status of stunted infants (p = 0.599). This indicates that other factors, such as sanitation, parenting styles, and family economic conditions, also contribute to infant nutritional status. Maternal feeding practices are not the sole determinant of stunted infants' nutritional status. Therefore, a more comprehensive approach is needed to improve children's nutritional status, including improving access to nutritious foods, educating mothers about optimal feeding practices, and enhancing sanitation and environmental conditions.

Analisis Tingkat Kesejahteraan Petani Bunga Mawar dan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhinya di Desa Cluntang, Kecamatan Musuk, Kabupaten Boyolali
Get PDFCluntang Village is the area with the highest production of roses in Boyolali Regency, so this high level of production makes farmers dependent on the rose harvest to meet their daily needs and to improve their welfare. Based on these conditions, this research aims to: 1) analyze the level of welfare of rose farmers in Cluntang Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency. and 2) analyze the influence of land area, labor, income and sales location on the level of welfare of rose farmers in Cluntang Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency. The research methods used were interviews and surveys with the population of Cluntang Village. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis used is scoring, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression. The research results showed that the number of 30 farmer respondents in the high level of welfare category was 23 people or 76.67% and the number of farmers in the moderate level of welfare category was 7 people or 23.3%. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed that income and labor partially had a positive and significant effect on the welfare of rose farmers. The influence of land area and sales location partially has no effect or has a negative effect on farmer welfare. The regression value shows that income has the highest influence with a regression value of 2.165. The results of the coefficient of determination can be interpreted as the land area variable (X1), workforce (X2), income (X3) and sales location (X4) has a simultaneous effect on the welfare variable (Y) of 66.3%. Meanwhile, the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in the equation and are not researched, which have an influence of 33.7%

posts, as well as to receive messages from visitors with Gmail intermediaries. Black-box testing results show that each page and feature runs well. The results of this study show that the agile method is considered very suitable for the use of the X youth organization information system, especially in the form feature that allows the youth organization to directly receive messages in the form of criticism and suggestions as evaluation material

Get PDFThis research was conducted to develop a home door lock system that integrates face detection using the Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) method and RFID cards. This home door access system is designed to increase user security and comfort. Raspberry Pi 5 is used as the main device that runs the face detection process with the LBPH method, which functions to match user face data with a registered dataset. After the face is identified, the Raspberry Pi will
communicate with the ESP32 via a USB cable to read the RFID card. ESP32 acts as an RFID card reader as well as a relay controller connected to the door lock mechanism. If the read RFID card is registered in the system, the relay will be activated to open the door. Face detection testing using the LBPH method shows an accuracy rate of 75%, precision of 73.5%, sensitivity of 83.3%, and specificity of 70%. The system distance to detect and recognize faces optimally
is in the range of 0.5 m to 1.5 m. Meanwhile, the RFID reading test shows the fastest response time of 0.28 seconds and the longest of 0.45 seconds. The RFID reader used can detect cards at a distance of 0.5 cm to 1.5 cm. The final results of the research prove that the door lock system
developed is able to work properly

Get PDFThe development of information technology nowadays has a positive impact on college students to make their academic process easier, but the existence of this technology also has a negative impact on college students. The availability of entertainment in the form of online games makes college students addicted to online games and disrupts their study focus. The aim of this research is to find out how college students who are addicted to online games behave and the impact felt by college students. This research uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of college students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who play online games 20 to 25 hours a week. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews with 5 college students who are addicted to online games. The findings of this research show that college students who are addicted to online games play games at least 4 days a week and play online games at most every day, they can play at least 3 times a day and the fastest time to play is 10 minutes at a time. And they play at most 7 times a day and spend a maximum of 6 hours at a time playing. College students who are addicted to online games experience social, academic, economic and emotional impacts. This research can be concluded that there are 1 college students who are addicted to online games in the low category, 1 person in the medium category, and 3 people in the high category. The impact caused by playing online games excessively is that students become less social with their surroundings, often put off work, don't focus in lectures, their GPA decreases, they become more wasteful, they become irritable, offended and they say harsh words

Cases of narcotics, psychotropic and illegal drug abuse have occurred widely throughout Indonesia, both in developed and remote areas. Law enforcement against drug users in Indonesia is also still a debate. One of these debates is the judge's considerations in Decision Number 127 / Pid.Sus / 2023 / PN Mdn, decision number 62 / Pid.Sus / 2022 / PN.Skt, and decision number 12 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PN Ban in terms of sentencing. Judges in passing sentences against drug users can be in the form of imprisonment or rehabilitation. The purpose of this writing is: 1) To determine the analysis of judges' considerations for drug users who are subject to imprisonment; 2) To determine the perspective of Islamic criminal law regarding the application of imprisonment to drug users. This study uses a normative legal research method. The type of approach in this study is the case approach to several court decisions. The data collection method in this study uses a literature study. The data analysis method used is a qualitative method to produce descriptive research. In making a decision, the judge considers legal and non-legal aspects. The defendant in decisions 1, 2, and 3 was given a prison sentence by the judge. This consideration is based on Article 127 paragraph (1) letter a of Law No. 35 of 2009 and aggravating and mitigating factors. Get PDFThe formation of an organizational image is an important aspect that influences public perception, trust, and support. The Satpol PP (Public Order Enforcement) of Demak Regency is an institution responsible for enforcing regional regulations, which also acts as a communicator, mediator, and facilitator in efforts to build a positive image through various communication strategies. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by Satpol PP Demak in shaping its positive organizational image. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and documentation to obtain comprehensive information. Data analysis was performed using the Miles & Huberman model, with purposive sampling and data validation through source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that Satpol PP Demak has implemented communication strategies through digital media, direct communication, and collaboration with other institutions. These strategies have been quite effective in building a positive organizational image. Therefore, improvements are needed in message consistency and targeting specific groups to make the communication strategies more sustainable and easily understood by the public
