dengan fokus pada studi kasus Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Balikpapan Nomor
226/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Bpp serta perspektif hukum Islam. Tujuan penelitian adalah
menganalisis efektivitas perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen E-Commerce,
mengevaluasi tanggung jawab penyedia platform, dan mengukur sejauh mana
regulasi yang ada mampu mencegah kejahatan digital. Metode yang digunakan
adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan konseptual,
menggunakan data dari peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan,
literatur hukum, dan dokumen terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
meskipun Indonesia telah memiliki kerangka hukum yang cukup lengkap—
seperti UU ITE, UU Perlindungan Konsumen, UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi, dan
regulasi OJK maupun BI—implementasinya masih belum optimal. Kelemahan
utama terletak pada pengawasan, literasi digital yang rendah, dan keterbatasan
kapasitas aparat penegak hukum dalam pembuktian digital. Kasus di PN
Balikpapan menunjukkan celah keamanan yang memungkinkan terjadinya
pencurian identitas dan penipuan lintas platform, sementara tanggung jawab
penyelenggara E-Commerce terhadap keamanan data pengguna masih lemah.Dari
perspektif hukum Islam, transaksi yang mengandung unsur penipuan,
ketidakpastian (gharar), atau penyamaran identitas dianggap tidak sah (fasid),
karena bertentangan dengan prinsip maqashid al-shariah yang menekankan
perlindungan harta. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan reformasi penegakan
hukum E-Commerce yang mencakup penerapan prinsip strict liability bagi
penyedia platform, penguatan sistem keamanan seperti verifikasi biometrik,
peningkatan kapasitas aparat, dan program literasi digital masyarakat. Tanpa
langkah-langkah tersebut, perlindungan hukum hanya akan menjadi formalitas
yang gagal menjawab kebutuhan keadilan substantif di era perdagangan
digital
Pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial Dan Spiritual Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Tehadap Kesalehan Peserta Didik Kelas XI Di SMK IT Smart Informatika Surakarta
Get PDFSocial piety is a manifestation of the practice of religious values in social life. In Islamic religious education, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers play a crucial role in shaping students' social piety, both through social competence in building harmonious relationships and spiritual competence in exemplifying religious values. This study aims to measure and analyze the influence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers' social and spiritual competence on the social piety of eleventh-grade students at SMK IT Smart Informatika Surakarta. The method used was a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all 52 eleventh-grade students, with a total sampling technique, involving all members of the population. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study demonstrate that the level of social and spiritual competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers on the social piety of eleventh-grade students at SMK IT Smart Informatika Surakarta is categorized as very good. This is obtained from the respondent achievement level score (TCR) of 84.92% in the respondent's answer to the variable of Social Competence of Islamic Education Teachers, the variable of Spiritual Competence of Islamic Education Teachers has a TCR of 85.85%, and the variable of Social Piety of Students has a TCR of 81.32%. There is a positive and significant influence between the social competence of Islamic Education teachers and the social piety of students (r = 0.416, significance 0.002), and the spiritual competence of Islamic Education teachers and the social piety of students (r = 0.435, significance 0.001). So that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on the social piety of students with a significance value of 0.005 and a calculated F value of 5.999> F table 3.19. The results of the Adjusted R Square value of 0.589 indicate that 58.9% of changes in students' social piety can be explained by these two variables. Other factors may also play a role, such as the influence of the family environment, interactions with peers, character-building programs at school, and exposure to media and technology. These factors can significantly contribute to the formation of social piety and should be considered in further research
Hubungan Dukungan Sosial dengan Subjective Well-Being Ditinjau dari Jumlah Anak pada Ibu Tunggal di Kelurahan Degayu, Kota Pekalongan
Get PDFA single mother is a woman who has separated from her husband, either due to divorce or the death of a spouse, and must take on dual roles, namely caring for her children while also earning a living to support herself and her family. As the head of the household, a single mother bears a great deal of responsibility alone. Single mothers are often considered a group vulnerable to low levels of subjective well-being due to the various social, economic, and psychological challenges they frequently face. Various factors can influence subjective well-being, one of which is social support. This study aims to examine the relationship between social support and subjective well-being, as well as to examine differences in subjective well-being based on the number of children among single mothers in Degayu Subdistrict, Pekalongan City. The research involved 49 single mothers selected through a total sampling technique. This study used a quantitative approach with correlational and comparative methods. Data were collected using two psychological scales: a social support scale and a subjective well-being scale. The results showed a significant positive relationship between social support and subjective well-being among single mothers in Degayu Subdistrict, Pekalongan City, with a significance value of 0.001 and a correlation coefficient of 0.463. Furthermore, the results also indicated a significant difference in subjective well-being levels based on the number of children owned by single mothers, with a significance value of 0.009. The conclusion of this study is that single mothers who receive high social support tend to have higher levels of subjective well-being, and the number of children they have influences their subjective well-being
Beyond Sustainability: Redesain Perpustakaan DPK Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan Pendekatan Net-Positive
Get PDFDinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan (DPK) Kota Tangerang Selatan merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan perpustakaan dan kearsipan daerah dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi, akses informasi, serta pelestarian dokumen penting bagi masyarakat. Gedung DPK Kota Tangerang Selatan, yang sempat mangkrak selama 1 tahun (2018-2019) akibat kendala anggaran, hingga kini masih menyisakan masalah infrastruktur yang serius. Ironisnya, anggaran revitalisasi senilai Rp 9,9 miliar pada 2021 ternyata hanya digunakan untuk perbaikan fasad depan, tanpa menyentuh masalah utilitas dasar seperti sistem pemadam kebakaran dan perawatan struktural. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan tidak ada sistem desain keberlanjutan dalam gedung untuk efisiensi energi dan, tidak terawatnya taman kolam maruga sebagai area taman di komplek gedung DPK. Peningkatan emisi karbon tidak hanya berdampak pada perubahan iklim global, tetapi juga mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas udara, meningkatnya fenomena urban heat island, serta berkurangnya ruang terbuka hijau yang berfungsi sebagai "paru paru kota". Kondisi ini mendorong kebutuhan mendesak untuk mengadopsi solusi desain yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Di sinilah peran arsitektur Net-Positive menjadi sangat relevan.
Pendekatan ini menawarkan solusi yang melampaui sekadar efisiensi energi; ia menekankan pada restorasi ekosistem, penciptaan energi terbarukan, dan sistem bangunan yang dapat mengurangi emisi karbon secara aktif. Atas permasalahan ini maka perancangan harus menjawab permasalahan tersebut, yaitu dengan konsep Net-Positive sebagai pendekatan redesain gedung DPK, yaitu menjadi bangunan berkelanjutan yang regeneratif untuk mencapai efisiensi tertinggi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya gabungan serta memaksimalkan produksi sumber daya terbarukan.
Bangunan ini mengejar manfaat dampak positif untuk meningkatkan daya dukung lingkungan guna membalikkan jejak ekologis dan ruang literasi. Proses perencanaan dan perancangan desain perpustakaan melalui analisis dan pembahasan evaluasi purna huni (EPH) kemudian desain dianalisis dengan Testing Design Software analisis energi, menjadikan desain sebagai jawaban permasalahan dan solusi untuk mengembangkan potensi gedung perpustakaan
Representasi Feminisme Liberal Dalam Film Sri Asih 2022
Get PDFSuperheroes have always been a fascinating topic in popular culture, including in Indonesia. Currently, superheroes have become an inseparable part of Indonesian cinema. Superheroes are not only part of popular culture but also represent ideological symbols of power, freedom, and morality. This study aims to analyze the representation of liberal feminism in the film Sri Asih 2022 through a semiotic approach. Sri Asih 2022, by Sartri Dania Sulfiati or UPI, is the first female superhero film in Indonesia. Liberal feminism is a view that places women in full equality and freedom, and this study seeks to uncover how liberal feminism is displayed through symbols, signs, and visual representations in this film. The method used in this study is semiotic analysis, which involves identifying and interpreting signs and symbols in the film. Data were collected through film screenings and then analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, focusing on the characteristics of denotation and connotation, which are then linked to myths. Key scenes depicting liberal feminism in the film are the main focus of the analysis. By referring to the theory of liberal feminism, the research produces a conclusion from the scene about the representation of liberal feminism, namely freedom against oppression, freedom of expression, freedom to be a leader, freedom of action, freedom of dress, and gender equality which are the construction of reality today, in reality women often do not get full freedom in their lives. The construction of reality appears in the film Sri Asih because the director of the film Sri Asi wants to show how the current state of the world often makes all women feel threatened and not free to act according to their wishes, in addition, through this film the director wants there to be no more injustice or lack of freedom for every woman. It is very possible that the effects that occur here will make the audience of this film able to treat everyone, especially women, well, by providing justice and freedom wherever they are. They can also understand that this film was made from a real situation and then well designed to convey a moral message that is useful for everyone

This study is included in quantitative research. The population of this study is all customers of Mixue Banjarsari Surakarta branch. The sample collected in this study was 150 respondents. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from respondents' answers through the questionnaire that has been given. The results of this study indicate that (1) Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Price has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Consumer Loyalty. (5) Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty. (6) Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. (7) Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Price and Customer Loyalty

Get PDFThe city of Yogyakarta is the most popular tourist city in Indonesia which is experiencing increasing demand for places to stay, including hotels. To meet these needs, this study developed a design for a 7-story hotel building that is safe, effective, and earthquake-resistant, in accordance with Indonesian national standards, namely SNI 1726:2019 for earthquake resistance and SNI 2847:2019 for structural concrete. The planning method applied is the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK), with an equivalent static analysis approach based on the design response spectrum. The planning process includes load analysis (dead, live, and earthquake), calculation of structural elements (beams, columns, plates, connections), and bore pile foundations. The structure was modeled using ETABS software. The planning results show that the structural design can meet the strength, stability, and ductility requirements in accordance with applicable regulations. This planning is expected to be a guideline in the development of high-rise buildings in earthquake-prone areas
Dampak Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan Terhadap Fenomena Urban Heat Island di Jakarta Selatan
Get PDFUrbanization can affect population growth and can bring about several changes. Because increasing population growth can increase changes in land use into built-up land or evaporating surfaces. Land use change in South Jakarta is
increasing due to urbanization and population growth. This causes changes in the average temperature of the city, where the loss of vegetation is replaced by semipermanent buildings and paved roads which results in increased heat absorption so that South Jakarta has a higher temperature than the surrounding environment. The research method used is quantitative. The analysis methods used are Supervisid Clasification, Land Surface Temperature (LST) and
correlation analysis. The results of this study show that Maximum Likelihood processing results show land use change in South Jakarta City for 10 years has experienced significant changes caused by population growth. Land Surface Temperature South Jakarta City has an average surface temperature of 29 - 34ºC - 41 - 46ºC. The results of the correlation analysis found that there is a negative
value, where the higher the area of land use change, the lower the average Urban Heat Island. Sig. (2-tailed) < than 0.05, then there is a significant correlation
between the area of land use change and the average Urban Heat Island. The correlation coefficient is -694 which has a strong level of strength. Based on the
research, it is concluded that land use change can cause South Jakarta City to experience an increase in urban temperature.
