The objective of this study is to analyze the potential of coastal tourism in Bandengan Village based on factors such as tourist attraction, facilities, accessibility, and community participation, as well as to formulate development strategies using SWOT analysis. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and secondary sources from related institutions. The analysis was conducted using a simple scoring method on internal aspects (tourist attraction, institutions, supporting facilities) and external aspects (location, accessibility, promotion, management), which were then mapped into SWOT analysis (IFAS–EFAS). The results showed that the internal potential of Bandengan Beach and Prawean Beach is categorized as good, while Marina Beach and Kampung Prau Beach are categorized as moderate. From the external aspect, Bandengan Beach is in a very good category, Prawean is high, Marina is moderate, and Kampung Prau is fairly good. The SWOT analysis produced coordinates X = 0.48 and Y = 0.69, placing the position of coastal tourism in Bandengan Village in Quadrant I (Stable Growth). This indicates that tourism development strategies should be carried out gradually according to the conditions of each beach

Introduction: Old age is the final stage of the life cycle. In old age (elderly), changes occur in the structure of various organ systems, which result in decreased muscle strength in the lower extremities and decreased cognitive function that affects their balance. This imbalance can increase the likelihood of injury, reduce efficiency, and ultimately affect the patient's quality of life. People with balance problems are at greater risk of falling. Research Objective: To determine the effect of mirror balance feedback exercise (MBFE) in improving postural balance and reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental/randomized controlled trial design. There were 109 respondents divided into 2 groups using purposive sampling. Results: The results of the analysis showed that MBFE was more effective in improving dynamic balance with significant differences in Tandem Standing, Tandem Walking, and Timed Up and Go (p0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study confirm that MBFE is more appropriate for improving functional mobility, while Balance Exercise is beneficial in supporting the psychological adaptation of older adults to the risk of falling

Pedagogikal competence is a crucial ability for teachers in managing effective learning, yet implementation gaps persist in Islamic-based vocational schools. Although 80-85% of teachers have achieved competency standards, 15-20% still require intensive mentoring, particularly in integrating learning technology. This study aims to examine the management of teachers' pedagogikal competence development at SMK Muhammadiyah Pontren Imam Syuhodo through planning, implementation, and evaluation functions. This research employs a qualitative approach with field research methods and a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students. The findings reveal that planning is conducted systematically through supervision, needs assessment, and workshops, yet remains top-down with generic instruments. Development implementation is carried out through In House Training (IHT), Subject Teachers Working Group (MGMP), and deep learning-based teaching module development. Evaluation is conducted through routine supervision and multi-source monitoring, but remains administratively procedural with weaknesses in transparency, instrument differentiation, and unsystematic corrective follow-up. This study recommends implementing a hybrid evaluation model that integrates national pedagogikal dimensions, vocational competencies, and Muhammadiyah Islamic values

Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu Geopark as a UNESCO Global Geopark possesses tourism potential that has not been optimally developed due to infrastructure limitations, limited accessibility, and low integration between regional planning and physical land potential characteristics. This research aims to analyze the land potential and physical conditions of tourism sites in Ciletuh Geopark within Ciemas Subdistrict and to formulate sustainable development strategies. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach through Land Potential Index (LPI) analysis and SWOT Analysis. The study was conducted at seven priority tourism sites including Curug Sodong, Curug Cimarinjung, Palangpang Beach, Cibanteng Nature Reserve, Kunti Island, Dharma Peak, and Gebang Peak. The results indicate that 78.72% of Ciemas Subdistrict has high to very high LPI, with Class II dominance (58.75%) distributed across 146 polygons. However, a paradox exists where 62.08% of the area experiences severe to very severe erosion and 59.73% falls into the scarce groundwater category. Five of the seven tourism sites have high combined potential with scores above 31, while two sites have moderate potential. SWOT analysis yielded four main strategies: (1) SO Strategy through the establishment of Ciletuh Geopark Innovation Hub that optimizes high-LPI land; (2) WO Strategy via integrated watershed rehabilitation programs and green infrastructure development; (3) ST Strategy through LPI-based adaptive zoning implementation and tourism product diversification; (4) WT Strategy focusing on development moratorium in very severe erosion zones. An integrated approach is required that considers the balance between regional potential and limitations through adaptive management to realize tourism development that harmonizes with environmental carrying capacity

The conventional evaluation system that has been used by Islamic boarding schools is considered to be unable to meet the level of satisfaction of stakeholders including students, guardians, teachers, and pesantren management in terms of accessibility, speed, and transparency of information. This study aims to describe the implications of the implementation of digital applications on stakeholder satisfaction in the evaluation process at the Muwahidun Pati Islamic Boarding School and describe the obstacles faced in the implementation of the digital application as the basis for improving evaluation. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive field research through a phenomenological approach to understand the experience of daily practice of using technology in Islamic boarding schools. The data collection technique was carried out through in-depth interviews with various related parties, including application managers, students, guardians, and educators. The results of the study show that digital applications have great potential to maximize their functions if used according to their purpose and supported by clear success indicators. The success of the application is greatly supported by the competence of digital expert human resources. This application also improves the reputation of the pesantren so that it attracts the interest of people from outside the region. However, two main obstacles were found: the socialization of the use of applications that are not optimal for guardians of students, and the level of satisfaction of guardians of students that has not been fully achieved. The proposed solution is a systematic periodic evaluation as the basis for future policy updates

Participatory culture in the K-Pop fan community is a social force capable of mobilizing collective action, including on humanitarian issues such as boycotting brands affiliated with Israel. One example is the response of the @nctzenhumanity fanbase account to the collaboration between NCT and Starbucks. From this phenomenon, researchers want to know what form of participatory culture is carried out by the @nctzenhumanity account in responding to the collaboration. This study uses Henry Jenkins' Participatory Culture theory, which includes four main forms, namely affiliation, expression, circulation, and collaborative problem solving. The method used is qualitative content analysis with observation data collection methods and documentation of the account's posts during the collaboration period. The results of the study show that the @nctzenhumanity account is not only an affiliate space for fans, but also facilitates creative expression, distributes messages to the media, and coordinates collective actions such as stop streaming, visual campaigns, and renting LED trucks. Participatory culture in this case shows how the fan community can have influence and bargaining power, and play a role in shaping public opinion and the direction of social movements
