Analisis Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan di Kecamatan Sidorejo Kota Salatiga Tahun 2019 dan 2024
Land use change can occur due to the need for land caused by the increase in city population because land cannot increase so that there is a change in land use such as rice fields turning into housing, land use change can also be done to build public infrastructure such as toll roads to reduce sub-districts and to shorten the trip. There are 2 factors in land use changes that occur in Sidorejo Lor District, Salatiga City, namely population growth and migration. The method used in this research is the survey method for data collection. This research uses a sampling method, namely purposive sampling. There are 2 data collections for this research, namely primary data such as land use data for 2019 and 2024, Sidorejo District, Salatiga City and GeoEye Imagery for 2019 and 2024, Sidorejo District, Salatiga City. The secondary data used is the Administrative Map of Sidorejo District, Salatiga City and Sidorejo District Data in figures for 2019 and 2024 from the Salatiga City Statistics Agency. The data obtained shows that changes in land use that occur in Sidorejo District are influenced by several factors, namely population growth and migration. Population growth is the main factor in changes in land use in Sidorejo District, the cause of population growth is resulting in increased housing or settlement needs. Migration is one of the factors causing changes in land use that occur in Sidorejo District, this is caused by the presence of universities in Sidorejo District. Land use in Sidorejo District is divided into 3, namely rice fields, non-rice fields and other land. The largest land in the city of Salatiga is other land covering an area of 756 ha, the second largest land is rice fields covering an area of 490 ha and the last non-rice field agricultural land covering an area of 379 ha. Changes in land use in Sidorejo Lor District from 2019 to 2024 experienced slight changes, increasing or decreasing, the land that increased, namely residential land, which was originally an area of 756 ha, increased to an area of 903 ha, and the land that decreased the most was non-rice field land, which initially had an area of approx. 379 to a reduction of around 273 ha

The use of materials that can withstand high temperatures is usually stainless steel and cast steel is often used. Cast steel has the disadvantage of being able to cast lower than cast iron. Although cast iron has a higher castability, it also has a weakness for its thin thickness, its phase structure tends to change from graphite to cementite. Cast iron casting at a thin thickness will result in white cooling so that the phase is difficult to form graphite. Ductile cast iron has a spherical graphite shape. This research is to characterize thin and high temperature ductile cast iron material. The research was conducted by casting gray cast iron and inoculated with FeSiMg plus Nickel. The mold is made ladder with 4 thickness variations. Testing the chemical composition of solid conditions with a spectrometer with ASTM E415- 8 standard for ductile/nodular cast iron. Penerimaan Diri Pada Pekerja Lepas Outbound Lembaga Psikologi Anava
This study aims to understand the dynamics of self-acceptance in outbound freelancers at Anava Psychology Institute. Freelance work offers time flexibility, but is also faced with income uncertainty and uncertain work pressure. This study used a qualitative approach with a narrative method, involving three informants who are freelance trainers at Anava. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that self-acceptance is formed through a combination of internal and external factors. External factors include a family management system, social support, work flexibility, and meaningful work experiences. Internal factors include childhood upbringing, moral values, positive self-concept, and the individual's ability to manage stress and constructively interpret negative events. The informants demonstrated the ability to understand events positively, be grateful for the conditions they have, and make work a means of self-actualization and contribution to the family. Strong self-acceptance has an impact on the formation of positive characters, such as a sense of responsibility, emotional resilience, and high work motivation. This research confirms that in the context of irregular employment such as freelance, self-acceptance plays an important role in maintaining psychological well-being and sustainability
ANALISIS PRESENTASI DIRI GEN-Z DENGAN POLA ASUH OTORITER
Self-presentation is a person's act of presenting themselves and creating a certain perception or image of themselves. Gen-Z, as the next generation of millennials, plays a crucial role today, growing up closely connected to technological developments. Gen-Z's self-presentation is influenced by various factors, one of which is parental parenting. Authoritarian parenting is one of the parenting styles often implemented by parents to create the desired character of their children. The purpose of this study was to determine the self-presentation of adolescents with authoritarian parenting styles in their home and social environments. The type of research used in this study was qualitative with a case study method. Primary data collection techniques were obtained from in-depth interviews and secondary data were obtained from document and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used an interactive model by Miles and Huberman with a data validity test technique, namely the source triangulation technique. The results of the study explain that there are differences in self-presentation in the home and social environments, shown in several characteristics, namely adaptive appearance, effective communication, and displayed behavior. These differences arise due to the influence of authoritarian parenting styles and adjustments to the environment in which they live
Monitoring Alat Penyiram Tanaman Otomatis Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot) Dan Bertenaga Surya
Modern agriculture faces various challenges, such as limited water resources, labor shortages, and demands for efficiency in crop management. Chili peppers, as one of the leading horticultural commodities, require precise watering arrangements to support optimal growth. This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic plant watering system supported by a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) as the main energy source, in order to create a smart and sustainable agricultural solution. The system design involves hardware and software integration using ESP32 as the main microcontroller, a soil moisture sensor, a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor, a rain sensor, and an INA219 sensor to monitor power consumption. The power system consists of a 20 Wp solar panel, a solar charge controller (SCC), and a 12V 10Ah battery that supplies power to all components, including a 12V water pump as the watering actuator. All sensor data is sent in real-time to the Blynk application via a Wi-Fi connection, allowing users to monitor and control remotely using a smartphone. The system operates automatically based on soil moisture values. If the moisture falls below the 50% threshold, the pump will turn on until it reaches optimal moisture. Test results show that the system successfully maintains soil moisture in the ideal range of 50–70% in both sunny and cloudy weather conditions. The average power consumption is 4.79 watts when idle and 12 watts when the pump is active. The system has also proven to be able to operate independently for 24 hours a day without relying on PLN electricity. Compared to conventional methods, this tool can reduce manual intervention by up to 90%. Thus, this system offers an innovative and applicable solution to support sustainable agriculture that is energy-efficient, efficient, and adaptive to the development of digital technology through the application of IoT and renewable energy
Implementasi Tugas Pengelola Jaringan Dokumentasi Dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) DPRD Kota Surakarta Dalam Mewujudkan E-Governance
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi tugas pengelola Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) DPRD Kota Surakarta dalam mewujudkan E-Governance . Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelola JDIH DPRD Kota Surakarta berperan aktif melalui pembentukan gugus tugas, penyusunan anggaran, pemeliharaan sistem, serta kolaborasi dengan instansi terkait. Implementasi JDIH berkontribusi pada peningkatan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kemudahan akses dokumen hukum secara daring, yang berdampak positif pada literasi hukum masyarakat. Meski dihadapkan pada kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan sumber daya manusia, upaya strategis yang dilakukan menunjukkan komitmen kuat terhadap penguatan layanan informasi hukum berbasis digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas SDM, penguatan sinergi antarinstansi, dan inovasi promosi literasi hukum digital untuk mengoptimalkan peran JDIH dalam mendukung E-Governanc
Rancang Bangun Alat Pendeteksi Gempa Berbasis Iot Bertenaga Surya
Indonesia is an area prone to earthquakes, both tectonic and volcanic earthquakes. Earthquake events cannot be predicted. As a result, earthquakes in seismic areas occur suddenly. Many victims were unable to save themselves because they were trapped in a place or lacked information about the earthquake. To overcome this, an innovation was developed that utilizes an earthquake detector with an accelerometer and vibration sensor to detect ground movement or ground vibrations and notify users or residents via an android application when an earthquake occurs. so that this tool can be a solution as one way of early warning of earthquake disasters. In making this earthquake detector, several methods are used, including, the first is to identify system needs then continue with system design, then there is implementation and testing, then the last is writing a research report. This tool consists of an Esp32 microcontroller, accelerometer sensor, vibration sensor and buzzer. The Esp32 microcontroller is used as a data processing tool that is detected by the acceleration sensor and vibration sensor. In conclusion, this tool is able to provide a warning when an earthquake occurs with a scale of more than 5 MMI. In addition, this tool is also able to work optimally for 24 hours because it uses solar panels as its source and a 12 volt battery as automatic storage so that this tool can work optimally when not exposed to sunlight
Penerapan Prinsip Green Banking Dalam Mendukung Mekanisme Bursa Karbon Di Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the legal role in supporting the implementation of green banking and to examine the application of green banking principles in supporting the carbon exchange mechanism in Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the urgency of climate change mitigation, which requires the active role of the financial sector in sustainable financing. Green banking is a banking concept that integrates environmental sustainability aspects into its operations, while the carbon exchange is a carbon credit trading instrument aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Both are strategically linked in supporting the transition towards a green economy. This research uses a normative juridical approach with data sources consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials collected through literature studies. The analysis is conducted qualitatively to examine the correlation between regulations governing green banking and the carbon exchange, including OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017, OJK Regulation No. 14/2023, and Presidential Regulation No. 98/2021. The results of the study indicate that the legal role in green banking in Indonesia includes establishing standards, criteria, and obligations for financial service institutions to implement sustainability principles, while also encouraging the financing of projects that generate carbon credits to be traded on the carbon exchange. The application of these principles has the potential to strengthen the achievement of the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target and the 2060 Net Zero Emission commitment. However, successful implementation requires regulatory harmonization, strengthened emissions verification, and increased literacy among businesses and the banking sector
Analisis Ketersediaan Air Sebagai Dasar Evaluasi Ekonomi Teknik Pembangunan SPAM (Studi Kasus SPAM Sripunganten Kota Magelang)
The demand for clean water in Magelang City continues to increase in line with population growth. One of the efforts to address this issue is the construction of the Sripunganten Water Supply System (SPAM) by the Department of Public Works and Public Housing (DPUPR) of Magelang City, aimed at increasing water supply and improving public services. This study evaluates the economic. feasibility of the SPAM project up to the year 2045. The engineering economic evaluation includes calculations of domestic and non-domestic water demand, analysis of water availability, as well as an economic feasibility assessment using the indicators of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period (PP). The analysis results show that the discharge from the Sripunganten Spring is 0.03500 m³/second during the planning period, with a projected total demand of around 0.02327 m³/second. Thus, water availability remains positive, with a surplus of 0.0009 m³/second. The economic evaluation of the project yields a positive NPV of Rp 51,191,005,063, an IRR of 10.85%, a BCR of 1.22, and a PP of 8.13 years. These findings indicate that the development of the Sripunganten SPAM is technically and economically feasible to be implemented as an effort to enhance the quality of drinking water services in Magelang City. Furthermore, a feasible tariff of Rp 1,516/m³ is established to ensure the financial sustainability of the SPAM project. This tariff guarantees that the economic indicators (NPV, IRR, BCR) remain positive, efficient, and affordable for the community, thereby confirming that the project is feasible from technical, economic, and social perspectives
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Learning Tipe Jigsaw Untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Pokok Persamaan Linear Satu Variabel Kelas Viia Semester 1 Mts Al-Ihsan

The purpose of this study was to determine: the increase in learning activities of VIIA grade students at MTs Al Ihsan in mathematics, especially on the subject matter of one-variable linear equations using a jigsaw cooperative learning model. This research is a descriptive research with hypothesis testing. The study population was Grade VII Students of MTs Al Ihsan Cepogo Boyolali Regency. The data analysis technique used is two techniques namely test technique and non-test technique. The results showed that: seen from the indicators of student learning activities as follows: 1) Active asking 15 students (44%) increased to 21 students (62%), 2) Active answering questions there were 14 students (41%) increased to 23 students (68%), 3) Active when working in groups there were 14 students (41%) increased to 19 students (56%), 4) Active thought 10 students (29%) increased to 18 students (53%). will appropriately increase student learning activities
