Adolescence is a crucial period in social and emotional development, where self-confidence becomes a crucial aspect in the formation of self-identity. This study aims to examine the relationship between body image and self-esteem with self-confidence in eighth grade students at SMPN 1 Delanggu. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design and multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 60 students was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis results showed that body image and self-esteem were simultaneously significantly related to self-confidence (F = 187.033; R = 0.932; p = 0.000; p < 0.01), with a contribution of 86.8% (R² = 0.868). Partially, body image (t = 13.710; r = 0.876; p = 0.000; p < 0.01) and self-esteem (t = 16.647; r = 0.904; p = 0.000; p < 0.01) had a significant positive relationship to self-confidence. Based on the categorization results, all three variables were in the moderate category. These findings indicate that adolescents with positive body perception and good self-esteem tend to have higher levels of self-confidence. Therefore, interventions that support the development of body image and self-esteem need to be part of educational and guidance programs in schools

Environmental damage caused by human activities has created an urgent need for all sectors, including banking, to implement sustainable development principles. Green banking has emerged as a strategy that integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects into banking operations. This study aims to analyze banks' compliance with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations related to green banking, identify the obligations that must be fulfilled, the challenges faced, and the potential sanctions for non-compliance. This study uses a normative legal approach with a descriptive analytical method, focusing on three major banks in Indonesia: Bank Mandiri, BNI, and BCA. The results of the study show that the three banks have adopted green banking principles through sustainability reporting, green financing, and the implementation of ESG structures. However, challenges remain in the form of limited internal capacity, suboptimal understanding of regulations, and gaps between policy and practice. POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017 and POJK No. 60/POJK.04/2017 serve as important legal foundations, but oversight and sanctions still require strengthening to ensure that sustainability principles are not merely formalities. In conclusion, the implementation of green banking in Indonesia has progressed, but its effectiveness heavily depends on the commitment of banking institutions and the active role of regulators in enforcing rules and providing guidance. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is key to achieving a sustainable financial system that contributes to environmental conservation

Digital technology has spread rapidly in the last several years. This growth has resulted in significant changes in various areas. The culinary sector stands out as one clear example. Studies indicate that innovation now plays a central role. It boosts how operations run more smoothly. At the same time, it improves what customers go through overall. Evidence points to the creation and rollout of a mobile app for menus. This app weaves in Augmented Reality, or AR, right into its core. Developers stuck to the waterfall approach for the whole process. They began with analyzing needs. Then came the in-depth planning of the system. After that, building it out, checking everything, and setting up ongoing support. AR comes into play by showing food options as lively 3D models. Users get to see dishes in a lifelike way. They can do this before deciding to order anything. Beyond that, the app offers extra tools to make things easier. Think quick searches through the menu. Or grouping items by type. There's also a spot to save favorites. Pop-ups give more details on selections. A basic cart handles picks. Checkout happens automatically through WhatsApp. For testing, the team used Black Box methods. This checked if functions worked as planned. To gauge how users felt, they applied the System Usability Scale, known as SUS. Results came back strong. Every part operated without issues. The SUS score topped 80. That points to strong approval from those who tried it. In the end, the app delivers a lively way to visualize and interact. It seems likely to help with marketing and sales. Small food businesses, like those in the MSME category, could find it especially handy

The increasing number of transactions within Indonesia's digital economy ecosystem has driven rapid growth in e-commerce. However, this growth also raises the risk of misuse of consumers’ personal data, highlighting the need for strong legal protection as stipulated in Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. This study aims to analyze the provisions related to personal data protection in electronic commerce, both before and after the enactment of Law Number 27 of 2022. The research employs a normative legal method using a legislative and conceptual approach by reviewing various regulations, legal doctrines, and literature relevant to personal data protection. These sources are then analyzed systematically and descriptively to evaluate the implementation of the law in electronic transactions. Prior to the enactment of Law Number 27 of 2022, the protection of personal data in Indonesia’s electronic commerce sector was scattered across various sectoral regulations, offering limited and inconsistent safeguards for consumers. With the introduction of this law, the legal framework has become more systematic and robust. Nevertheless, significant implementation challenges remain, particularly regarding the preparedness of electronic system operators and the effectiveness of regulatory oversight

Traditional markets have a strategic role in the economic and social life of Indonesian society, but many of them have experienced a decline in function due to design irrelevance to modern needs and lack of attention to universal accessibility. This research aims to redesign Palur Market in Karanganyar Regency using neo-vernacular architecture and universal design approaches to create a public space that is functional, inclusive, and retains local identity. The results of this research show that the incorporation of local architectural elements such as roof forms, ornaments, and traditional spatial layout with universal design principles-such as accessibility for people with disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women, and children-can improve the attractiveness, comfort, and social function of the market. This design is expected to serve as a pilot model for other traditional market redesigns in Indonesia, while strengthening the local economy through cultural integration and inclusivity

The decline in the health level of Rural Banks (BPR) during the 2020–2023 period-indicates vulnerabilities in BPR management that may undermine public trust and the-stability of the micro-finance sector. This study aims to analyze the legal factors-contributing to the decline in BPR health and to examine the legal protection afforded-to customers when a BPR experiences a downturn in performance. The research-employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and bank-health-assessment approaches. The research questions focus on the factors causing the-decline in BPR health from 2020–2023 and the forms of legal protection for customers-of BPRs experiencing deteriorating conditions. The analysis is conducted using the-CAMELS parameters, which include capital, asset quality, management, earnings,-liquidity, and sensitivity to market risk. The findings show that the decline in BPR-health is primarily driven by weak capital structure, increasing non-performing loans,-managerial inefficiency, declining profitability, and liquidity issues. In addition, low-sensitivity to market risk further worsens bank conditions. Customer protection is-provided through supervision by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), mandatory-transparency regarding bank conditions, recovery or resolution mechanisms, and-deposit guarantees by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). This study-underscores the need for strengthened regulation and governance to ensure the-sustainability of BPR operations and safeguard public funds

This study examines the legal protection of Communal Intellectual Property (CIP) belonging to indigenous communities and its enforcement in the face of biopiracy. The rampant exploitation of traditional knowledge and genetic resources by foreign parties demonstrates the weakness of the legal protection system in Indonesia. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach. The results indicate that CIP protection is implemented in two forms: positive protection through regulations such as Government Regulation No. 56 of 2022, and defensive protection through official data collection at the National CIP Data Center. However, its implementation is still hampered by weak supervision, minimal awareness among indigenous communities, and a lack of coordination between institutions. Furthermore, the absence of specific legislation makes law enforcement against CIP violations less than optimal. Special regulations, increased capacity of law enforcement officials, and the implementation of a fair and transparent Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) mechanism are needed to protect the rights of indigenous communities and safeguard the nation's cultural sovereignty
