Evaluasi Peresepan Pada Pasien Geriatri Dengan Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 Di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Kota Salatiga Berdasarkan Beers Criteria
No full textPrescribing drugs in geriatric patients requires special consideration because the organ systems and enzymes that play a role in drug metabolism and excretion do not function optimally. The Beers Criteria can be used as a reference in administering medication to geriatricians and identifying potentially inappropriate medications. The aim of this research is to determine the presence of inappropriate medications in geriatric patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) at the Salatiga City Regional Hospital based on the Beers Criteria in the period January 2023 – August 2024. This research is a non-experimental (observational) type of research. which was analyzed using a descriptive approach from retrospective data in the form of medical records. In this research, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, the sample was determined based on inclusion criteria. Inclusion criteria include patients aged ≥ 65 years who were diagnosed with T2DM with or without comorbidities who were hospitalized in January 2023 - August 2024, complete medical records including age, gender, name of drug, and diagnosis, as well as patients who received medication The Beers Criteria must contain data on serum creatinine values. The results showed that of the 77 inpatients, 83.31% had polypharmacy prescriptions and 75 patients (97.40%) received drugs contained in the Beers Criteria 2023 with Omeprazole being the most prescribed, namely 67 patients (87.01%) . The conclusion of this study is that the majority of geriatric patients receive polypharmacy therapy and receive potentially inappropriate treatment based on the Beers Criteria 2023, so this can be taken into consideration for the need to monitor therapy in geriatrics
The Effect Of International Trade On Austria's Economic Growth

International trade is an economic activity by exporting and importing between countries, with the aim of improving the country's economy. The data set used in this study comes from the world bank, from 1992-2022, then processed using Eviews 12 software. The analytical instrument employed in this research is quantitative utilising the Error Correction Model (ECM) regression analysis method. The test results show that the variables of Exports, Imports, and Foreign Direct Investment have no significant short-term impact on Austrian economic growth, while inflation has a significant impact on the Austrian economy. In the long run, the variables Exports, Imports, Foreign Direct Investment have a significant effect on Austrian economic growth, while inflation has no significant impact on economic growth

Parasocial relationships will continue to develop between fans and idols in the mass media because of exposure to parasocial interactions that occur continuously. This makes the relationship between fans and idols seem to be a two-way relationship The parasocial relationships developed in this study were to see how romantic attachments are built in the parasocial relationships of K- Pop fans and their idols. As a result, the three informants always try to be close to their idols, covering 4 components, namely emotions, cognition, behavior and fantasy. Although the three informants have differences in how they maintain closeness with their idols, the four components have a great influence on what they will do in the real world

The type of research used in this thesis is qualitative research with descriptive method. The object of this research is Halal Mart Business Center HPAI Cikarang Barat with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. In addition, data sources are also used, namely primary data and secondary data to support research. From the results of this study, it shows that the Sharia Multi Level Marketing recruitment system at the West Cikarang Business Center is carried out in one way, namely by introducing the P. C. A method or Wear, Tell, and Invite. As for the explanation of the distribution of commissions, the product marketing system, and the responses of the members of the Sharia Multi Level Marketing Business Center Cikarang Barat. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the comparison of Butt Joint and Lap Joint welding joints on tensile strength and hardness values in aluminum welding. The aluminum used is 6061 series with a thickness of 4.5 mm. The material is given a welding treatment with a current variation of 100 A and 120 A with the GTAW welding method with ER4043 filler material with a square bevel. After the welding process two tests were carried out on the specimen, namely tensile testing and Rockwell testing. From the tests that have been carried out, tensile strength and hardness values were obtained. From the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that Butt Joint welding joints have higher tensile strength and hardness values than Lap Joint welding joints
Pengaruh Self Esteem dan Price Discount terhadap Impulsive Buying pada Pengguna Onlineshop Shopee di Kota Surakarta
Get PDFThis research aims to 1) determine the influence of self-esteem on impulsive buying, 2) determine the influence of price discounts on impulsive buying, and 3) determine the influence of self-esteem and price discounts on impulsive buying. This research is quantitative research with a comparative causal approach. The number of samples in this research was 105 residents of Surakarta City. Data collection method using questionnaire method. Test the research instrument using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis show that 1) the self-esteem variable has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, 2) the price discount variable has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. and 3) the self-esteem and price discount variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. The self-esteem and price discount variables have an influence contribution of 36.6% on impulsive buying. Therefore, if there is an influence of self-esteem and price discounts on impulsive purchases, then high self-esteem and high discount price offers will influence a person's decision to make impulse purchases in online shops. As for suggestions for online shop users, it is hoped that they can be wiser in controlling their self-esteem and the discount offers provided by online shops so that uncontrolled impulsive purchases do not occur

Get PDFAs time goes by, international trade activities are growing rapidly in Indonesia. Especially export activities that certainly require good quality and affordable freight services. Sea Freight Expedition (EMKL) is still the mainstay of exporters, because the shipping space is adequate and the prices offered are affordable. As a form of exporter responsibility for the client's goods to arrive at their destination safely, exporters need a document in the form of a Bill of Lading as a valuable document for the protection and security of goods on board. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency of issuing a Bill of Lading for Exporters in shipping goods via Sea Freight Expedition (EMKL) and to determine the resolution of disputes between exporters and Sea Freight Expedition (EMKL) if there is a delay or damage in the process of transporting goods. This study was studied using a qualitative normative research method, by taking a statute approach and using secondary legal materials in the form of legal journals and other supporting data sources. The results of this study indicate that the Bill of Lading is very important for the parties bound by international trade agreements through sea shipping, as a valuable document that if not issued will cause various new problems. Settlement of disputes that occur between exporters and expeditions in the transportation process can be resolved through litigation or non-litigation. Both are in accordance with the agreement of the parties to find the fairest possible end

In the 9th Century BC, the discovery of the Boules game in an Ancient Egyptian tomb dated to 7000 BC. In early AD, the Romans played boules with wooden balls filled with spikes. In the Middle Ages, the game of petanque was played throughout Europe, known as boules.Motivation is the encouragement and strength to carry out certain goals that one wants to achieve. So, according to the opinion of these experts, it can be said that someone who has a goal certainly has a desire and encouragement so that the goal can be achieved, both from oneself and from outside oneself so that the person will be motivated to achieve it. He results of research into the motivation of physical education students at Muhammadiyah University in Surakarta towards the sport of petanque, in terms of three factors, namely: intrinsic factors, extrinsic factors and motivational factors. The intrinsic factor has a score of (72.02%) which is in the very high category, the extrinsic factor has a score of (68.92%) which is in the high category, the motivation factor has a score of (66.42%) which is in the low category and overall has a score of (69.89%) is included in high. So it can be concluded that physical education students at Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta, have high motivation for the sport of petanque
