The focus includes GUI migration from PyGTK to PyGObject, reconstruction of core components (canvas and engine), and module integration. Results demonstrate successful GUI and basic engine reconstruction, though final stages faced time constraints. The research provides a systematic framework for legacy application porting while preserving core functionality and modernizing technical architecture

Get PDFThroughout its history, Surakarta has been the epicenter of Javanese culture and kingdom. Surakarta and Yogyakarta are prominent centers of Javanese culture, distinguished by their individualistic characteristics. Javanese, the regional language used by the proponents of this culture, is one indicator of this difference. The Standard Javanese dialect consists of the Solo and Yogyakarta varieties, which are increasingly recognized as the most nuanced, fastest growing, and most capable of conveying the essence of Javanese culture, and occupy the highest hierarchical position. Surakarta with its strategic geographical location between Yogyakarta and Semarang and the presence of renowned public and private study institutions, makes it an ideal location for holding events and as a place to visit. The city of Surakarta offers a variety of tourist attractions, including museums, which are considered one of the most prominent tourism sector destinations in Surakarta. There is no museum specifically created to preserve, develop and study the Javanese language in Surakarta and there are still few museums in Surakarta that implement the use of interactive technology as a display medium. By utilizing the function of technology that is developed according to the needs of the museum along with good museum building planning, the goals of the museum can be achieved. The Interactive Javanese Language Museum “Tuturkromo Museum” in Surakarta is expected to be an educational tour for local people around Surakarta, tourists from outside the city, and even foreigners of various ages and groups

Get PDFThis research analyzes efforts to reduce crimes involving narcotics abuse which cannot be separated from the role of judges as part of the law enforcement apparatus tasked with trying defendants. In making decisions, judges need to consider wisely so that the decision reflects the principles of justice and can increase the effectiveness of law enforcement, one of which is by reviewing legal regulations regarding the status of narcotics users before the law. The aim of this research is to analyze the basis of the judge's consideration in imposing a criminal sentence below the special minimum limit, whether it is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and whether the decision that has been handed down can be categorized as a progressive decision. The approach method used is normative juridical, which means this research focuses more on the study of legal literature by relying on secondary data which aims to analyze cases that occur by looking at them from a legal perspective that is directly related to the topic under study. Research results, it was found that the decision in case Number: 100/Pid.Sus/2024/PN.Skt concerns the judge's consideration in imposing a crime in a narcotics offense case. Even though the sentence imposed is lighter than the minimum requirement, the judge takes into consideration the defendant's rehabilitation and personal condition as an addict. This decision reflects the application of the principles of justice, legal certainty and legal benefit, with a more humane approach to rehabilitating defendants, while supporting a more inclusive and adaptive justice system
Penerapan Kewajiban Pemberian Bantuan Hukum Pro Bono Oleh Advokat Di Surakarta
Get PDFAdvocates as an honorable profession (officium nobile) through article 22 paragraph (1) of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates and Government Regulation Number 83 of 2008 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Providing Legal Aid as implementing regulations, advocates have an obligation to provide free legal aid to justice seekers who are unable (pro bono). This study aims to understand how the implementation of pro bono legal aid is implemented and to identify factors inhibiting the implementation of the obligation to provide pro bono legal aid by advocates at law firms in Surakarta. This study uses a juridical-empirical approach method using primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there is still a discrepancy in the implementation of the rules for providing pro bono legal aid by advocates in Surakarta, especially the rules applicable to related government regulations. There are inhibiting factors in the form of: a. limited Human Resources; B. Financial support; C. Time constraints; D. Lack of appreciation; Clients/applicants who do not comply with established procedures; Other high workload demands; Other unbalanced workload demands; and Other Constraints
Penerapan Pendidikan Karakter Disiplin di SMP Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh melemahnya pendidikan akhlak dan moral akibat pengaruh globalisasi, serta kurangnya kedisiplinan siswa yang menjadi tantangan dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin di SMP Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah, Guru Bimbingan Konseling, Waka Kesiswaan, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan siswa, serta observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan di sekolah. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari dokumen-dokumen terkait, seperti peraturan sekolah dan catatan kedisiplinan siswa. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik, untuk memastikan konsistensi informasi yang diperoleh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan temuan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin di SMP Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom dilakukan melalui berbagai metode, termasuk keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan sistem reward dan punishment. Dukungan dari guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif menjadi faktor pendukung utama. Namun, pengaruh teman sebaya, kurangnya dukungan orang tua, dan lingkungan luar sekolah menjadi tantangan dalam penerapan disiplin. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan strategi pendidikan karakter, khususnya dalam penerapan nilai-nilai disiplin di lingkungan sekolah

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the mapping of initial competencies of grade IV students of SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta who have difficulty reading, identify the causes of these difficulties, and describe the efforts and strategies taken by teachers in overcoming them in order to optimize students' reading abilities. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analytical design. The subjects of the study consisted of six grade IV students who had difficulty reading, grade IV teachers, and the principal. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, which were then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources. The results of the study showed that students had difficulty reading in the aspects of spelling, pronouncing letters, recognizing similar letters, paying attention to punctuation, and understanding texts. Teachers identified these difficulties through initial mapping and applied various methods such as phonetic approaches, intensive exercises, use of visual media, and fun approaches such as reading together and listening to stories. These efforts proved effective because students showed improvements in reading fluency, text comprehension, and reading motivation. This study emphasizes the importance of adaptive and comprehensive learning strategies in overcoming reading difficulties, as well as the need for early intervention to minimize literacy barriers at the elementary education level

Get PDFThis study aims to: (1) Examine the influence of Canva media in improving learning achievement in PAI and Ethics subjects at SMPN 19 Surakarta City (2) see the difference in the use of Canva media on students' learning achievement in the PAI and Ethics maps at SMPN 19 Surakarta City, (3) Determine the driving factors and obstacles in the use of Canva media.
The research uses the type of experimental quantitative research. Research Design in the form of Quasi Experiment Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design where, there is an experimental group as well as a control group. Data collection techniques using observations, interview sheets and post-test pre-test questions. Data processing techniques in Quasi Experiment research with t Test.
The results of the experimental study showed that the control learning achievement of 50.63 increased with a value of 60.00, then in the experimental class 52.40 increased to 84.53. The results in the Quasi Experiment study from the results of the calculation of the t-test of the significance level of 5% of the degree of freedom (dk) = n1 -1= 30-1 = 29, (dk) = n2 -1= 30-1= 29 so 58 are seen in the ttable which is 1.672 obtained tcount = 10.85. Because of the calculation >ttable, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So there is a difference in the learning achievement of students taught using Canva media and students who are taught conventionally.
The conclusions of this study are: (1) that the Canva media in the Independent Sample t-test t count > t table (10.85 > 1.672) has a significant influence on improving student learning achievement in PAI and Budi Pekerti subjects at SMPN 19 Surakarta City., (2) that Canva media in the Paired Sample t-test Sig p-value < 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.005, there is a significant difference in improving student learning achievement, (3) the driving factors include appearance, use and development while barriers to access, duration and paid

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the legal perspective and the perspective of the theory of legal objectives according to Gustav Radbruch regarding punishment under the minimum threat in Decision Number 78/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Lbb, and also punishment under the minimum threat in cases of sexual intercourse according to the Islamic perspective. The approach method used by the author is normative legal research. The type of research used by the author is descriptive research. The author in this study uses secondary data sources, which consist of three types of secondary data, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The method of data collection in this study the author only uses the method of data collection from literature studies. In the data analysis method the author uses qualitative data, analyzed using the deductive conclusion drawing method. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that the judge's consideration in imposing a sentence below the minimum in Decision Number 78/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Lbb, namely, is inappropriate because it is contrary to what has been determined in the Child Protection Law, then this is a form of ignoring the principle of legal certainty contained in the concept of the purpose of law, and according to Islam, punishment below the minimum is also not in accordance with the provisions set by Allah SWT and the Hadith of the Prophet ﷺ

The objectives of this study were: to find out the types of personality changes, to analyze the personality changes and to determine the causes of the personality changes that occurred to Arthur in Joker Movie. This research uses a qualitative method as research’s design. The object of the study is Joker (2020) film directed by Todd Philips. The data are written spoken words which are certain dialogues and pictures from movie screenshot in Joker movie that contains of personality change through the character of Arthur. In collecting the data, the researcher will apply several steps were downloading the movie, watching and re-watching, copying the screenplay also read the script of the movie, reading the articles, reading and understanding the data to find character dialogues and author narration in films and script to represent the factors that occur in personality changes in the character of Arthur. The researcher used the investigator triangulation in analyzing the data validity. In analysing the data, the researcher uses data collection, data reduction, data display and making conclusions. The findings showed that Arthur's character change is turning worse, qualitative change, and occur slowly/ gradually. Arthur is depicted as having three contradictory and inconsistent personalities, those are: protagonist, antagonist, and flat character. The researcher found 7 factors that caused Arthur’s personality changes as the main character in the Joker movie, they are significant people, environment, physical change/ damage, psychotherapy, social pressure, roles, and strong motivation
Analisis Kesehatan Ekosistem Mangrove Menggunakan Citra Sentinel 2A pada Wilayah Pesisir Surabaya Timur Tahun 2017 dan 2023
Get PDFMangrove ecosystem health in the East Surabaya Coastal region continues to experience dynamics influenced by changes in land use and pond activities in the surrounding environment. This study aims to (1) analyse changes in the distribution of mangrove ecosystems using Sentinel 2A imagery in the East Surabaya Coastal Area in 2017 and 2023, (2) analyse changes in mangrove ecosystem density using Sentinel 2A imagery in the East Surabaya Coastal Area in 2017 and 2023, (3) analyse changes in the distribution of mangrove ecosystem health using Sentinel 2A imagery with Mangrove Health Index (MHI) techniques in the East Surabaya Coastal Area in 2017 and 2023. The results showed that mangrove ecosystems in the East Surabaya Coastal region experienced extensive changes between 2017 and 2023, with an increase of 115.87 ha. In detail, the dynamics of mangrove ecosystems showed that 182.33 ha decreased, and 298.20 ha increased, and 604.16 ha could maintain its area. The density of mangrove ecosystems in East Surabaya Coast in 2017 and 2023 was dominated by a density class that remained close to 674.66 ha with the largest density change occurring from the close class to the medium class of 77.32 ha. There is no significant change in the level of mangrove ecosystem health in East Surabaya Coast in 2017 and 2023. Mangrove ecosystem health remains dominated by poor health covering 782.53 ha in 2017 and 896.30 ha in 2023 with the most extensive health change occurring from moderate to poor health class covering 1.70 ha. The increase in mangrove ecosystem area is influenced by the availability of natural seedlings from existing mangroves and conservation activities from Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism and Surabaya Mangrove Botanical Garden, while the health of mangrove ecosystems is influenced by environmental conditions exposed to waste pollution from surrounding rivers and pollution from pond activities
