    Gambaran Psychological Well-Being Guru Sekolah Luar Biasa Non-PLB

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran psychological well-being dan faktor apa untuk mencapai psychological well-being pada guru non-PLB. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi digunakan untuk mengungkap bagaimana pengalaman psychological well-being dalam mengajar anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel dengan kriteria guru non-PLB dan didapatkan 3 guru SLB non-PLB sebagai informan yang terdiri 1 laki-laki dan 2 perempuan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi untuk melengkapi data penelitian. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode tematik Braun & Clarke yang menggunakan 7 tahapan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kesejahteraan psikologis guru SLB yang paling memengaruhi adalah hubungan positif dengan orang lain, faktor yang memengaruhi adalah dukungan sosial dari keluarga, rekan kerja dan teman. Dimensi lain seperti penerimaan diri dan tujuan hidup muncul sebagai dimensi lanjutan yang memengaruhi guru dalam menerima keadaan dan mengubah tujuan hidup untuk membantu anak berkebutuhan khusus belajar. Kesejahteraan psikologis guru SLB dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal seperti dukungan sosial dan kompensasi kerja, serta faktor internal yang memengaruhi individu dalam bekerja seperti motivasi kerja. Pemerintah khususnya dinas pendidikan perlu memberikan pelatihan penanganan anak berkebutuhan khusus pada guru SLB dan memberikan dukungan kepada para guru yang mengajar untuk membantu menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis para guru

    Kejarlah Janji and Tepatilah Janji are two films produced by the General Election Commission to socialize the 2024 General Elections and 2024 Regional Head Elections. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the representation of moral messages in Kejarlah Janji and Tepatilah Janji films. This research aims to analyze the signs that illustrate the concept of moral messages in both films. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with Roland Barthes' theory of representation and semiotics. Research validation was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The results of the research in both films show that KPU uses film media to provide political education through local values in society, religion, and nationality. The moral message that can be taken from Kejarlah Janji and Tepatilah Janji is that a healthy democracy requires leaders and people who have integrity, responsibility, and ethical awareness in carrying out their political roles. Both films present moral messages that illustrate ideal leadership values, as well as teach the importance of moral values of goodness in socio-political life

    This study aims to analyze and determine the percentage of sports injuries and the factors causing sports injuries viewed from the position of the players in students of sports talent interest (MBO) football Physical Education Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 26 MBO students from the 2021-2024 intake who had a history of sports injuries when playing football and were willing to be studied. Data analysis used the chi-square test to determine the relationship between sports injuries and player positions. The results of this study indicate that the most common injury experienced by MBO football students when playing football is ankle injuries (ankle) as much as 65.38% from various positions. While the biggest factor influencing sports injuries in MBO football students is external factors, namely field conditions and contact with other athletes with 38.46% each. The results of the Chi-Square test that have been carried out concluded that there is no significant relationship between sports injuries and player positions

    The skill of handwriting, particularly in the form of cursive writing, plays a crucial role in the cognitive and motor development of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the needs of both teachers and students in relation to innovative models for teaching cursive writing in elementary schools. The research was conducted at SDN 01 Tunggulrejo, focusing on the challenges faced by fifth-grade students who show a diverse range of abilities in cursive handwriting. The study employed a qualitative approach, using interviews, surveys, and class observations to collect data. The findings reveal that the current model of teaching cursive writing is largely conventional and ineffective in meeting the diverse needs of students. Most teachers expressed the need for more innovative, flexible, and technology-integrated models to enhance the effectiveness of handwriting instruction. Additionally, students face difficulties in maintaining consistency in letter formation and writing speed, which highlights the necessity for more interactive and engaging learning strategies. The study concludes that incorporating digital tools, educational games, and teacher training can significantly improve both the motivation and the skills of students in cursive writing. These findings suggest that an integrated approach combining conventional models with modern technologies can provide a more comprehensive and effective solution for teaching cursive handwriting in elementary education

    This study aims to test the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage on Financial Distress in tourism sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The test used in this study is multiple regression test. The data used is secondary data with a sample of 25 companies (100 Data). The results of the study indicate that the Profitability variable does not have a significant effect on Financial Distress. The Liquidity variable has a significant effect on Financial Distress. While the Leverage variable does not have a significant effect on Financial Distress

    Karang Taruna Tunas Muda is a youth organization that plays an important role in the social development of the community in Dukuh Derepan RT 13/03, Donoyudan Village, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency. The lack of information systems or facilities in an organization often becomes an obstacle in delivering information quickly, accurately, and evenly. This also happens to Karang Taruna organizations located in rural areas, where data management and information dissemination are still done manually. This condition causes various problems such as late information to members, minimal activity documentation, and lack of transparency in activity reporting. Based on these problems, a web-based information system was designed and built which aims to make it easier for administrators to manage data, convey information to members and the community, and document all organizational activities more systematically. The system development method used is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. This information system provides various features such as activity management, announcements, documentation management, suggestions and aspirations, and financial reports. Testing using the black box method shows that the system has run according to its function.     Vocabulary Learning Strategies Employed by Undergraduate Students of English Departments in Indonesia and Pakistan Universities

    This study investigates undergraduate English students' vocabulary learning strategies (VLS) in Indonesia and Pakistan considering contextual differences in education and culture. A quantitative descriptive method was used to gather data from 114 students from seven universities through a closed-ended questionnaire. Based on Gu and Johnson's (1996) model and the questionnaire by Goundar (2019), the questionnaire categorized VLS into four groups: meta cognitive, cognitive, memory, and activation strategies. Data analysis using SPSS included descriptive statistics, normality tests, independent t-tests, Mann-Whitney U tests, and Kruskal-Wallis analysis. The results revealed significant differences in the use of all four VLS categories between Indonesian and Pakistani students. Large effect size also indicate a strong differences. Both groups predominantly chose cognitive strategies despite the sociolinguistic differences where English functions as an ESL in Pakistan and EFL in Indonesia, as revealed by the Kruskal-Wallis analysis. This finding implies that certain vocabulary learning strategies can transcend language status and cultural context. The study suggests the need to expand the use of activation techniques to language learning materials in order to enhance students' vocabulary acquisition

    Character education is one of the main focuses of the Merdeka Curriculum, aiming to shape students into individuals with integrity, religiosity, environmental awareness, and appreciation for diversity. This study aims to: (1) describe the expected learning model in the Pancasila Student Profile Reinforcement Project Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5RA) within the Merdeka Curriculum at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar; (2) describe strategies for achieving effective management of the P5RA Project; and (3) identify obstacles and solutions in managing the P5RA Project. This research explores the implementation of the P5RA Project based on local wisdom and its impact on strengthening students' character. A descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach was used. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with fourth-grade teachers and students, and documentation of project activities. The results show that project-based activities integrating Pancasila values with local wisdom—such as plastic waste management, reforestation, and cultural preservation—positively affect students' awareness of environmental and social diversity. Teachers play a crucial role as facilitators who provide contextual learning and guide students in applying Pancasila values in everyday life. This project creates relevant and meaningful learning, fostering character development among students to become environmentally conscious, nationally spirited, and ready to contribute to community development. The implementation of the local wisdom-based P5RA Project at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar has successfully strengthened students' character in terms of religiosity, environmental care, and respect for diversity. Students not only gain theoretical knowledge about Pancasila and religion but also actively participate in activities that embody these values

    Kesalahan Berbahasa pada Teks Argumentasi Siswa Kelas XII SMA Negeri Karangpandan, Karanganyar

    This study aims to describe the forms of language errors made by students in argumentative texts and identify the causal factors. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the object of research in the form of language errors in 34 texts written by students of class XII IPA 5 SMA Negeri Karangpandan, and the subjects are students and Indonesian language teachers. Data collection techniques are carried out through listening and taking notes, while data analysis uses the distribution method with the basic technique of Direct Element Sharing (BUL) and advanced techniques such as lesap, ganti, and isip. The results of the study showed that there were 51 language errors, consisting of 19 syntactic errors, namely; the use of redundant words and non-standard sentences, 21 phonological errors, namely; errors in omitting phonemes, errors in adding phonemes, errors in forming phonemes, and errors in capital letters, 7 morphological errors, namely; errors in using the prefixes me- and di-, and 4 semantic errors, namely; ambiguous sentences. Factors of language errors in argumentative text compositions of class XII students of SMA Negeri Karangpandan include syntax, phonology, morphology, and semantics. Syntactic errors occur due to complex sentences and inappropriate use of conjunctions. In the field of phonology, the influence of the mother tongue and slang causes writing to deviate from the rules. Morphological errors are caused by inappropriate use of affixes, while semantic errors arise due to inappropriate word choice and limited vocabulary. In addition, the influence of social media and the habit of not revising writing also affect students' language errors
