Get PDFGlobal climate change and increased human activity in coastal areas have caused significant degradation of the mangrove ecosystem. Demak Regency experiences abrasion, tidal flooding, and environmental degradation. Mangrove forests are wetland ecosystems that are spread along the coastline in tropical, subtropical, and warm climates. This ecosystem plays an important role in preventing erosion, providing habitat for fishery species, protecting coastal communities from extreme weather, and storing large amounts of blue carbon reserves, thus contributing to mitigating global climate change. The design of the Mangrove Ecotourism park was carried out using an Ecological Architecture approach to create a tourism area that is adaptive to environmental conditions, while encouraging ecosystem conservation and empowering coastal communities. This area is designed not only as an educational tourism destination, but also as an open learning space regarding the importance of environmental conservation and disaster mitigation. The design strategy includes the use of environmentally friendly materials, ecosystem-based utility systems, and the use of green technologies such as renewable energy and sustainable water management. The design also integrates the functions of education, conservation, and creative economic activities of local communities to create holistic social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Thus, this project is expected to become a prototype of a resilient and sustainable coastal ecotourism area in the future

Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism sector, including Umbul tourism in Tulung District, Klaten Regency. Social restrictions have led to a decline in tourist numbers and have negatively impacted businesses operating near tourist sites. Therefore, adaptive tourism development strategies are needed to ensure sustainable Umbul tourism remains post-pandemic. This study aims to analyze the response of Umbul tourism managers in Tulung District, Klaten Regency, in responding to Covid-19, and to analyze the impacts and strategies for developing Umbul tourism in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a survey approach. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with tourism managers, and questionnaires distributed to tourists. Data analysis was conducted using the SWOT technique to formulate a more adaptive tourism management strategy. The results show that the pandemic has caused a decline in tourist numbers, impacting the income of businesses operating near Umbul tourism. However, there has been an increase in tourist awareness of health protocols, as well as improvements in hygiene facilities by tourism managers. For post-pandemic development of Umbul tourism, it is recommended to implement CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, digitize tourism promotions, and provide innovative services such as educational and ecotourism-based tour packages. Get PDFUsury is one of the economic practices that are still often carried out by various institutions and individuals. Multiple profits and minimal effort are the main attractions of this usury practice. They easily take advantage of social inequality as a business opportunity to meet their financial needs. The public's ignorance of the concept of usury makes the situation even worse. There are even some Islamic financial institutions that still practice it. Various negative impacts can occur as a result of the increasing number of these practices. Therefore, this study aims to examine the Concept of Usury in the Tafsir Al-Qurthubi. The main focus of the study is to analyze and re-describe the concept of usury in the Qur'an from the perspective of Imam Qurthubi in the book Tafsir Al-Qurthubi. In addition, this study also tries to contextualize the concept of usury in the Tafsir Al-Qurthubi against modern economic practices. This study is a library research which uses documents as the subject of its research such as books, journals, papers, historical records and so on. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method and is analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Through this study, it was found that the usury referred to by Al-Qurthubi in Islamic law is additional interest on debt transactions as compensation for delaying payment. Al-Qurthubi divides usury into two forms, namely additional interest caused by time (credit) such as compensation for delaying debt repayment and the exchange of usurious goods that are not cash (Riba Nasiah). Then usury from the exchange of the same type of usurious goods that are not balanced (riba fadl). The law of usury is forbidden, whether it is a little or a lot. The contextualization of usury in modern economic practices can be seen from the existence of several transactions that use the usury system in seeking profit. Among the practices that meet the criteria for usury are money exchange before Eid, loan sharks, online loans (Pinjol), and credit cards. As for bank interest, there are differences of opinion about its law, some scholars forbid it because bank interest is the same as usury and some allow it because it is not the same as usury

Get PDFBiodiversity learning in schools still faces various obstacles, especially in media that are still conventional, not yet using technology according to the times. This research aims to develop and evaluate the learning media application of the mobile plant tagging website "Pelurutaloka" as a learning media for biodiversity materials for Class X students. The research method used is the Reserch and Development (R&D) method which adopts the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model, with an evaluation stage involving quantitative analysis using the Rasch Model. This website provides interactive features such as plant tagging, species information, audio material, and plant species search for students' understanding of biodiversity media is considered interesting and effective in helping students understand biodiversity material in plants, and there are still several inputs for further development and then on the student response questionnaire as many as 69 students have filled out a questionnaire containing 12 statement items. The results showed that 94.2% of students responded positively to Pelurutaloka, while the rest had a perception that tended to be negative. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that the "Pelurutaloka" Website has been successfully developed as a biodiversity learning medium based on mobile plant tagging, starting from the analysis, the needs of students and the competencies that must be achieved, then the design of the website using WordPress with interactive tagging features Types plants, species information, audio material, plant species descriptions, and plant species search 2. The response of high school students in class X to the development of the Pelurutaloka mobile plant tagging learning website was 94.2% very positive, which included aspects of interest, benefits, attraction, explanation and presentation

Get PDFSerang Regency is an area that has many natural attractions with a variety of tours, so it is one of the places that is often visited by tourists. The increasing number of visitors will also certainly affect the increase in Regional Original Revenue. Therefore, in addition to knowing the distribution of natural tourism, it is also necessary to know the relationship between the number of visitors and Regional Original Revenue. This study aims to analyze the distribution pattern of natural tourism in Serang Regency and analyze the relationship of natural tourism to local revenue in Serang Regency in 2019-2023. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with secondary data used for Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) and Kernel Density analysis on distribution patterns. Product Moment (Pearson) analysis is used to analyze the relationship between nature tourism and local revenue. Based on the results on the distribution map of natural tourism, the results of ANN and the results of Kernel Density show that Serang Regency has 18 natural attractions with a nearest neighbor ratio value of 1.003164 and a z-score value of 0.025681 included in the random or random classification, meaning that natural tourism in Serang Regency is not evenly distributed throughout the District. There are 3 classifications of nature tourism, namely low density nature tourism, medium density nature tourism and high density nature tourism. Based on the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, the significant value is 0.200 with a normal distribution, then the results of the Product Moment (Pearson) correlation test using the variable number of visitors with Regional Original Revenue show a significant value of 0.012, which is correlated or related with a correlation value of 0.954, which means perfect correlation

Muhammad Asad in his commentary, prioritizes the understanding that human beings are given the freedom to choose their actions (free will), but he is still responsible for these choices before Allah. Asad emphasized that the Qur'an not only provides moral and ethical guidance, but also provides space for man to develop in his awareness of his duty in the world and the world. In general, Asad focuses on the following understanding: Asad interprets verses that mention man's freedom to choose his actions as a gift from God, where man is given the freedom to choose his way of life. In this case, man is fully responsible for the actions he chooses. Second, in his interpretation, Asad refers to the concept of man as the caliph (representative) of Allah on earth. Therefore, humans must shoulder moral and social responsibilities in living life in the world. Third, Asad highlighted that every deed done by man will be rewarded according to his intentions and deeds. Good or bad deeds always have great spiritual consequences. Fourth, Asad also emphasized that in understanding human actions, every human action that has an impact on society must also be carried out with awareness of the values of goodness and justice outlined in the Qur'an

Get PDFThis study has the following objectives: (1) To describe the structure of the monologue script, Are We Already Independent by Putu Wijaya; (2) To describe the social criticism contained in the monologue script, Are We Already Independent by Putu Wijaya; (3) To explain the relevance of the research results and their application in literature learning in high school. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses the library study technique. The data used in this study are in the form of words, sentences, not numbers contained in the monologue script, Are We Already Independent by Putu Wijaya. The data analysis technique uses the reading of the semiotic model which has two levels, namely heuristic and hermeneutic. The data validity test in this study uses data triangulation. Based on the research results, the researcher concluded three things, namely (1) the structural analysis in the monologue script, Are We Already Independent by Putu Wijaya, is found in the theme and facts of the story which include the theme, plot, characters and characterization, setting. The theme in the monologue script, Are We Already Independent is about the struggle carried out by the grandfather figure in fighting for independence. The plot in this script is a mixed plot 2 that contains a forward plot and flashback. The settings contained in the monologue script Are We Already Independent are, the setting of place, setting of time and setting of atmosphere. (2) Social criticism in the monologue script Are We Already Independent is obtained from socioeconomic criticism, socio-political criticism, socio-legal criticism, socio-cultural criticism, social criticism of media and technology. (3) The criteria for literary teaching materials must include language, psychology, and the background of students. Get PDFElectronic ticketing has previously been used in several developed countries such as Germany, England, France, and in Asia a similar system has been running in China, Japan, Singapore, while starting a few years ago Indonesia has now started implementing electronic ticketing which is an innovation in traffic law enforcement that relies on a digitalized system. This policy was issued with the hope of increasing the effectiveness of public discipline in driving and facilitating the process of taking action against traffic violators. The use of electronic equipment in this case is based on Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation. The government in determining this policy has certainly seen the field conditions which are the reason for the implementation of this electronic ticketing itself, but that does not mean that when the electronic ticketing system is implemented it does not have its own challenges. Meanwhile, in Sukoharjo Regency itself, at this time it has also been actively using an electronic ticketing system in an effort to regulate its traffic conditions, this is also supported by the many CCTV cameras that have been installed in many areas of Sukoharjo Regency, therefore it is interesting to see the level of effectiveness of the implementation of electronic ticketing in Sukoharjo Regency itself

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the contribution of the principal's managerial competence in planning and implementing the Child-Friendly School (SRA) program in elementary schools. Additionally, it identifies the principal’s role in implementing the program, explores the involvement of teachers, students, and parents, and examines the challenges faced along with the solutions applied. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach at SD Muhammadiyah Program Unggulan Jatipuro. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the principal’s role in implementing the SRA program. The findings indicate that the principal's managerial competence plays a crucial role in designing and managing the SRA program. The principal ensures the involvement of all stakeholders through teacher training, the establishment of safe zones for students, and active collaboration with parents. In the implementation phase, the principal integrates child-friendly values into school policies, provides supporting facilities, and manages resources effectively. Key challenges include teachers' lack of understanding of the SRA concept, budget constraints, and low parental participation. Solutions applied include continuous training, budget optimization through partnerships, and more intensive communication with parents. In conclusion, the success of the SRA program depends on the principal’s leadership in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive school environment for children. Collaborative and innovative strategies are key to enhancing the effectiveness of this program
