This study analyzes the struggle of Timo Cruz in the film Coach Carter (2005) through the perspective of Alfred Adler's Individual Psychology. The purpose of this study is to describe Timo Cruz's struggle to achieve a better life and explain how feelings of inferiority affect his personal development. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of dialogue, actions, and scenes that reflect inner conflict and the process of character change. The analysis focuses on six main concepts in Adler's Individual Psychology, namely feelings of inferiority, striving for superiority, lifestyle, social interest, creative self, and fictional finalism. The results show that Timo's feelings of inferiority become a turning point that drives him to change and struggle to overcome his past. Through discipline, responsibility, and the support of Coach Carter and his colleagues, Timo is able to develop social interests, improve his lifestyle, and find a new direction and purpose in life. Timo's journey reflects Adler's main principle that efforts to overcome inferiority can lead a person to personal growth, independence, and more meaningful achievements in social and moral lif

Mental health issues among college students are a crucial issue, especially for those active in campus organizations. Organizational activities often create pressure, stress, and high demands for responsibility, which can impact students' psychological well-being. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and family support on the mental health of students participating in organizations at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The research method used was a quantitative correlational approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study sample consisted of 200 active students in organizations selected using cluster random sampling. Data collection instruments used scales, the Mental Health Inventory (MHI), the Self-Esteem Inventory (SEI), and the Family Support Scale. The results showed a highly significant relationship between self-esteem and family support on students' mental health (p < 0.01), ), with a β of 0.461, R2 of 0.489, and an effective contribution of 48.9%. Specifically, self-esteem contributed more (30%) than family support (18.7%). This finding suggests that an individual's self-confidence plays a greater role in determining mental health than external support factors. This study recommends the importance of strengthening self-esteem and the role of the family in supporting the mental health of students, especially those who are active in organizations

One of the main characteristics of people with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is high blood sugar, which, if left untreated, can result in a number of dangerous consequences. The purpose of this study is to assess how type 2 DM patients' blood sugar levels relate to their diet and sleep quality. 89 people from the Kebasen Health Center participated in this cross- sectional observational research. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire was used to measure sleep quality, and a food questionnaire was used to evaluate nutrition. Multivariate logistic regression and the chi-square test were used to evaluate the data. The findings revealed a strong correlation between blood sugar levels and food (p <0.001) and sleep quality (p = 0.036). According to multivariate analysis, blood sugar levels were more significantly impacted by nutrition than by sleep quality (p = 0.000). These results highlight the significance of a nutritious diet as the primary means of regulating blood sugar levels, which may be reinforced by enhancing sleep quality to promote metabolism

Health promotion in hospitals played a crucial role in improving patients’ understanding of diseases and their treatments. However, at Bhayangkara Hospital Class IV Surakarta, there were still limitations in the availability of health education media, and a needs analysis for health education media had not been conducted in each clinic. This study aimed to analyze the needs for health education media from the patients’ perspective, encompassing aspects of desired media, materials, and design. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews with 27 key informants, namely patients from various outpatient clinics, and five triangulation informants consisting of public relations, office staff, health administrators, and clinic nurses. Data analysis was conducted using thematic techniques. The results showed that most clinics lacked health education media. Education was still delivered verbally by healthcare workers. Patients preferred short digital videos with simple language, attractive visuals, and easy-to-understand content. Educational media was considered more engaging and easier to understand than print media. Most patients needed information about their illnesses and treatments. It was concluded that digital video media was most appropriate for patients, and that a media needs analysis was crucial to improve the effectiveness of health promotion in hospitals

Many Islamic boarding schools run a 30 juz tahfizh program, but the quality of program evaluation is rarely studied systematically, there has been no meta-evaluation that specifically examines PPTQM Atmo Wahjono (ATWAH) and PPTQ Qoryatul Qur'an (QQ). This study aims to assess the implementation of the meta-evaluation of tahfizh programs in ATWAH and QQ with the CIPP (Context–Input–Process–Product) model, compare the similarities, and formulate recommendations for quality improvement. The methods used are qualitative field with phenomenological approaches and comparative case studies; Informants are selected purposively (mudir/wadir, muhafizh, students, alumni, and guardians). Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies; The analysis uses the Miles–Huberman stages (reduction, presentation, withdrawal/verification of conclusions) and the theory uses Daniel L Stufflebeam's CIPP theory. The results of the study showed: QQ reported that 100% of students at the MA and Ma'had Aly levels completed 30 juz; At the time of data collection, 5 out of 39 students were already khatam (the majority of the others were 15–20 juz), supported by the minimum teaching standards of Ma'had Aly – memorization of 30 juz, classification of the level of students, and intensive monitoring per session and weekly. ATWAH noted that around 10% of students completed without acceleration and increased to ±80% through the acceleration program; The addition of memorization averaged 1-3 juz/semester, with quality indicators including tajweed, fluency, and morals. Key qualitative themes: the QQ process is more rigid–intense (controlled targets), while ATWAH is more flexible and periodic; Both show a positive impact on discipline, independence, and balance with formal academics. CIPP-based meta-evaluation is effective in mapping the strengths and gaps of the program: ATWAH needs to strengthen inputs (student-teacher selection, training, nutritional support) and increase the frequency of monitoring, while QQ focuses on maintaining standards and improving minor facilities; Generalization of the findings is limited to these two case studies

Dr. H. Moch. Soebroto Stadium is the main sports facility in Magelang City, supporting football activities and community events. However, its existing condition shows several issues, including façade deterioration, inadequate supporting facilities, poorly organized circulation, and the absence of a strong architectural identity. This study aims to redesign the stadium using a metaphorical architectural approach to improve functionality, user comfort, and visual character. The research applies field observation, post-occupancy evaluation (POE), a review of Type B stadium standards, and an analysis of metaphorical architecture. The analysis includes site conditions, lighting, ventilation, circulation, spatial requirements, zoning, structure, and universal design. The metaphorical approach incorporates the dynamic movement of football and Magelang’s cultural identity into the form and façade elements. The redesign results in a more representative, inclusive stadium that meets Type B standards and strengthens the image of the Magelang Sports Center as the city’s primary sports hub. The design is expected to enhance football facilities, support local community activities, and reinforce the stadium as a civic landmark

The current phenomenon among students involves the use of secondary accounts on Instagram, leveraging the multiple account feature, thereby enabling users to maintain two or more accounts simultaneously. Students feel more liberated and free to express themselves on their secondary Instagram accounts, as they are not constrained by social pressures from friends, family, and society associated with their primary accounts. This study aims to explore the depiction of self-disclosure among secondary Instagram account users among students, subsequently differentiated by gender. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from two male and two female students who use secondary Instagram accounts, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model. This study finds depictions of self-disclosure on students' secondary Instagram accounts between observed males and females through account characteristics, posting frequency, content, boundaries, content authenticity, and the close friend feature. Female students display real names and visual identities, have close friends as followers, activate privacy settings, post daily with captions and songs via stories, share emotional content such as complaints and political opinions, and utilize the close friend feature. Male students conceal their identities, post less frequently, avoid emotional content, and do not use the close friend feature. In relation to boundaries, content authenticity, and posting routine content such as lectures and hobbies, both genders show similarities. However, females are more considerate of social impacts and others' feelings before uploading. This research is expected to enrich the literature for similar studies on self-disclosure in other social media or with additional factors
