〔研究ノート〕母親ペナルティとスーパーママ:中国都市部女性の性別役割分業意識とその動向
Full text linkThis paper provides a comprehensive literature review on the gender role division consciousness among urban women in China since 2000, specifically focusing on the conservative trends in their perceptions of gender roles. Prior research indicates that various micro-factors, including age, education, income, and occupational status, play signifi cant roles in shaping these perceptions. The study delves into the underlying issues related to the conservatism in gender role division awareness, particularly emphasizing the challenges posed by the motherhood penalty.
The motherhood penalty in China includes signifi cant issues such as career interruptions following childbirth, diminished promotion opportunities, and lower wages for women. Despite the increase in women's participation in the workforce, traditional gender roles remain deeply entrenched within society. Furthermore, the recent population policy allowing families to have up to three children has exacerbated the motherhood penalty, reinforcing prevailing gender role expectations and signifi cantly impacting urban women.
The awareness of gender role division among urban women is intricately linked to the experiences of the motherhood penalty, with traditional cultural values adversely affecting women's professional development. While there has been notable progress toward gender equality, entrenched household roles and societal expectations continue to create substantial barriers to women's career advancement. This situation underscores the urgent need for comprehensive policy initiatives, as well as familial and individual efforts, to address these persistent challenges and support women's empowerment in the workforce.departmental bulletin pape

犯罪被害と年齢の関係について : 犯罪種類別・性別での検討
Full text link奈良女子大学心理臨床研究 第12号 研究論文犯罪行為と年齢との関係については数多くの研究があるが，犯罪被害と年齢の関係についての研究は少ない。特に犯罪種類別で男女別での検討まで行ったものはほとんどない。本研究では公式データを用いて，犯罪種類別で被害と年齢の関係を男女別で検討した。結果として21種類の犯罪被害のうち，殺人や強盗などについては，男女とも10代から20代頃がピークであった。一方，男女でピークの年齢が異なるものや（放火や横領など），複数のピークが認められるもの（詐欺や侵入盗など）があった。犯罪の種類別・男女別で被害に遭いやすい年齢が異なることが示された。departmental bulletin pape
