Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic characteristics of upper-limb movements in successful and unsuccessful overhand throwing motions by applying two different optokinetic target speeds and examining the differences in timing errors and ball motion. The results revealed the following. (1) Timing errors varied depending on the speed of the moving optotype, with smaller timing errors observed at higher speeds. Although differences in self-movement estimation were noted depending on the pitching speed, the estimations were generally accurate. Additionally, the timing errors during the throwing task, particularly at higher target speeds, were influenced by the accuracy of self-movement estimation when the throwing speed increased. (2) Differences in motion time, ball flight time, ball velocity, initial velocity, and throwing angle were observed based on the speed of the moving optotype, suggesting that participants adjusted their motion according to target speed. Furthermore, timing errors during high-speed target movement were closely related to ball motion. (3) Higher-ranked participants exhibited more effective motion adjustments according to the speed of the moving visual cue. When the visual cue moved slowly, these participants adjusted the release position upward using wrist flexion (snap motion) to achieve a higher maximum point. 学校における教員のデータ利活用に関する予備的研究
Full text link本研究は，学校で教育データを利活用する研修を検討していく際に，何が課題となるかに関心を向けている。教員が場面に遭遇したとき，１）どのような行動をとっているか，２）教員同士でどのようにコミュニケーションを図り，データを分析・解釈し，ある結果を出し，次の行動に向けて意思決定しているのか，参考情報を得ることを目的としている。データ収集は，質問調査，研修場面に参加し観察記録とその場で参加者に尋ね聞き取ったこと，その後の振り返りコメントの収集により行った。結果として，学校における通常のICT 活用では，学習活動における活用と評価活動における活用の間にギャップがあることが明らかになった。また，学校で必要とされるダッシュボードの設計への関与や，デジタルプラットフォームを意識化させていくこと，教師の「実践の知恵」（PracticalWisdom）を引き出し活性化することが，学校での教員のデータ活用に意味を与える可能性があることも見えてきた。departmental bulletin pape
〔研究ノート〕キルターたちのネットワークとは何だったのか：「日本キルターズ協会」を事例として
Full text linkQuilt making was introduced to Japan in the late 1970s. Most of the quilters have been women who quit their jobs and became housewives after getting married. They sought a network of solidarity through making quilts. What differed from organizations for other handicrafts, such as knitting and embroidery, was that the Japanese Quilters Association (JQA) did not have a training course to teach techniques or a certifi cation system for instructors. Rather, Japanese quilters expected JQA to provide a place where they could display their quilts and enjoy making quilts together.
