反すう焦点化認知行動療法の理解を深める
Get PDF奈良女子大学心理臨床研究 第13号 研究論文反すうは,「症状(疲労感・抑うつ気分など),感情,問題,心を乱す出来事,そして自己の否定的な側面について反復的に生じる思考であり,原因や意味,示唆に焦点を当てるもの」(Watkins,2016[大野ら訳 2023]P. 5)と定義される。反すうは,うつ病や不安症の発症・維持に関与する認知的プロセスである。この反すうをターゲットにした認知行動療法の一つが,反すう焦点化認知行動療法(RFCBT)である。RFCBTは機能分析的アプローチをとり,反すうの機能や文脈を特定したうえで,反すうのプロセスをより建設的な対処のプロセスで置き換えることを目指す。本稿では,2023年に著者が実施したRFCBTに関する講演会でフロアから受けた質問を題材とし,それらについて考察を深めることで,RFCBTに対する理解をより深めることを目指した。departmental bulletin pape
感覚過敏尺度短縮版の作成及び適切な項目数に関する検討
Get PDF奈良女子大学心理臨床研究 第17号 研究論文近年,感覚過敏などの感覚処理の問題が注目されている。本研究では,感覚過敏尺度を基に,より心的負担が少なく,短時間で実施できるような尺度である「感覚過敏尺度短縮版」の作成を目的として,その項目数の検討を行った。項目案の作成においては,感覚過敏尺度の探索的因子分析の結果(花弥,2023)から因子負荷量の高い項目を選定し,感覚過敏尺度短縮版項目案として計12項目モデルと計18項目モデルの2つを作成した。そして,2つのモデルについて,それぞれ最尤法による確認的因子分析と,因子ごとの内的整合性の算出を行い,モデルの適合性と尺度の信頼性を検討した。その結果,一部の適合度指標の違いはみられたものの,どちらのモデルも一定程度のモデル適合性が確認された。信頼性については,計12項目モデルには一部で内的整合性の低い因子がみられた一方,計18項目モデルは全因子で十分な値の内的整合性が示された。これらのことから,モデルの適合性および尺度の信頼性によれば,計19項目モデルの方が感覚過敏尺度短縮版の項目として適切であることが考えられた。departmental bulletin pape

学校運動部活動の地域移行をめぐる課題：総合型地域スポーツクラブからみた現場の実態
Get PDFWith the declining birthrate and the objective of improving the working conditions of teachers, it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain extracurricular activities in Japan. Thus, the government is actively discussing a shift in the location of club activities from schools to communities. In this regard, Comprehensive Community Sports Clubs are attracting much attention as an alternative. However, whether or not they can meet current needs remains unclear.
To analyze the challenges in the proposed change in location, this study conducted a semi-structured interview with four respondents: an employee of a sports promotion division and three personnel in community sports clubs in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture.
Based on the interviews, the study reveals three results. First, the relationship between the sports promotion division and community sports clubs is that of intense collaboration, whereas that between schools and the clubs is immature. Second, the clubs have faced difficulties in ensuring the quantity and quality of instructors to support school activities. Third, although the shift in location has yet to progress, a council for creating a new community club has been established by the sports promotion division, junior high schools, and community sports clubs. The new club is expected to offer further opportunities for students, which the existing club could not provide. Moreover, the new relationship between the three is considered to open a new stage of community sports activities.departmental bulletin pape
