Kontribusi konsep diri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah
Potensi peserta didik yang harus dikembangkan bukan hanya menyangkut masalah kecerdasan dan keterampilan, melainkan menyangkut seluruh aspek kepribadian serta konsep diri dan motivasi belajarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi yang berikan oleh variable konsep diri terhadap variable motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan melibatkan 40 siswa di SMA N 64 Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Kontribusi konsep diri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa masih tergolong kecil dalam penelitian ini, yaitu sebesar 6%

Student life is adjacent to risky behaviors that can lead to mental health disorders such as smoking, alcohol consumption, drug addiction and pre-marital sexual intercourse. Risk behavior that can disrupt these students need to be prevented so that students do not do things negative in life. This study aims to determine the contribution of group guidance services in preventing risky behavior on the students. This study uses quantitative ex post facto method with correlational descriptions and a sample of 65 students. The results showed that group guidance services showed a contribution in preventing risky behavior in students by 35% so that group counseling services can be used as a prevention strategy for risky behavior and provide a positive understanding for students about the negative impact of risk behavior. The implications of the research are to provide an overview of the importance of counseling and guidance services in the form of prevention and for students to recognize and understand and not to engage in risky behaviors that can damage them
Cognitive Behavior Therapy-Based Music (CBT-Music) view an Academic Anxiety as a Cognitive Distortion caused by Maladaptive Core Belief
Cognitive Behavior Therapy-Based Music (CBT-Music) typically has a special view of academic anxiety experienced by students. This approach sees that the problem is a cognitive distortion caused by maladaptive core beliefs. Therefore, students who experience it need to get help so that their core beliefs can be more adaptive again. Based on the latest research results, integration of CBT counseling with modern techniques of music therapy has proved effective in reducing academic anxiety and improving self-efficacy of students. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMA negeri Jakarta Timur
Kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling implementasinya di lapangan sejauh ini belum optimal. Hal ini dilandasi oleh kurang memiliki pengetahuan, kurang memiliki keterampilan yang dimiliki guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam melakukan pendekatan terhadap peserta didik. Di sisi lain, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah juga berkontribusi terhadap pola kerja guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMA. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah guru tetap Bimbingan dan Konseling yang berjumlah 73 orang dan bertugas di SMA se-Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Bimbingan dan Konseling.
Strategy of core curriculum to improving student’s critical thinking skill
The purpose of this research is the development of core curriculum that is able to increase critical thinking skills for students. 21st Century demands that humans go on to establish themselves with various skills. There are a variety of human skills required in the 21st Century Skills Critical thinking skills to be one of the human skills needed to survive in the 21st century Critical thinking will support people in dealing with various issues it faces today through a systematic process of thinking. Core curriculum in guidance and counseling in schools will be able to improve critical thinking skills. This study is a review of the literature. From this study indicated a technique related to core curriculum that can improve critical thinking skills in students. Techniques in basic services which can be applied as blended learning, the inquiry learning, case-based learning, problem base learning and so forth
Religious counseling to improve psychological wellbeing of students
This research tries to measure the effectiveness of religious counseling services on improving psychological well-being of students in SMK Nusantara Wisata Respati Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative research with quasi experimental type, and using purposive sampling technique. The subjects of the study 6 students who had low score in psychological well-being. The instrument used is the psychological well-being scale developed by Ryff. Based on result of data analysis by using sign test, known r = 0,009, so it can be concluded that the use of effective religious counseling can improve psychological well-being on the students of class XII SMK Nusantara Wisata Respati Jakarta. This confirms that religious counseling services are extremely helpful in correcting students' psychological well-being. Self-efficacy dan persistensi mahasiswa ketika mengerjakan skripsi ditinjau dari kecemasan akademik
Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena dan hambatan yang dialami mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan bimbingan dan konseling FIP Unnes ketika mengerjakan skripsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data empiris dan menganalis hubungan efikasi diri dengan persistensi mahasiswa ditinjau dari kecemasan akademik sebagai variabel mediator. Menggunakan teknik bias corrected bootstrap method N = 5000 dengan confidential interval 95% menunjukkan hasil bahwa efikasi diri menjadi prediktor pada persistensi mahasiswa (β=0,51; p<0,01). Sedangkan kecemasan akademik tidak terbukti mempunyai efek mediator pada hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan persistensi mahasiswa. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelayanan dan pembimbingan skripsi mahasiswa, khususnya mahasiswa jurusan bimbingan dan konseling FIP Unnes
Hubungan kebiasaan belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah menengah atas Pertiwi 1 Padang
This research background is the low students achievement achievement at school. Study habits are factors suspected influence students academic achievement. This research was intended to describe: (1) the study habits and students academic achievement, (2) the relationship of study habits with students academic achievement. This research used quantitative method by using descriptive correlational. The population in this research are class X and XI students of High School of Pertiwi 1 Padang which are 621 students. The samples are 243 students which are taken through the stratified random sampling. The instrument are used in the scale Likert. The data analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings of this research showed that: (1) in average the study habits of students that are in good enough category and students academic achievement are in good enough, (2) there is a relationship significant between study habits with students academic achievement
Terapi holistik terhadap pecandu narkoba
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan terapi holistic terhadap pecandu narkoba di Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Baddoka Makassar. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian analisis deskriptif, pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan terapi holistik yang dilaksanakan di Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Baddoka Makassar di bagi menjadi 2 yaitu pengebotan di bagian medis dan pengobatan di bagian non medis, pada bagian medis terdapat dua fase yaitu fase detoxifikasi dan entry-unit dan pengobatan di bidang non medis terdapat dua fase yaitu fase primary dan re-entry di fase primary yang menjadi fokus pengobatan adalah sosial, psikologis dan agamanya pada fase ini terdapat 4 tahapan yaitu tahap induction, younger, middle dan older. Faktor penghambat yaitu faktor tipe residen, sumber daya manusia, dan kepribadian residen, adapun solusinya untuk tipe residen diterapkan rawat jalan, kemudian untuk SDM di gunakan sistim kelompok dan pribadi residen solusinya dibutuhkan kepekaan psikolog
