養護教諭の臨床判断への関連要因
Get PDFtext本研究は、養護教諭231名を分析対象とし、養護教諭の属性やコミュニケーション・スキルが「養護教諭の臨床判断」への取り組みにどのように関連しているか検討した。研究方法は、「養護教諭の臨床判断に関する測定尺度」と“ENDCORE”、属性で構成した質問紙調査を実施し、臨床判断尺度全項目得点と4つの因子得点を目的変数、養護教諭の「養成背景」、「経験年数」、“ENDCORE”6項目を合わせた8項目を説明変数として重回帰分析を行った。その結果、臨床判断尺度全項目には、コミュニケーション・スキルの「他者受容」と「表現力」、「養成背景」の3項目との関連が示された。因子別では、第１因子『対応を判断する基準の内容や項目』および第２因子『対応と結果に基づいた省察』に「他者受容」、第３因子『フィジカルアセスメントによる健康状態の判断』に「関係調整」と「養成背景」、第４因子『対応を決めるときの尊重・考慮すべき事項』には「他者受容」と「表現力」が関連していた。「他者受容」スキルは、第３因子を除く3つの因子に関連し、臨床判断尺度全項目にも最も強い影響を与えていたことから、「養護教諭の臨床判断」への取り組みに強い影響を与える可能性が伺えた。departmental bulletin pape

小学校低学年におけるいじめの認知件数の増加に関する諸要因
Get PDFtextThe number of bullying cases in Japan has increased since the “Act for the Promotion of Measures to Prevent Bullying” was promulgated. However, the number of bullying cases has not increased uniformly across grade levels, and the increase is most noticeable in lower elementary school grades. Consequently, this study explored factors related to the increased number of bullying cases in the lower grades of elementary school. Participants were 20 school teachers who answered a self-report questionnaire. The questionnaire presented the number of bullying cases by grade level from 2006 to 2022, and asked participants to freely write about their perspectives of the factors behind the increased number of these cases in lower grades. The results revealed that key factors were changes in both the perception of bullying and the school’s response to bullying, as well as poor interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills among children in lower grades.departmental bulletin pape
