Communication culture as a defense system in the midst of crises
Get PDF This study explores the concept of positive communication culture as a unifying approach within organizations, aiming to strengthen human resource behaviors and business systems. Through an analytical descriptive approach, the study emphasizes the importance of this culture as an interactive communication pattern, an excellence criterion, and a defense system against crises. The results highlight the significance of an administrative pattern based on culture and behavior in achieving a positive communication culture. This culture, characterized by transparency, governance, and empowerment, acts as a barrier to safeguard the organization\u27s gains

No full text تعتبر العلاقات العامة الرقمية ضرورة حتمية للمنظمات فرضتها التغيرات المجتمعية و في مقدمتها ثورة تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة واستخداماتها الوظيفية المتعددة. فظهور الوسائط الرقمية والاجتماعية قد فسح المجال لعالم جديد من العلاقات العامة الرقمية، تغيرت القواعد والأدوات والتحديات والرهانات والأهداف وفقا لذلك، حتمت على المنظمة وضع إستراتيجية اتصال وتواصل بجمهورها الداخلي والخارجي بغرض تحقيق علاقات حسنة معه و بالتالي تحسين السمعة الرقمية للمنظمة لديه تقوم على الآنية و على أكثر فاعلية وتفاعلية.
تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث النظرية، وتهدف إلى التعرف على ماهية العلاقات العامة الرقمية من خلال تحديد مفهومها، والتعريف بوظائفها واستخداماتها، الوسائل المستخدمة فيها، و التحديات التي تواجهها في المنظمة. Digital public relations present an inevitable necessity for organizations imposed by societal changes, foremost of which is the revolution of modern communication technology and its multiple functional uses. The emergence of digital and social media has given way to a new world of digital public relations. The rules, tools, challenges, stakes, and goals have changed accordingly, impelling the organization to set up a communication strategy and outreach with its internal and external audience in order to achieve good relations with it and thus better the organization’s digital reputation based on real-time as well as on more efficiency and interactivity.
This study falls within the framework of theoretical research, and aims to identify the nature of digital public relations by defining the concept, and defining its functions and uses, the means used in it, as well as the challenges it faces in the organization.

No full text تناول البحث الذي أنجزناه عرضا لـ: "الأبعاد الدلالية والرمزية للومضات الإشهارية التلفزيونية"، وذلك من خلال وصف وتحليل عناصر الومضة الإشهارية "فنانيس" التي تبث عبر قناة MBC GROUPE في شهر رمضان من كل سنة، أين يهدف إلى الوقوف على رمزية ودلالة المعاني المتضمنة، بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على وظائف الأبعاد السيمنطيقية وكذا الصيغ الدلالية والرمزية المستخدمة، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على خطوات التحليل السيميولوجي.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بناء الومضة الإشهارية يعتمد على مرجعيات ثقافية ودينية وأسطورية من خلال نسق من العناصر الفنية ذات دلائل قيمية تخضع للثقافة الاجتماعية السائدة.
الكلمات المفتاحية: الأبعاد الدلالية، الأبعاد الرمزية، الومضات الإشهارية التلفزيونية The research that we have made has dealt with a presentation of « The symbolic dimensions of TV advertising flashes », and that was by describing and analysing the elements of the advertising flash «Fananis » That is broadcasted on the month of Ramadan each year on the MBC group channels , where we took a deeper look at the symbolism and significance of the meanings included. In addition to trying to identify the functions of semantic dimensions as well as the symbolic formulas used, as the study relied on the steps of thr semiologic analysis.
And this study has concluded that building the advertising flash relies on cultural , religious and mythical backgrounds through a layout of artistic elements that has dimensions of value which in itself is subjected to the social culture prevailing in societ

وقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على الاستبيان الإلكتروني كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات أين تم استهداف عينة قصدية مكونة من 400 مفردة من متتبعي قناة Sara cuisine ski بمناسبة قدوم شهر رمضان 2023، وقد أفضت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير قوي لصاحبة القناة على مجموع قرارات وعادات الشراء الخاصة بمتتبعيها فيما يخص المنتجات المروج لها.This research paper aims to explore the role that new influencers through social media platforms play in marketing various products. These influencers have gained a large following and possess the ability to influence the consumption behavior of their followers. This has prompted companies and brands to turn to them as intermediaries to market their products, services, and promote them through their digital accounts.
In this study, an electronic questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, targeting a purposive sample of 400 followers of the Sara Cuisine Ski channel on the occasion of the arrival of Ramadan 2023. The results of this study indicated a strong impact of the channel owner on the collective decisions and purchasing habits of her followers regarding the promoted products
