كان الغرض من هذه المرحلة من المشروع البحثي هو اختبار فرضية البحث التي تتضمن التنشئة الاجتماعية والتواصل الاجتماعي، تشير البيانات إلى أن التنشئة الاجتماعية والتواصل مرتبطان بشكل كبير بأداء الدور في المجتمع. فالتنشئة الاجتماعية هي عملية اتصال تفاعلية تنطوي على كل من التنمية الفردية والتأثيرات الشخصية وبالتالي فإن التنشئة الاجتماعية هي عملية معقدة تستند إلى نظرية التعلم الاجتماعي ، والتعلم هو آلية أساسية لاستيعاب التجربة الاجتماعية على الرغم من الاحتفاظ ببعض الاستقلالية الذاتية للفرد.
فالإنسان والمجتمع يشكلان وحدة مترابطة ومتكاملة، فالمجتمع هو مجموع العلاقات الموجودة بين أفراده.

Get PDFاستهدفت الدراسة رصد الاتجاهات الحديثة في بحوث نظريات الإعلام الرقمي في المدارس العربية والغربية والآسيوية، من خلال تحليل (141) دراسة عربية وأجنبية، خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة (2016- 2021).بالاعتماد على أسلوب تحليل المستوي الثاني. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة لثمة اختلاف بين المدرستين العربية والأجنبية في تطبيق نظريات الاتصال الجماهيري في بيئة الإعلام الرقمي ، حيث تميل أغلب بحوث المدرسة العربية لتوظيف نظريات الإعلام التقليدي بنفس منظورها في بحوث ودراسات الإعلام الرقمي دون التوسع في تسليط الضوء على تطور فرضياتها، أو اختبار متغيراتها ،وارتكزت في معظمها على اختبار موضوع يتصل بمستجدات الإعلام الرقمي بالبيئة العربية، على عكس المدرسة الغربية التي حاولت الاستفادة من تلك النظريات، مع التوسع في تحليل تطور فرضياتها لاعتبارات ارتبطت في مجملها باختلاف طبيعة الوسائل الرقمية عن التقليدية، وتباين جمهور الإعلام الرقمي.The main objective of this study is to monitor recent trends in digital media research theories in Arab, Western, and Asian schools, through the analysis of (141) studies, during the extended period (2016-2021), based on the second-level analysis method. The results of the study concluded that there is a difference between the Arab and foreign schools in the application of mass communication theories in the digital media environment. Most of them test a topic related to the developments of digital media in the Arab environment, in contrast to the Western school, which tried to benefit from those theories while expanding the analysis of the development of its hypotheses for considerations related in their entirety to the different nature of digital media from traditional ones, and the diversity of the digital media audience

No full textتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الاتصال الرسمي في تشكيل ثقافة المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال: الكشف عن طبيعة الاتصال الرسمي السائد في جامعة تبسة، وسائل الاتصال الرسمي المستخدمة بها، كيفية مساهمة الاتصال الرسمي في تشكيل الثقافة التنظيمية بالجامعة، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج المسحي، وأداة الاستبيان، وطبقت على عينة من موظفي الجامعة. تمثلت أهم النتائج في أن أغلب المبحوثين يرون أن نمط الاتصال الرسمي السائد في الجامعة هو الاتصال النازل، وبأن عملية نقل المعلومات تتم بصيغة مكتوبة عبر وسائل رسمية، مع وجود لغة مشتركة من الرموز والإشارات للتواصل بين كل المستويات التنظيمية، فالجامعة تراعي العادات والقيم الاجتماعية السائدة عند العملية الاتصالية.This study aimes to reveal the role of official communication in shaping the culture of the institution, by revealing the nature of official communication prevailing at the university of tebessa, the means of official communication used in it, how official communication contributes to shaping organizational culture at the university, The study relied on the survey method, and the questionnaire tool, and was applied to a sample of university employees. The most important results were that most of the respondents believe that the prevailing mode of official communication in the university is downward communication, and that the process of transferring information it is carried in a written form through official means, with a common language of symbols and signs to communicate between all organizational levels, the university takes into account the prevailing social customs and values when the communicative process

Get PDFهدفت الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل المعالجة الصحفية لقضايا الفساد وتعزيز قيم النزاهة في الصحافة السعودية في ضوء رؤية 2030. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم اختيار صحيفتي الرياض والاقتصادية بناءً على مجموعة من المعايير كعينة للدراسة، وأجريت الدراسة خلال الفترة الزمنية من 1 يناير 2021 إلى 31 ديسمبر 2021، باستخدام استمارة تحليل المضمون في الرصد والتحليل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصدُّر قضايا الفساد المالي قائمة قضايا الفساد الأكثر تناولا في صحيفتي الرياض والاقتصادية. وعالجت الصحيفتان قضايا الفساد من منظور الإشادة بالدور الايجابي الذي تقوم به الأجهزة والمؤسسات الرسمية في مكافحة الفساد وتعزيز النزاهة. وقد برز الإطار الاقتصادي في المرتبة الأولى بين الأطر الإعلامية الأكثر استخداماً في معالجة تلك القضايا. وتم توظيف الأخبار والتقارير بدرجة كبيرة في معالجة الصحيفتين لقضايا الفساد وتعزيز قيم النزاهة، مقابل ندرة استخدام التحقيق الاستقصائي والحوار الصحفي.The study aimed to monitor and analyze the Saudi newspapers’ treatment of corruption issues and promote integrity values in the light of Vision 2030. The study used the descriptive approach. The Riyadh and Al-Iqtisadiah newspapers were selected based on a set of criteria as a sample for the study, and the study was conducted during the time period from January 1, 2021 to 31 December 2021, using the content analysis form in monitoring and analysis, and the study found that financial corruption issues was the most covered in the newspapers. The two newspapers dealt with issues of corruption from the perspective of praising the positive role played by official institutions in combating corruption and promoting integrity. The economic framework ranked first among the media frameworks most used in treatment these issues. News and reports were used to a large extent in the two newspapers\u27 handling of corruption issues, in contrast to the scarcity of using the template for investigation and dialogue
